원주시 소각시설의 입지와 주변지역의 대기질예측에 관한 연구 : 입지여건의 평가를 중심으로

In this study, we investigated the site feasibility for the construction of the incineration facilities in Won Ju City. To assess the environmental impact of its construction, we examined the current status of air quality in the selected candidate sites and predicted the extent of air quality change upon its operation through modification of stack type. If the stack height is assumed to be 70 m, the concentrations of SO_2 and dioxin in the surrounding area were predicted to increase by 0.05 ppb and 0.09 pg/㎥, respectively. The impact of its operation was assessed and compared among different sites. According to this analysis, more impact was expected from the residential area for the Dan-Gye site than from agricultural areas of the Kwan-Sul and Sa-Je site.

안산지역은 인근 반월, 시화공단에서 발생하는 악취 및 부유물질로 인한 민원이 그치지 않고 있으며 그 동안 지속적인 악취저감대책에도 불구하고 근원적 해결이 안 되고 있다. 특히, 안산지역은 구지풍인 해륙풍의 영향을 강하게 받는 연안도시로 해풍의 유입과 관련한 오염물질의 이동과 확산과정을 시뮬레이션함으로써 악취민원 발생지역의 범위 예측과 고농도 발생일의 원인규명들을 위한 과학적이고도 정확한 분석이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 반월, 시화공단에서 배출되는 악취물질이 해륙풍등의 국지순환에 의하여 이동, 확산되는 과정을 규명하기 위해 대기확산모델링을 실시하였으며 모니터링자료를 이용하여 모델의 재현성을 평가하였다. There have been persistent civil appeals in Ansan area against the odor and aerosols emitted from nearby Banwol/Sinhwa industrial complex. A fundamental solution for the good air quality has not been addressed yet in spite of the continuous counterplan to reduce odor emission. A systematic and scientific study is needed to examine the reason for the odor episode and to predict the impact coverage of odor pollution. An approach by computational simulation is considered to be adequate to investigate the transportation and the dispersion processes of air pollutants blown by sea breeze toward the coastal city, Ansan. This study has employed various dispersion models to simulate the transportation and the dispersion processes of odor pollutants by a local circulation between land/sea breeze using the data set of emission rates of odorous species from the Banwol/Sihwa industrial complex.
중회귀식을 이용한 원주시 So_2 오염도 예보기법 개발에 관한 연구

Statistical SO_2 forecasting technique by multiple regression analysis was designed and developed to predict SO_2 concentration in Wonju City. SO_2 concentration data measured from air pollution monitoring system and meteorological factors data such as : wind speed, atmospheric stability, surface temperature, relative humidity and precipitation were used in Wonju City during the 1996∼1997. As the results, correlation model for forecasting was well fitted with some parameters including minimum temperature, wind speed and the SO_2 concentration of the previous day.

In this study, the prognostic model for the prediction of the road surface temperature is developed using the surfaceenergy balance theory. This model not only has a detailed micro meteorological physical attribute but also is able toaccurately represent each surface energy budget. To verify the performance, the developed model output was comparedwith the German Weather Service (DWD)’s Energy Balance Model (EBM) output, which is based on the energy budgetbalance theory, and the observations. The simulated results by using both models are very similar to each other andare compatible with the observed data.
미세 격자 대기 확산 모델링을 통한 안산지역 PM10 고농도 사례 분석

In this study, the scenario for a numerical modeling of the fine grid scale air dispersion phenomena was proposed and an analysis of the special event which was occurred on September 3, 2002 was performed using by a coarse grid prognostic meteorological model, a fine grid diagnostic meteorological model and a fine grid air dispersion model. Based on the results, we found that the local circulations, like as land-sea breeze, should be seriously considered for evaluating the high PM10 concentration event and for making the reduction policy of the major air pollutant emissions in Ansan area.
