Boseong-county where major Korean tea industry is located, thus green tea industry's ripple effect on it's local economy is magnificant. Boseong green tea takes 30% of total tea production in Korea. Recently, however, it is facing crisis due to several causes: unstable global economy, rapid increase of overall green tea production in Korea, and news report on pesticide contamination of tea leaf which caused consumer disbelief. Fortunately, Boseong-county has beautiful scenery which attracts tourists and its number is increasing annually. So in order to stimulate local economy of Boseong-county, we should come up with ideas in association with green tea industry. The present study suggests followings to promote green tourism connected to green tea industry in Boseong county. First, various tourism resources and Corporate Identity should be developed. Second, tourist oriented programs should be developed and marketing strategies should be established. Third, expansion and improvement of accomodations are essential to meet tourist higher standards. Fourth, service mind of rural residents are required. Fifth, green tea theme tour buses should be operated to provide convenience to tourists and accessibility. to scattered green tea farms.

청소년의 숲 체험을 통한 치유효과 분석

This paper investigated the satisfaction of agro-healing and analyzed its willingness to participate in agro-healing in the future. First, a survey of intentions to participate in agro-healing found that the ratio of participation was 55.6% (125 people). It is analyzed that more than half of teenagers who have experienced agro-healing programs are willing to participate again. Second, a survey of satisfaction with agro-healing showed the highest improvement in agricultural awareness, including increased public interest value of agriculture. This can be seen as a way to raise public awareness of agriculture, as well as the effects of mental and physical health recovery, social integration contributions, and social safety contributions. Third, an analysis of the effect of awareness on the willingness to participate in agro-healing showed that the less significant it was, the higher the awareness, the higher the willingness to participate. In other words, various information delivery means, such as public relations measures, should be prepared to raise awareness of agro-healing. Fourth, it can be seen that those with low satisfaction with expected effects such as health recovery, social safety, social integration, and improved agricultural awareness have a clear difference in their willingness to participate in the future. In other words, the higher the satisfaction level of the agro-healing program, the higher the willingness to participate in the agro-healing industry in the future.

최근 금융기관 및 대형 유통업체 등에서 대량의 개인정보유출사고가 연이어 발생하고, 그 피해는 날로 늘어나는 추세에 있다. 이에 따라 개인식별정보를 암호화하도록 강제하는 등 규제가 강화되고 있다. 이러한 개인정보를 암호화하는데 있어서 효율적인 기술이 형태보존암호화이다. 일반적인 암호화방식은 입력 데이터 길이보다 출력 데이터 길이가 확장되며 형태가 변경된다. 형태보존암호화는 입력 데이터의 길이와 형태를 보존해주기 때문에 데이터베이스 및 응용프로그램 수정을 최소화하는 효율적인 방식이다. 본 논문에서는 블록암호 운영모드를 이용한 개인정보 암호화에 효율적인 형태보존암호화방식을 새롭게 제안한다. Recently financial institutions and large retailers have a large amount of personal information leakage accident occurred one after another, and the damage is a trend of increasing day by day. Regulation such as enforcing the encryption of the personal identification information are strengthened. Efficient technology to encrypt personal information is Format-preserving encryption. Typical encryption expand output data length than input data length and change a format. Format Preserving Encryption is an efficient method to minimize database and application modification, because it makes preserve length and format of input data. In this paper, to encrypt personal information efficiently, we propose newly Format Preserving Encryption using Block cipher mode of operation.

In this paper, the factors influencing the differentiation of environment-friendly agricultural products from the intention of environment-friendly farming experience were analyzed through logit analysis. The main analysis results are summarized as follows. First, the contents to experience in environment-friendly agricultural innovation in Jeonnam province are environment-friendly agricultural product harvesting (33.8%), making food using environment-friendly agricultural products (24.1%) and environment-friendly ecological experience (20.1%). Second, significant variables affecting the intention to experience environment-friendly agriculture were analyzed as whether they were members of the consumer cooperative, whether they were children under the age of two, and whether they were children under the age of high school. In other words, it was analyzed that the more members of the consumer cooperative, the more families with children under the age of two, and the more families with student children, the more likely they are to participate in environment-friendly farming experiences. Third, significant variables that affect the recognition of the differentiation of environment-friendly agricultural products in Jeonnam province were found to be environment education and dual income. In other words, it is analyzed that consumers who receive environment education and dual-income families are more likely to recognize environment-friendly agricultural products in Jeonnam province differently than in other regions.

농작물재해보험 가입 결정요인에 관한 분석 -수도작 농가를 중심으로-

This thesis has analyzed the determination factor for the crop insurance of rice focused on paddy rice. The analysis on each farmer has been used with integrated probit model & random effects probit model. It has shown in the analysis result of determination factor for buying the crop insurance of paddy rice farmer through integrated probit model & random effects probit model that the higher age, degree of education, cultivated area, and amount of received insurance money and the lower in a number of family member have revealed the higher possibility to buy the crop insurance in the integrated probit model. While the random effects probit model has shown a higher possibility to buy the crop insurance as the higher age, cultivated area, and amount of received insurance money.

경북지역 친환경딸기 농가의 인증유형에 따른 효율성 분석

The purpose of this study is to estimate efficiency of environmental-friendly agricultural product by using Data Envelopment Analysis. A proposed method employs a bootstrapping approach to generating efficiency estimates through Monte Carlo simulation resampling process. The technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, and scale efficiency measure of strawberry by pesticide-free certification is 0.967, 0.995, 0.968 respectively. However those of bias-corrected estimates are 0.918, 0.983, 0.934. We know that the DEA estimator is an upward biased estimator. In technical efficiency, average lower and upper confidence bounds of 0.807 and 0.960. According to these results, the DEA bootstrapping model used here provides bias-corrected and confidence intervals for the point estimates, it is more preferable.

친환경농산물 소비확대에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

The objective of the study to investigate factors affecting consumers' consumption extension toward environment-friendly agricultural products in Suncheon city. The main results of the analysis are as follows. First, the main reason that consumers purchase environment-friendly agricultural products is "concerns of pesticides." Second, NAQS is highly trusted of a certificate institution. Third, the results show that consumers is satisfied such as safety, freshness, nutrition, whereas price, package design and taste are dissatisfied. Fourth, the factors affecting increase in the consumption of environmental-friendly agricultural products, have been analyzed in the variables noted of whether Sex, marital status, purchase experience, Private Certificate Authority faulty.
