        한국-러시아 국제철도화물의 통관애로 해결을 위한 위험화물관리 및 전자통관시스템 구축에 관한 연구

        Understanding and integration of other railway systems is required in order for transit from Korea to Europe through North Korea, China and Russia. Researches to develop hardware technology by vehicle technology, civil engineering technology and interface development have been actively conducted. However, the research on customs clearance for railway traffic is relatively insufficient. It is necessary to study different customs clearance for railway traffic transported to point-to-point, which requires most of the time and money in border crossing procedures, compared to maritime or air transportation. Therefore, we clarified the indicators and status for trade facilitation in the case of customs clearance of railway freight and tried to find out the solutions by analyzing the features and obstacles in the customs procedure. In this study, we analyzed the customs clearance of international freight railway transport between Korea and Russia by railway transportation using the Trans - Siberian Railway (TSR), which is the route through the border with the minimum number of times to Europe. Introduced a hazardous cargo inspection system and Improvement of electronic clearance system as a way to drastically simplify ineffective customs time and procedures. verified technical possibility of introduced systems; hazardous cargo inspection, Improvement of electronic clearance, X-Ray cargo inspection, AEO and suggests data that can be used to assess the effectiveness of the system. In addition to the technical measures proposed in this study, the application of international common customs procedures through the joining of the International Railway Cooperation Organization and Participating in bilateral and multilateral standardization to simplify customs procedures. Efforts should be made to improve the international customs through partnership formation.

        철도차량용 고휘도 LED 전조등 방열장치 열해석

        LED lighting technology has been attracting attention as a next-generation high-efficiency light source in various kinds of lighting such as railway vehicle, automobiles, and indoor and outdoor lighting, which are continuously developing. Railway vehicle headlights are sealed beam and HID, and recently LED headlights are widely used. However, only 20% of LED power is emitted by light, and more than 80% is converted into thermal energy. As a result, it is known that when the temperature rises, the life of the LED drastically decreases. As such, the LED has a fundamental problem of heat dissipation at higher output, and natural convection, forced convection, heat pipe, and liquid cooling technology are being used. Therefore, in this study, we tried to derive the heat dissipation performance and the optimal heat dissipation structure through simulation of the heat dissipation system and the thermal analysis simulation according to the ambient temperature change, which is necessary for the development of the high brightness LED headlight for railway vehicles with a capacity of 300,000 Cd or more. As a result, the temperature distribution of the COB LED and the heat sink can be confirmed that the initial ambient temperature can affect the temperature distribution. Also, it was confirmed that the difference in the temperature distribution due to the COB LED and the heat sink and the initial ambient temperature change is smaller than that of the front ventilation method. Finally, to protect the LED headlight"s COB LED and heat sink, it is considered necessary to cool the forced ventilation system rather than the cooling of the natural ventilation system.

        Has the advantage of being environmentally friendly and high energy efficiency and long life than the other illumination light source is a LED. However, this can increase the output temperature of the heat sink has a fundamental problem that this vulnerability LED life to rise sharply. The academic and research at home and abroad such as natural convection, forced convection, heat pipe cooling technology for this solution. In this study, we review the analytical conditions and methods for the simulation performed on the heat-sink design to increase efficiency in the room of the railway vehicle Brightness LED headlight technology development direction of sink development. Thermal analysis result, so forced convection when the heat dissipation effect is increased as the flow rate of the air is increased((As the driving speed increases the vehicle)) and heat-sink effect is expected to increase, as the heat fin length increase was confirmed also that increase with radiation effect albeit linear.

        철도차량용 LED 전조등의 위험도 평가 방법 연구

        Railway Vehicle Headlight(RVH) is a train safety device which supports the safe driving of train, and warns the train access of railway vehicle to track workers and platform passengers. Therefore, the high reliability of RVH is a vital factor for providing safe railway service. However, existing RVHs are inefficient in the lighting capacity and life reliability of RVH, and prevents the sight of train drivers due to dazzling phenomenon when trains mutually meet on track and platform passengers as well. Therefore, the development of new RHV has been required and it is being studied to solve the problems. This study provides the established methods, techniques and tools through risk assessment model in the development of the new RVH.

        As the railroad-base is an important factor to maintenance the rolling stocks, it is essential to improve the current problems of the environment pollution, nose, vibration, welfare, work condition and to applicate the performance betterment cases to the new base construction and pre-base maintenance. When the new base construction and pre-base maintenance is proceeded, it is necessary to construct the optimized system which includes the user"s opinions enough to prevent the waste of the budget ,in that some part of the budget is spent to improve convenience, work condition, and the fault of base system after the construction. Therefore, this research intends to present the problem of the pre-constructed facilities, the testing operators" opinions, the analysis and the investigation of facilities" improvement, thorough the indication of provisions and the analysis of the result of the survey of testing operators.

        Safety is soaring up as a core value in accordance with the recent improvement of operating speed & incidents. rolling stock is a kind of system which works together with several components. one component has an effect on the sub-system which can cause to the train safety operation therefore reliability management of the major components of rolling stock is a kind of solution to the safety operation of train but realistically maintenance in korea performed based on period rather than TBO of major components but Japan does new maintenance system based on the major components which optimizes maintenance tasks. actually Japan can apply to new maintenance system because they are ready in planning step but in this study making a reliability data of major components and review the adaptability of new maintenance system to the rolling stock operating in Ansan line.

        북한산 산악철도 개발의 경제성 분석 연구

        우리나라는 국토의 약 2/3이상이 산악지형으로 이루어져 있으며 산악지역의 자연공원을 관광 자원화 하여 수혜를 원하는 사람들에게 접근성이 용이하도록 정책을 활성화할 필요가 있다. 이러한 여건을 감안하고 국토의 균형발전과 철도 인프라구축 정책원칙 우선 적용을 위한 일환으로 산악지역 중 가장 실효성과 경제성이 있을 것으로 예상되는 북한산에 대해 산악관광열차로서의 도입시 이용자 지불의사 수준에 관한 대안을 적용하여 산악철도에 대한 경제성 변화를 연구 하였다. 분석결과 LIM(선형유도모터) 과 랙&피니언 시스템의 편익비용비가 각각 0.73, 0.8로 나타났으며, 랙&피니언방식이 적용가 능 한 대안으로, 향후 새로운 신 기술개발이 이루어지고, 노선내 터널을 일부시공 한다면 선형유도모터방식도 가능한 대안으 로 검토 되었다. South Korea has more than two-thirds of the land consists of mountainous terrain. It is necessary to enable the recycling of mountain tourism policy to allow people to use. This paper studied Bukhansan where there seems to have the most economical efficiency and effectiveness as an alternative means of transportation applying user'swillingnessto pay by age based upon the Study on Introduction Bukhansan Mountain Railway which was progressed as part of the balanced national development and railway promotion strategy. The Analyisis results are shown that cost-benefit ratio is Lim 0.73 and rack & pinion 0.8. The rack-and-pinion method is selected as an applicable alternative.         고속철도차량용 차륜 불평형에 의한 동적 거동 특성 연구

        회전체는 질량 중심선이 축의 기하학적 중심선과 일치하지 않을 때 불평형이 발생한다. 윤축은 두 개의 차륜과 한 개의 차축으로 조립되어 철도차량을 주행시키는 회전체 역할을 하고, 차륜 재질의 불균일, 마모, 윤축 조립과정의 오차 등으 로 인해 불평형이 발생할 수 있다. 또한 윤축은 축의 직경이 가늘고 고속으로 회전함으로 불평형 질량에 의한 진동의 영향이 더욱 두드러지게 나타나고 이로 인해 철도차량 고속 주행 시 주행안전성 및 주행거동에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 차륜 불평형이 고속철도차량의 동적 거동에 미치는 영향을 철도차량 다물체 동역학 해석 도구인 VI-Rail를 이용 하여 해석을 수행하였다. 해석결과에서 차륜 불평형량이 증가할수록 철도차량 대차의 임계속도가 감소됨을 확인할 수 있었 고, 차륜 불평형량이 주행 중 차량동적거동 악영향을 미침으로 고속주행에서는 반드시 차륜 불평형량에 대한 관리가 필요함 을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 이 연구로 차륜 불평형량의 정적 및 동적 관리 필요성을 국내 철도차량 운영기관에 제시하였다. This occurs when the unbalanced rotating body is inconsistent with the mass center line axis geometric center line. Wheelsets are assembled by a single axle with two wheels and a rotating body of a running railway vehicle. Owing to non-uniformity of the wheel material, the wear, and error of the wheel and axle assembly may cause an imbalance. Wheelsets will suffer the effects of vibrations due to the unbalanced mass, which becomes more pronounced due to the thin and high-speed rotation compared to the shaft diameter This can affect the driving safety and the running behavior of a rail car during high-speed running. Therefore, this study examined this unbalanced wheel using a railway vehicle multibody dynamics analysis tool to assess the impact of the dynamic VI-Rail movement of high-speed railway vehicles. Increasing the extent of wheel imbalance on the analysis confirmed that the critical speed of a railway vehicle bogie is reduced and the high-speed traveling dropped below the vehicle dynamic behaviour. Therefore, the adverse effects of the amount of a wheel imbalance on travel highlight the need for management of wheel imbalances. In addition, the static and dynamic management needs of a wheel imbalance need to be presented to the national rail vehicles operating agency.

      • 고휘도 LED 전조등 시장 및 기술 로드맵 분석

        본 논문은 철도차량용 고휘도 LED 전조등 개발을 위해 현재 사용중인 고휘도 LED 전조등 시장 및 기술 로드맵을 분석하였다. 고휘도 청색 및 백색LED는 저휘도와 제조상의 문제점으로 인해 실용화가 어려웠으나, 고휘도 LED가 개발된 이후로 RGB를 이용한 광색가변이나 광원으로서 각광을 받고 있다. 또한 고휘도 LED는 RGB를 적절하게 혼합하여 다양한 광색과 부드러운 광색가변효과를 표현할 수 있어 이에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되어 실용화 및 제품화가 이루어지고 있다. 또한 급격히 성능이 향상된 고휘도 LED 칩의 개발로 인해 다양한 분야에서 수요가 증가하여 자동차, 일반조명 뿐만 아니라 향후 응용범위가 더욱 확대될 것으로 기대된다. 이에 철도차량용 전조등에 고휘도 LED를 적용하기 위한 기술 로드맵을 분석하고자 한다. The aim of this paper is to analyze both the technology Roadmap and the market of highbrightness LED headlamps in current use ,which is for the development of railway-vehicle-LED headlamps. The LED with high intensity, Bright Blue and White, wasn’t on the market due to the difficulty of manufacturing it. However, LED is now on the market in a great demand since the development of the highbrightness LED. In addition, with the development of dramatically enhanced high-brightness LED chips, it is expected to expand its application with greater demands of various fields, let alone automobile and general illumination. Thus, this paper aims to analyze both the technology and the market of high-brightness LED, especially for the railway vehicle.
