        건축 VE 제안을 위한 채택효율지수에 관한 연구

        It`s necessary to do analysis of individual variables quantitatively to make it possible to provide systematic feedback data on architectural VE proposal case for goal attainment, such as an architectural work client`s requirements, project period, and project characteristics or performance, budget, and quality, etc. And to do that, it might be necessary to take into account the comprehensive VE proposal, and to use the VE proposal as the object of priority control for a similar project by final indexing of it. This study conducted the analysis of the actual condition by field targeting the existing educational facility VE performance case, and conducted the importance analysis by field through VE proposals effectiveness factor and the expert survey, through which this study deducted VE proposals adoption effectiveness factor, and then this study intended to present the standard point of the object of priority control by field which can be utilized as an performance indicator in time of architectural facility VE performance process.

        공동주택 안전점검대가 현황분석에 관한 연구

        민간시설물인 공동주택은 한 건축물 안에 다수의 인원이 각각 독립생활을 할 수 있도록 지어진 주택으로서 부실점검에 의한 건축물 안전사고 발생 시 인명피해가 제일 많이 발생할 수 있는 건축물이다. 하지만 관리주체의 안전점검에 대한 의식부족 및 최저가입찰방식에 의한 진단업체의 저가수주 등으로 인해 형식적인 점검이 이루어지고 있는 실정으로 향후 구조물의 유지관리 등 보수 보강 시 막대한 대가가 투입되고, 구조물의 안전사고 발생 시 인적피해를 유발할 가능성이 크다고 판단된다. 이에 본 논문은 효율적인 정밀점검 수행을 위한 현행 기준의 개선점을 도출하고자 광주광역시 및 전라남도 지역의 2종 시설물에 대하여 최근 3년간 실시한 정밀점검 대상건축물 66개동의 설계대가 및 실행대가현황을 조사 분석한다. 이를 통해 2차 대상건축물을 선정하고, 선정 된 공동주택 10개 단지의 정밀점검 보고서 및 정밀점검 실행대가 산정 기준을 평가하여 현행 문제점 분석을 통한 개선점을 제시하고자 한다. An apartment house, a private facility, is a house built for many persons to live independently in a building. An apartment house is a building where life damage can happen most in case of a safety accident due to insufficient inspections. However, formal inspections are being realized due to awareness shortage of managing bodies about safety inspection and low-price order-receiving of diagnosing enterprises via the lowest bidding method. This is because it is judged that remarkable costs are inputted in repairs and reinforcement such as maintenance of a structure and that there is a large possibility of human damage in case of a safety accident in a structure. So, this paper aims to derive the points to improve in the current criterion to execute an efficient detailed inspection. As its method, the design price and execution price situation of 66 buildings inspected in detail for recent 3 years for the class 2 facilities in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeonranam-do are examined and analyzed. The state2 object buildings to inspect are selected through this. And this paper aims to present the points to improve through the analysis of current problems by evaluating the detailed inspection report and the detailed inspection execution price calculation criterion for the selected 10 apartment houses.

        폐유리를 이용한 자기수평모르타르의 열전도 및 물리적 특성에 관한 연구

        This study used α-typed hemihydrate gypsum as bonding materials by utilizing waste glass instead of aggregate, and performed a test by selecting Ⅱ-typed anhydrous gypsum, common portland cement and fine powder of shaft furnace slags that can be recycled as steel by-products. It is confirmed the app. licability of self-leveling mortar using α-typed hemihydrate gypsum and cement as boding materials and addition agents for waste glass that has the characteristics of environment-friendly and excellent heat conductivity with low rate of recycling, and also reviewed the availability as a basic material for manufacturing. I believe that a more in-depth study using the optimal mixture and various addition agents that complement the shortcomings such as corrosion or limitation of space for using plaster as main bonding materials with alkali reaction, which are known as the disadvantages of waste glass should be performed in the future based on this study.

        철도건설현장 건설기계 재해사례 및 실태분석에 관한 연구

        Recently, railroad’s preference greatly increased as the environment-friendly means of transportation as the importance in the aspects of environment and energy efficiency. So the government established the Korea Rail Network Authority which takes full charge of railroad construction in 20047 for regular railroad construction to combine major key points in the whole country with each other to be one city region by connecting them to each other to be within the commute time range of a hour and thirty minutes. And it has arranged large-scale railroad construction by establishing plans to build the 1st and 2nd national railroad networks as the national project and investing about 100 trillion won in it from 2006 to 2020. As large-scale railroad construction is promoted as the national project like this, there has been a string of safety accidents in it due to the large and complex construction project. As the government strengthened the safety accident prevention plans, safety accidents have tended to decrease in 2011. However, accidents of construction machinery have found to increase. Therefore, this study tried to investigate accident cases of the Korea Rail Network Authority for the recent 5 years and analyze accidents of construction machinery to prevent them in railroad construction sites and suggest accident prevention plans due to it by conducting, investigating, and analyzing the survey of its operators and superintendents of the construction sites and drawing the problems.

        소규모 건축공사 중점안전관리항목에 관한 연구

        Almost accidents in construction sites are occurred by unsafe work conditions and failure making safe environment. As recent construction projects become more complex, various and diversified, So the potential of construction-related accidents is increased as well. Comparing the frequency construction-related accidents in large-sized construction sites, small-sized construction sites are more vulnerable because of lack of workforce and less effective technology system. Furthermore, the absence of safety committee, poor financial condition leads to lack of safety education, installation of safety facilities, and provision or individual protective equipment, which indicates difficulties handling even basic safety management. Therefore, in order to lower the hazard rate at small-Sized construction sites, it is necessary to proceed with more structural and thorough actions for preventing accidents. In other words, it is necessary to analyze the causes of the accidents at small-sized construction sites, set criteria for safety management, and suggest safety management items according to 1work classification by evaluating the relative importance of the items.

        실태조사를 통한 작업발판 사용작업의 위험성 평가

        Work plate is a main reason to cause crash accident and leads to death disaster. This study aimed to analyze the fundamental reason for the accidents, and carried out visit survey the 102 construction sites. The results were analyzed for the state of use and installation, and finally an evaluation was performed for the degree of risk of work plate. It is meaningful to quantify the degree of risk by the items to observe when using work plate, in the construction fields using work plate to be expected where there is strong reliability. The results need revision or complementary of related instructions, and could be applied to establish the plan for safety management effectively.
