      • 잠난비중(蠶卵比重)이 부화율(孵化率)에 미치는 영향(影響) (1)

        잠103×잠104와 그 역교, 잠107×잠108 및 그 역교를 공시하여 6개 업자의 잠종비중별 부화율 및 실용부화율 시험에서 얻은 결과는 1. 난비중을 세분하여 부화율 실용부화율을 보면 경비중에 비하여 중비중 및 중비중의 난이 부화율 및 실용부화율이 높았다. 2. 일모체는 중모체에 비하여 경비중 및 중비중난에서 부화율이 높았고 실용부화율은 경비중난에서만 높았다. 3. 중모체는 비중별 실용부화율 및 부화율의 차이가 컸으며 이에 비하여 일모체는 부화율에는 차이가 없으나 실용부화율에서 비중별 차이를 인정할 수 있었다. 4. 제조업자별 중비중난의 부화율 및 실용부화율의 차이는 없으나 경비중, 중비중난에서는 현저한 차이를 나타내었다. This experiment was attempted to investigate the effect of the specific gravity of silkworm eggs on the hatching and the practical hatching ratio depend upon six egg production companies for two silkworm races and their reciprocal crosses. 1. The hatching and the practical hatching ratio in the specific gravity of medium and heavy eggs were higher than in the specific gravity of light eggs. 2. Compare with Japanese or Chinese mother races each other, it was inclined that the former seems to be higher than the latter on the hatching ratio in the specific gravity of light and medium eggs, but the practical hatching ratio was high only in the specific gravity of light eggs. 3. Chinese mother races were different in the practical and the hatching ratio between the specific gravity of eggs. On the contrary in case of Japanese mother races were no difference for the hatching ratio but difference in the practical hatching ratio between the specific gravity of eggs. 4. On the egg production company, in case of the specific gravity of medium and light eggs, the hatching and the practical hatching ratio were high significance, but no difference in the specific gravity of heavy eggs.

      • 추잠기(秋蠶期)에 있어서 농약(農藥), 담배 및 매연(煤煙)이 잠작(蠶作)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        1975년 추잠기에 양잠공해중 크게 영향을 미치는 농약, 담배, 매연의 해를 조사 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 양잠공해의 산견피해율은 농약, 담배, 매연 각각 1.4, 0.6, 0.1%이었다. 2. 농약의 피해율은 주로 수도농약으로 49.4%를 점하고 과수, 채소농약은 각각 21.2, 12.3%이었다. 3. 담배 공해는 뽕밭 근처의 담배밭, 뽕밭 근처의 담배건조장, 잠실근처의 담배건조장, 잠실근처의 담배밭 순으로 점멸하였으며 피해농가비율은 각각 60, 18, 14, 8%이었다. 4. 공장 매연의 해는 주로 시멘트공장의 석분 해이었다. These surveys were carried out to investigate of damage of agricultural chemicals, tabacco, and factory smoke on silkworm rearing Autumn in 1975 1. Damaging rate in chemicals, tabacco and factory smoke was 1.4, 0.6 and 0.1 percent each other. 2. In damage by agricultural chemicals, it appeared to be chemicals for rice (49.4%) orchard (21.2%) and vegetable (12.3%) in order. 3. Status of damaging rate in tabacco showed 60 and 18 percent in tabacco field and tobacco drying place near mulberry field, and showed 14 and 8 percent in tabacco drying place and tabacco field near rearing house. 4. The damage of factory smoke is largely stone powder of cement.

      • 월년잠종(越年蠶種)의 인공부화(人工孵化)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        월년종의 냉장처리일수 및 인공부화에 따른 부화상태를 알고자 춘기채종 잠 103×잠 104를 공시하여 1월 하순에서 2월 중순에 걸친 시험에서 1월 하순경에 잠난은 휴면타파가 이루어 졌으나 5℃ 냉장기간이 길어짐에 따라 휴면이 완전 타파되어 최청이 가능하다고 생각한다. 인공난화처리는 영기비중 1.075 보다는 1.10이 변화에 좋은 영향을 미쳤으며 침지시간은 2분보다는 3분이 효과적이었다. 저온처리와 인공부화처리간에는 저온처리가 짧은 경우는 인공난화처리로서 부화에 효과적이나 반대로 긴 경우는 인공부화 양리량이 강할 수록 난 영산농도와 침지시간이 강할 수록 효과적이었다. This experiments were carried out to know hatching power on treatments of cold temperature and hydrochioric acid Iron Late January to Early February. Used silkworm variety was Jam 103×Jam 104 laying in Spring. The results may be summarized as follows: 1. The resting of silkworm eggs activated to Late January, to longer cold treatment was, the more effects of activating increased completely. So activated eggs were possible to incubation. 2. How to the light or short hours of hycrochloric acid were compare with heavy or long each other, it was inclined that the former seems to be worse than the latter. 3. On the interaction of cold treatments and hydrochloric acid, in case of short cold treatment, hatching power was better effect all treatments of hydrochloric acid than control, but no difference between specific gravity or treatment hours. On tile contrary, in case of more longer of cold treatments, hatching power depended not only upon the specific gravity, but also upon the treatment hours.

      • 한국(韓國)의 추잠기(秋蠶期) 병해(病害)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        한국의 잠병피해율을 알고자 경북 전역에 걸쳐 1975년 추기 조사하여 분석한 결과 1. 병피해 농가비율은 18.5%이고 상자당 공판량은 무피해 농가가 27.0kg인데 비하며 18.2kg으로 변이의 폭이 크고 평균 미달농가가 상대적으로 많았다. 2. 한국의 총수잠량중 잠병에 의한 감산량은 약 838M/T으로 추산되며 피해율은 5.6%으로 추산되었다. 3. 농병ㆍ연화병이 각각 40.9%, 34.5%로 추잠기잠병의 대부분이었다. These surveys were designed to know decreasing rate of cocoon production all over the country and purchased amount of cocoons at public market which had been caused by various diseases in autumn of 1975. The results can be summarized as follows; 1. Percentage of sericuitural houses which sustain disease damage was 18.5 percent, and cocoon yield per box in bad crop houses was 8.8kg smaller than that in normal houses. 2. About 838M/T of decreased cocoons and 5.6 percent of damaging rate can be estimated in this autumn throughout the country. 3. In our country, it was 40.9 per cent of Grasseril and 34.5 per cent of Flacherie of silkworm diseases.

      • 蠶卵比重이 孵化率에 미치는 影響

        定常卵 平均 比重을 1.08로 보고 比重別, 品種別, 그리고 生産者別 蠶卵比重 試驗에서 얻은 結果는 (1) 蠶卵比重 1.07, 1.08 및 1.09의 孵化率 및 實用孵化率은 1.09區만이 顯著히 낮다. (2) 鹽水選 除去卵比率은 1.7% 程度이다. (3) 品種間 比重別 孵化率 差異는 없다. (4) 蠶種會社別 比重別 孵化率의 差異는 없으나 오직 1.09區에서는 큰 差異를 보였다. This experiment was attempted to investigate the effect of the specific gravity of silkworm eggs on the hatching ratio depending upon eight egg production comapnies for two silkworm races and their reciprocal crosses. The results obtained can be summerized as follows. (1) The hatching and the practical hatching ratio in the specific gravity of 1.07 and 1.08 eggs were higher than in the specific gravity of 1.09 eggs. (2) The ratio of abnormal egg by the salt water was about 1.7 persent. (3) There were no differences for the hatching ratio between the specific gravity of eggs depend upon two silkworm races and their reciprocal crosses. (4) On the egg production company, in case of the specific gravity of 1.07 and 1.08 eggs, the hatching and the practical hatching ratio were the same tendency, but difference in the specific gravity of 1.09 eggs.

      • 人工飼料組成中 炭水化物源의 含量變化가 누에 形質에 미치는 影響

        This study was carried out to substitute various types of grain flour for fiber, starch and monosaccharides as sources of carbohydrate in the artificial feed for silkworm raising to the half amount of their requirements. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. Corn flour treatment gave abort same raising duration, larval weight, cocoon weight and gave better result in the measurements of mortality, cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell ratio by contrasting to the control. 2. Wheat flour was the next to corn flour and gave better result in cocoon shell weight comparing with the control. 3. Barley flour treatment gave similar result as the control. 4. Mung bean flour treatment make it shorten the raising duration, but it gave higher mortality and make lighter in cocoon weight than the control.

      • 누에의 人工飼料 開發에 관한 硏究

        This experiment was conducted to improve the quality of artificial diet for the silkworm., Bombyx mori. 1. All of the Corn, Barley, Rice were good for response, Corn was most recommendable starch source for artificial diet. 2. The precentage of under grown larvae could be reduced by the treatment of hexane when the soybean powder was used for starch source, which was especially effective on the diet for the 1st instar. 3. Feeding responses and growth at 4th instar larvae were varied by the individual moth, however the Japanese strains were superior to Chinese strains in general case. 4. All of the hybrid silkworm showed the better feeding response and growth than their original strains. 5. Both cocoon productivity and egg productivity of the original strains reared on the artificial diet were increased by the subsequent rearing through generation.

      • 세리신잠(Nd-s)의 발육특성과 혈액아미노산 조성

        세리신 잠의의 발육, 실샘 성장, 세리신 량, 혈액 아미노산 조성 등 세리신 잠의 특성을 알아보기 위하여 잠120과 같은 조건으로 사육하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 부화율에 있어서 세리신 잠은 85%이며 잠120은 95%이었다. 특히 세리신 잠은 부화가 고르지 않았다. 2. 유충 기간에 있어서, 세리신은 20일 23시간이었고, 잠120은 21일 22시간이었다. 3. 실샘에 있어서 세리신 잠은 중부실샘이 대부분이며 후부 실샘의 길이는 약2∼3cm 이었고 굴곡은 없었다. 4. 세리신 잠에 있어서 상족후 나방까지의 기간은 약12일 이었으며, 화용후 화아까지는 7일로 대단히 짧은 특성을 보였다. 5. 고치에 있어서 세리신 잠은 아주 얇고 가벼웠으며 견층중은 2.7cg 이며 견층 비율은 3.65% 이였다. 6. 세리신 (sericin protein)양에 있어서, 세리신잠의 견층이 sericin만으로 구성되어 있고 잠120은 28%가 sericin 이었다. 세리신 잠의 견층당 sericin 율은 잠120의 34.6% 정도였다. 7. 혈액 아미노산의 양에 있어서 세리신 잠은 histidine, lysine, glutamic acid 가 많았으며 5령 발육에 따른 조성의 변화에 있어서 대부분의 혈액 아미노산들은 증가하였다. This experiment was to know properites of Sericin Jam that development, growth of silkgland, content of sericin and composition of amino acid in hemolymph. The characters of Sericin Jam can be seen form this experiment. Hatching ratio was 85% in Sericin Jam and 95% in Jam 120. Especially hatching period of Sercin Jam was longer than Jam was 20 days and 23 hours, and Jam 120 was 21 days and 22 hours. In Sericin Jam, middle silkgland contain a great p art s in silkgalnd and posterior silkgand is short and no curves. The period of mounting to emergence was 12 days in Sericin Jam. The period of pupa was 7day. It is property of Sercin Jam that the period is short. Cocoon was very thin and light in Sericin Jam. Weight of cocoon shell of Sericin Jam is 2.7cg. The sericin protein quantity was 100% in cocoon shell of Sericin Jam, about 28% in cocoon shell of jam 120, however the sericin ratio per Sericin Jam cocoon was 34.6% compare to cocoon shell of jam 120 in sericin protein quantity. The amino acids in hemolymph of Sericin Jam was much hidtidine, lysine, glut amic acid. And the amount of almost amino acids were increased depends upon development at t he 5th instar.
