As part of monitoring technology aimed at verifying the stability of CO<sub>2</sub> geologic storage and mitigating concerns about leakage, a method for measuring the pH and alkalinity of high-pressure fluid samples was established to obtain practical technology. pH measurement for high-pressure samples utilized a high-pressure pH electrode, and alkalinity was measured using the Gran titration method for samples collected with a piston cylinder sampler (PCS). Experimental samples, referencing CO<sub>2</sub>-rich water and CO<sub>2</sub> geologic storage studies, were prepared in the laboratory. The PCS controls the piston, preventing CO<sub>2</sub> degassing and maintaining fluid pressure, allowing mixing with KOH to fix dissolved CO<sub>2</sub>. Results showed a 6.1% average error in high-pressure pH measurement. PCS use for sample collection maintained pressure, preventing CO<sub>2</sub> degassing. However, PCS-collected sample alkalinity measurements had larger errors than non-PCS measurements, limiting PCS practicality in monitoring field settings. Nevertheless, PCS could find utility in preprocessing for carbon isotope analysis and other applications. This research not only contributes to the field of CCS monitoring but also suggests potential applications in studies related to natural analogs of CCS, CO<sub>2</sub>-rock interaction experiments, core flooding experiments, and beyond.

Pressure and leakage characteristic of an electric oil pump(EOP) for a plug-in hybrid are investigated. First, inlet and outlet volume of a generator type oil pump is obtained based on the chamber area which is created when the inner and outer rotor encounter. And leakage model is constructed for the tip and plate clearance. Using the EOP and leakage model, simulation are performed. It is found from the simulation that the EOP pressure shows oscillatory response due to the geometric characteristics of the chamber volume which varies depending on the rotational angle. In addition, the leakage at each chamber occurs only when the pressure is generated.

In this study, an electric oil pump(EOP) control algorithm was proposed during mode change for a automatic transmission(AT) based parallel hybrid electric vehicle(HEV). From the experiment, it was observed that the engine clutch pressure drops during the mode change and at the steady state because additional flow rate should be supplied for the engagement of the engine clutch. In order to minimize the pressure drop during the mode change and maintain the demanded line pressure after the mode change, a 3 stage EOP control algorithm was suggested and its performance was evaluated by the experiments. It was found that the EOP control algorithm is able to reduce the pressure drop and maintain the target line pressure. In addition, the EOP speed at each stage is determined based on the automatic transmission fluid temperature

Electric oil pump control algorithm for a 6 speed AT based HEV is developed. To evaluate the performance of the EOP control algorithm, a bench tester of AT based 2-shaft parallel HEV is constructed. Using the bench tester, line pressure response is investigated with/without checkball at AT oil pump for various ATF temperature and EOP speed. In addition, performance of the EOP control algorithm is investigated for various ATF temperature and vehicle acceleration. It is found from the experimental results that the EOP control algorithm shows satisfactory performance except the very high temperature and very low acceleration, which requires the modification of the control gains.

치매 진단을 위해, 의사들은 여러 수기 검사를 먼저 진행한 후 확실한 진단을 위해 의료 영상(Magnetic Resonance Image: MRI) 등을 이용한다. 비용과 시간이 많이 소요되는 MRI 영상을 제외한 수기 검사만으로도 치매를 정확히 진단할 수 있다는 통계적 유의성을 얻고자 본 연구를 진행하였다. Open MRI database 인 ADNI 에서 제공하는 환자의 MRI 영상 이외의 메타데이터를 활용하여 치매를 진단하는 모델을 구성하였다. 진단하는 모델로는 Random Forest Regression 과 Multinomial Logistic Regression 을 사용하여 최대 78%의 정확도를 얻었으며, 각각의 모델로부터 Feature Importance 를 추출하여 치매를 진단함에 있어서 중요한 요소들을 정리해 보았다.
