        Wingate anaerobic test 시 검사자의 Shouting 환경이 무산소성파워 변인에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 Wingate anaerobic test 시 검사자의 Shouting 조건으로 무기합, 미리 녹음된 동일한 기합, 측정자 성별에 의한 기합에 따른 결과차이를 규명하여, 무산소성파워능력 측정 피험자의 최대파워 도출 및 반복측정 시 최대한 동일한 환경을 제시하기 위한 방법을 모색하고자 한다. 연구대상은 최근 심·폐계 및 근·골·격계에 이상이 없는 체육학과 대학생 12명으로 하였으며, 측정은 3일 간격으로 총 8회 저녁시간 대로 하여, 최대한 동일한 시간에 측정 하였다. 측정 시 shouting 조건은 1) 무기합, 2) 87db의 동일한 기합, 3) 성별에 의한 남자와 여자의 기합으로 분류하여 각각 측정하였다. 본연구의 결과는 shouting 종류별로 2회 반복측정을 실시한 결과 최대피크파워(PP), 평균파워(MP) 결과 모두에서 shouting 종류와 2회 반복측정에 따라 조건에 따라서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 반복측정 간 95% 신뢰구간 내 차이값의 평균을 분석한 결과 Peak Power(PP)와 Mean Power(MP) 모두에서 측정자의 성별에 따른 여자의 기합에서 가장 큰 오차 범위를 나타내었다. 따라서 본 연구자는 이번 연구 결과와 현장에서의 다양한 피험자를 측정 해온 경험으로 wingate anaeorbic test 시 shouting 환경이 측정결과에 다양한 영향을 나타낼 수 있다고 판단되며, 이와 같은 오차를 줄이기 위해서는 매 측정 시 마다 동일화된 기계적 음성 또는 최대한의 shouting 환경을 통일 시키는 것이 바람직 할 것으로 사료된다. The se of this study is to analyze the influence of testers` shouting environment on the anaerobic muscular power outcomes. The subjects of this study were 12 university students specialized in physical exercise with no problem in cardiac, pulmonary system and muscular and skeletal system and total six tests were done for 3 days interval. Among them, same shouting test was carried out with a sound measurement system. And after checking out the decibel level that has been normally used, shouting was recorded in a CD player and played with “go” shouting. Using an excalibur sport, Wingate test was conducted for maximum exercise with 0.75/kg loads for 30 seconds after 2 minutes warm-up. The varying PP and MP outcomes in WAnt by different shouting environments are as follows: In all PP and MP outcomes, SS(same sound) had generally higher anaerobic power than NS(none sound) and M&FS(male&female sound) and the both PP and MP, there was a mutual interaction effect between kinds of shouting(p<.01, p<.01). In addition, the outcomes of bland & altman by female items, MP had highest confidence interval of 95% with repeated measurement. To sum up the above outcomes, it reveals that there is some difference in outcomes by different shouting environment during WAnt. In particular, it appears that if operator`s gender was changed, the volume of shouting sound and the voice itself differed so that it generated a larger gap. Also, it confirms that shouting is an important factor to draw out the maximum anaerobic power, and it deems important to have an identical condition for environments such as shouting volume and temp, etc so as to minimize any errors occurring in repeated measurement.

        민첩성 훈련이 골격근의 수축특성에 미치는 영향 및 수축특성 요인간의 상관관계

        The aims of the present study were to determine the effects of sprint training for 8weeks on changes in mechanical contractile properties an to search for correlation between each contractile properties in the soleus and medial gastrocnemices muscle. Untrained group was used for control and compared them to training group. The results of this experiment were as followings: 1. Sprint training group showed the significant loss body weight(11g,p<0.05) in soleus and medial gastrocenemices muscle. In contrast, however, gain of muscle weight(44mg, p<0.01)was observed only in medial gastrocnemices muscle. 2. Sprint training group produced reduction in contraction time(4.0ms, p<.0.05) in soleus muscle. 3. Spring training group produced reduction in contraction time(4.0ms, p<0.05) and half relaxation time(2.7ms, p<0.05). In addition, the significant increase in 22.7g of twitch tension in the medial gastrocnemices muscle were observed as a result of spring training group. 4. There was significant correlation between body weight and muscle weight as well as between twitch and tension and tetanic tension.

        클렌부테를 투여와 지구성 운동이 S-D계 흰쥐의 혈중 렙틴에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to see clenbuterol(β_2-adrenergic agonist) administration, exercise training, and the combination of these on plasma leptin responses and endurance exercise performance were investigated. Forty male Sprague-Dawely rats were randomly assigned to one of four treatment groups : The whole rats eating 30% Hight-fat diet control(CON; n=10), clenbuterol(CL; n=10), exercise trained(EX; n=10), or clenbuterol/Exercise trained(CL+EX; n=10). The exercise protocol consist of running on motor-driven treadmill up an 8% grade, 27 m/min, 1 hr/day, 5 days/wk for 2 weeks. Clenbuterol were intubated with 2 ㎎/㎏ body wt/day dissolved in deionized water, Clenbuterol did not change body weight compared with control groups. Exercise training and clenbuterol administration significantly decreased plasma leptin, glucose, and insulin hormone. There was correlation significantly between insulin and leptin. Exercise training groups significantly decreased blood TC, HDL-C. clenbuterol administration significantly increased plasma LDL-C. CL and CL+EX groups significantly decreased endurance running time compared with EX group. The results of the current study indicate that the effects of clenbuterol administration are the same as the effects of exercise training in leptin levele, The combined effects of these two treatments in decreasing the leptin level was additive.

        Vaspin 유전자다형이 비만, 심폐체력, 대사성위험인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the current study was to investigate whether or not the vaspin gene polymorphism was associated with body fatness and cardiorespiratory fitness in apparently healthy and young adults. A total of 371 men volunteers were assessed for the vaspin GT71 genotyping by using the real-time quantitative PeR with TaqMan detection chemistry. Cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) was measured as the maximum volume of minute oxygen consumption during a graded treadmill testing. Body fatness including body mass index, percent body fat, waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) and blood chemistry, glucose, insulin, and vaspin were measured using our standardized protocols. In the total study sample, vaspin GT71 was significantly associated with body fatness, CRF, blood pressures, and vaspin such that the IT homozygotes had significantly higher values of BMI(p=.019), BF(p=.006), CRF(p=.001), waist(p=.018), SBP(p=.041), DBP(p=.017), and vaspin(p=.031) than those GT and GG homozygotes. Multivariate Linear regression analyses shoewd that HOMA-IR was independent predictors. On the other hand, waist, vaspin GT71 and percent body fat were independent predictors of CRF. In summary, the findings of the current study suggest that vaspin GT71 polymorphism may be used as a biological marker to CRF and body fatness at least in young adults.

      • 저항성 운동이 혈중 호르몬과 효소의 반응에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effect of elastic resistance strength training (ERST) on plasma testosterone, cortisol, CPK and LDH reponses. Five college male students who were not experienced in resistance training were participated in this study (Height = 172.0±1.8 ㎝; Body weight = 67.3±3.1 ㎏; Age = 19.4±0.9 years). Rubber band was used for elastic resistance training. Training protocol was based on progressive overload principle for 4 week period. Isokinetic strength, Wingate power test and blood analysis were performed at prior to training, after 1-week, 2-week, 3-week and 4-week training. Isokinetic strengths were not significantly different between pre and post training, but during training they were significantly increased and decreased following the change of training intensity. LDH was not significantly affected during the whole training period but CPK at the end of the current experiment was significantly increased. The plasma cortisol and testosterone reponses were not affect from the present ERST, respectively. Therefore, the results of the present study indicated that the present ERST did affect the isokinetic strengths during training in the absence of the significantly change of humoral factors.

        스포츠댄스 활동이 폐경기 중년 여성들의 비만 및 인슐린저항성 관련 지표에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a 12-wk sports-dance activity on obesity and insulin resistance-related markers in postmenopausal women. Subjects were randomly divided into either control group (n=20, mean age 55.0±3.1 years old) or exercise group (n=20, mean age 54.6±4.3 years old) who were invited to participate in a 12-week sports-dance program. All the subjects underwent baseline measurements such as body composition (i.e., height, weight, BMI, BF), VO2max, and blood chemistry (i.e., TC, TG, HDLC, glucose, insulin, leptin, and adiponectin). Group analyses by using two-way RM-ANOVA showed significant time×group interactions in body fatness variables. The exercise group had significant improvements in body weight, BMI, BF, FM, and FFM compared with the control group. We found significant time×group interactions in glucose, HOMA-IR, leptin, and adiponectin. The exercise group had significant improvements in those variables compared with the control group. In conclusion, the current findings of the study suggest that a regular sports-dance activity induces several health benefits such as decreased body fatness and improved insulin resistance profiles in postmenopausal women.

        무용경력이 안진 운동 검사에 미치는 영향

        This study has been aimed to understand the effect of dancing career to the balance function of vestibular system. To understand such effect I performed the nystagmus test through which I had the following results as given to 24 elementary girls who are healthy. There showed the significant difference between 3 groups in recovery time after the test of nystagmus exercise according to dancing career and there showed rapid recovery in dancing pupil(over 3-year career) more than ordinary pupil through the post test. And the pupils having the dancing career(over 3-year) showed longer hour in recovery than the ordinary pupil to see the change of recovery time through the 1st measurement, and through the 2nd measurement the time of restoration showed quicker in the pupil having dancing career than the ordinary pupil. This means that somewhere in the level of high grade backbone there exists the turning point bringing functional transfer through dancing lesson in childhood, it elevates the adaptation ability for nystagmus exercise after turning stimulation and also it is imagined that it affects affirmatively to various forms of the balance function of vestibular system. Therefore the dancing lesson in childhood it thought to be applicable exercise in elevating the balance function of vestibular system including the physical health.
