코로나 19 확산에 따라 사상 처음 온라인 개학 으로 학교 교육과정이 운영되고 있다. 온라인 개학으로 인해 그 동안 당연하게 여겨졌던 물리적인 등교 가 불가능한 상황을 맞이하게 된 것이다. 코로나 19 상황이 조기에 호전되었다면 온라인 개학은 단기적인 해프닝 정도로 우리의 기억 속에 남았을 것이다. 하지만 현재 감염증 상황이 기대와는 달리 지속됨으로써 단순한 해프닝 정도가 아니라 학교 교육을 전반적으로 되돌아보고 앞으로 어떠한 방향으로 나아가야 하는지에 대한 진지한 고민거리가 되고 있다. 학교 교육에서 이러닝은 학교 교육의 보완재 로서 그 역할을 해오고 있는데, 코로나 19 상황으로 인해 그저 보완재 로서 이러닝을 바라보는 것에서 나아가 학교 교육의 일부로서 이러닝을 바라보고, 그러한 역할에 맞는 기반을 갖추는 것이 중요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 초･중등교육 차원의 이러닝의 현안을 살펴보고 학교 교육을 혁신하기 위한 하나의 기제로서 이러닝을 개선하기 위한 과제를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선 이러닝 관련 법･제도 현황과 이러닝 관련 정부부처 기본 정책을 분석하였고, 초･중등교육 차원의 이러닝 실행 측면의 이슈와 현안을 도출한 후, 이를 해결하고 개선하기 위한 방향 및 과제를 제안하였다. With the spread of Corona 19, the school curriculum is being operated for the first time in history as opening online . Because of the online school opening, the physical ‘going to school that has been taken for granted is now impossible. If the Corona 19 situation had improved early, the online school opening would have remained in our memory as a short-term happening. However, as the current infectious disease situation persists contrary to expectations, it is not just an incident, but a serious concern about what direction to go forward by looking back at school education in general. In school education, e-learning has been playing a role as a supplemental material to school education. Due to the Corona 19 situation, e-learning is being considered not just a supplemental material , but as an important part of school education. Thus, it is an important point to have the basis for that role. Along this line, this study examines the pending issues of e-learning at the level of elementary and secondary education, and proposes tasks to improve e-learning as a mechanism to innovate school education. To this end, first, the status of e-learning related laws and systems and policies of the government were analyzed, pending issues in the aspect of e-learning implementation at the level of elementary and secondary education were identified, and then directions and tasks to resolve and improve them were proposed.

전원학교 교수학습지원시스템 활성화를 위한 교수학습모형 개발

전원학교 교수학습지원시스템(이하 FASTEL)에 대한 만족도 조사 결과, 학생들의 만족도가 높고 교사들도 학습에 효과적이라는 인식을 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 정작 수업에서는 FASTEL이 제대로 활용되지 않고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 교사들이 FASTEL을 수업에 잘 활용할 수 있는 여건을 만들어주기 위하여 FASTEL을 위한 교수학습모형을 개발하고 이에 대한 효과성을 검증하였다. 교수학습모형은 FASTEL 활용의 활성화를 위하여 전원학교 인프라가 갖추어진 전원학교와 FASTEL만을 사용하는 전원학교로 구분하여 유형화하고 각 유형에 적합한 교수학습모형을 개발하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 개발한 교수학습모형은 전원학교는 물론 일반학교에서도 FASTEL 활용의 여건을 마련해 줌으로써 FASTEL의 활용성을 높여줄 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was not only to develop models for teaching and learning , that can guide teachers to utilize FASTEL effectively, but also to investigate the actual effectiveness of the models developed. According to a survey on satisfaction with FASTEL in rural public schools, it is not utilized as anticipated in classroom instruction despite students high satisfaction with it and teachers positive perceptions on its effectiveness in teaching and learning. Along this line, this study categorized rural public schools into two types and proposed a model for each type to facilitate FASTEL utilization: one for schools equipped with both FASTEL and the cutting-edge technologies like interactive whiteboard, tablet, and Wi-Fi; the other for schools equipped with FASTEL only. Eventually, the models for teaching and learning developed in this study are expected to revitalize FASTEL by providing the foundation of utilizing FASTEL in general public schools as well as rural public schools.

고교 학점제의 단계적 도입을 위한 진로수요 맞춤형 교육과정 운영 방안 탐색

본 연구에서는 맞춤형 교육과정 운영을 지원하기 위한 방안으로 고교 학점제의 개념을 확인하고, 선택교육과정에 대한 현장의 수요와 운영현황 분석을 기초로 일반고에 적용 가능한 학생 맞춤형(DIY형) 선택교육과정 도입방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 성취기준 기반의 학점제를 장기적 과제로 제시하며, 이수시간(단위) 기반의 학점제 관점에서 학생들의 실질적인 교육과정 선택권을 확대하는 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 학생들이 자신의 적성, 진로에 따라 교육과정을 선택할 수 있는 방안으로 학교기반형(학교 내, 학교 간), 지역사회연계형(학교 밖 위탁교육형, 학교 밖 교육자원 활용형), 온라인 기반형 맞춤 교육과정 운영의 적극적인 활성화를 제안하였다. 또한 학생 맞춤형 교육과정 운영이 실현되기 위한 조건으로 학년제 등 학사 시스템 정비, 학생평가체제 및 평가결과 기록 방식 보완, 대입제도 개선, 교원 자격 및 배치 기준 재정비, 학습관리시스템과 학습분석 서비스 통합 환경 구축 등의 향후 발전과제들을 제안하였다. This research was intended to suggest ways of introducing a DIY-type student-directed curriculum applicable to general high schools, based on an analysis of the demands of the educational field and the implementation status of such a curriculum in the field. That is, this research aimed to come up with feasible measures of enhancing students’ right to select their own courses of study in a credit system, proposing student achievement standards based the credit system as a long-term task. The results of this research suggest personalized curriculum implementation in schools (intra-and inter-school), communities (commissioned education out of school and education utilizing educational resources out of school), and online. The research findings conclude that the implementation of a student-directed curriculum would depend on updating the school administration system, such as the current academic year system, a student assessment system and method of recording student assessment results, the university entrance system, teacher qualification and allocation criteria, and the establishment of integrated environments of learning management and analysis systems, among other factors
