        태권도 시범단의 도약격파 수행 시 패널티메이트 스트라이드의 요인 비교 분석

        Taekwondo takeoff break will require high duration of flight to smash many targets with a jump. Transforming horizontal energy into vertical energy will be very important factors for jumping such as two steps before takeoff (penultimate) while jumping, one step before takeoff (stride), takeoff grounding, hip joints inside angle when takeoff, back obliquity, driving distance, and time of staying in the air. Thus, in this study, we look at what factors are used to ensure time of staying in the air from each of the two groups to reveal the difference between the width of the penultimate stride that must be preceded by the takeoff break and the inside angle of hip joints when takeoff. The purpose of this study is to present an effective method of takeoff when performing the takeoff break. The test participants were selected for seven athletes who are performing in the national team and in the university demonstration team under the judgment sample. The difference analysis between the two groups used independent t-test, to investigate specific factors for each section, by finding a correlation matrix for seven variables, principal component analysis was implemented, and it was based on Kaiser`s proposed unique value of 1.0 or higher. Also, to get the correct loading amount for each variable, the axial rotation was investigated by using the vari-max method and the following conclusions were reached. The elite demonstration team and university`s demonstration team showed statistically significant differences in two steps before takeoff(p<.005) and duration of flight(p<.002), the inside angle of hip joints when takeoff(p<.000) and driving distance(p<.000). A comparison result of the average values measured by presenting a common jumping front kick task to the two groups, the elite demonstration team"s duration of flight showed about 0.112(sec) higher record. In takeoff factors that played important roles when performing Taekwondo takeoff break, the first factor was the inside angle of hip joints when takeoff, the second factor was one s tep before takeoff, and the third factor was takeoff grounding moment. These results can increase the vertical jump force of takeoff foot on the ground when the horizontal velocity at the moment of ground is faster, and it is thought that it will give an important impact on improving duration of flight to increase the horizontal energy up to two steps before takeoff, then control horizontal energy and transform it into vertical energy when carrying out takeoff break.

        남자 태권도 품새선수의 발차기 수행 시 기합 발성타이밍과 발음유형에 따른 등속성근기능 비교분석

        목적 이 연구는 태권도 발차기 수행 시 기합 발음의 유형에 따른 등속성근기능의 최대근력과 반복 당 평균파워를 비교분석하는 것에 목적이 있다. 방법 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 대한태권도협회에서 인정하는 전국규모의 대회에서 입상경력이 있는 대학생 엘리트 품새 선수들을 판단표본추출방법을 통해 총 12명을 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 일원분산분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 기합발음과 발성타이밍 유형에 따른 발차기 시 슬관절의 신근은 통계적 유의성을 나타냈으며, 사후 분석결과 차는 동시 ‘파’ 기합에서 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 굴근도 마찬가지로 통계적으로 유의성을 나타내 사후분석을 실시한 결과 ‘차는 동시’, ‘차고 난 직후’에 ‘파’에서 가장 높은 최대근력을 나타냈다. 둘째, 반복 당 평균파워는 신근과 굴근 모두 통계적 유의성을 나타내지 않았다. 결론 수행과제로 제시 된 각각의 기합 발성타이밍과 발음유형에 따라 발차기 최대근력 결과의 유효성이 차별적으로 나타나 발차기 수행 시 차는 동시에 파열음의 기합을 적용한다면 발차기의 최대근력을 높일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Purpose The purpose of this study was to analyze and compare the peak torque and average power per repetitions of isometric control when performing Taekwondo kicks depending on the type of shouting pronunciation used. Method To accomplish the purpose of this study, this study conducted a judgmental sampling of 12 elite college student Poomsae athletes who had won prizes at national competitions recognized by the Korea Taekwondo Association. One-way ANOVA and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data collected. Results First, the type of shouting pronunciation and vocalization timing were associated with the extensor of the knee joint when kicking. Duncan scored the highest in the 'Pa' shout while kicking. Flexor also showed statistical significance. In post-hoc:Duncan, the highest peak torque was measured in 'Pa' at the same time as 'kick' and 'right after kick'. Second, neither the flexor nor the extensor showed statistical significance in the average power per retention. Conclusion Depending on when and how each shouting is given as a performance task, the effectiveness of the kick peak torque result can differ. As a consequence of this study, it has been concluded that when plosive sounds are shouted simultaneously with kicks, the peak torque of kicks will increase.

        태권도 540° 회전 뒤후려차기 동작 시 근 활성도 분석

        The purpose of this study is to examine the main muscle activities of EMG, when Taekwondo demonstration team take off for 540° turn kick, which motion occupies the most of time. For this research, three healthy members of Taekwondo demonstration team were chosen at the S university. This research also suggests efficient exercise method to Taekwondo demonstration team who want to exercise 540° turn kick. The research results are as follow : To improve the quality of taking off motion and the stability, people have to make right movement. The taking off motion occupied the most of time more than 0.4sec for the whole 540° turn kick movement and individual differences existed. The 540° turn kick consists of Spin movement and jumping movement. For the taking off movement, Tibialis anterior (TA), Rectus abdominis (RA) and Gastrocnemius (GA) are the important muscles. In conclusion, to improve the 540° turn kick skill, Gastrocnemius (GA), Soleus (SO) and Tinialis anterior (TA) is required to be trained and the muscle of lower limbs need to be trained in trained in balance as minor muscle. In addition, The exercise should not only be done the extension and flexion muscles located in anterior and posterior leg but also the adduction muscles located in left and right leg.

        태권도 몸돌려후려차기 동작 시 근 활동 분석

        This study is intended to provide necessary resources for armature and elite athletes who want to practice Momdollyo Huryo Chagi kick. In this study, three subjects of S university majoring in Taekwondo were used and the muscle activities are analysed by the EMG (Electromyography) method during performance of Momdollyo Huryo Chagi kick which is often used to attack on the op ponent`s face for scoring. The results were summarized as follows: The total time of performing Momdollyo Huryo Chagi motion took 0.99 seconds as average and The highest muscle activity was Tibialis anterior(TA) in the subject`s muscle Peak, unit and muscle activity of Lumber erector spinae(LE) was highest in every subject. In the part muscle`s activity of Momdollyo Huryo Chagi motion, Gastrocnemius(GA) promotes first turning force by dorsi flexion and then a knee joint is lifted up while a hip and knee joint`s become most flexion using Lumber erector spinae(LE) and External oblique(EO), Biceps femoris(BF) is extended and a knee joint`s movement of extension and flexion after, Gastrocnemius(GA) kick the target by plantar flexion of foot at that time the other support foot, Gastrocnemius(GA) finishes this motion by minimizing support area on the floor and its body to ease rotation. As a conclusion, it needs to be strengthened that Gastrocnemiu s(GA), Lumber erector spinae(LE) and Biceps femoris(BF), Being important that Tibialis anterior(TA) also is strengthen to finish the motion safely while rotating.

        태권도 들어찍기 동작 시 근 활동 분석

        This study is intended to provide necessary resources for armature and elite athletes who want to practice Axe kick (Downward kick). In this study, three subjects of S. University majoring in Taekwondo were used and the muscle activities are analysed by the EMG (Electromyography) method during performance of Axe kick which is often used to attack on the opponent`s face for scoring. The results were summarized as follows: The total time of performing Axe kick took 1.06 seconds. Muscles of Rectus abdominis (RA) and Lumber erector (LE), External oblique (EO) were found to be used in the action. The Recrus femoris (RF) and Biceps femoris (BF) were used to increase the acceleration in performing strong Axe kick. Rectus abdominis (RA) was constantly used in the action and Tibialis anterior (TA) was used for center of the action. Tensor fasciae latae (TF) and Recrus femoris (RF) were used to lift up the lower part of the lower limb for Axe kick. Regarding many parts of the truck were used in performing axe kick, it may be significant to propose trunk strengthening training to be considered and applied in the actions of Axe kick performance.

        태권도 시범력 향상을 위한 540°회전 뒤후려차기의 운동학적 비교 분석

        본 연구는 태권도 540° 회전 뒤후려차기시 타격순간 지지발이 지면에서 떨어진상태로 540°회전 뒤후려차기 1단계 기술만이 가능한 시범훈련집단(Training Groups: TG)과 540° 회전 뒤후려차기 3단계를 자유롭게 구사하는 시범 엘리트 집단(Elite Groups: EG)으로 구분하였다. 시범훈련 집단(Training Groups: TG) 6명과 시범 엘리트 집단(Elite Groups: EG) 6명을 대상으로 540°회전 뒤후려차기 동작 시 나타나는 자료를 운동학적 비교 분석을 통해 기술적 결과와 기술 결정요인으로 구분하여 시범력 향상을 위해 필요한 기초자료를 지도자 및 시범단원들에게 제공하여 새로운 시범 기술 개발을 위해 이 연구의 필요성이 있다고 판단이 된다. 분석된 결과는 다음과같은 결론을 얻었다. 태권도 540° 회전 뒤후려차기 동작시 TG의 평균 기술소요시간은 0.81sec소요되었으며, EG은 0.92sec소요되었으며, TG과 EG 간 전구간 통계적 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았고, 두 그룹 모두 좌측 슬관절과 우측 슬관절이 마지막 3구간에서 목표물을 정확하게 가격하기 위한 동작으로 양 슬관절의 높이와 각도를 비슷하게 유지 하였고, 임팩트 시점에 각도를 상승시키면서 강하게 목표물을 강타하였고, 우세발인 좌측 발은 목표물을 강하게 가격하기 위해 각속도와 각가속도를 가파르게 상승시키는 기술적 결과를 보여주었다. 하지만 TG은 EG 보다는 각도의 크기 또한 작고, 각가속도에서도 낮은 속도를 나타내었으며, TG은 EG과 유사한 각도, 각속도,각가속도의 그래프 형태를 나타내고는 있지만 EG 기술을 따라가기 위해 TG은 추후 각가속도를 높이기 위한 반복적이고 꾸준한 체력과 기술 훈련을 실시하여 EG 수준의 각가속도를 향상시키고 근육의 발현 타이밍 완급조절을 하는 것이 가장 중요한 기술 결정 요인으로 판단이 된다. This study divided into two groups. First group is consisted with 6 members of demonstration training group and another group is consisted with 6 members of elite demonstration group. Through performing kinematic comparison analysis based on the data from the two groups` 540° Dwihuryeochagi performances, the researchers categorized technological results and the factors that decide technical improvement, and providing these as basic data to instructors is essential for them to create new skills and for the improvement of demonstration. The average motion time of Taekwondo 540° Dwihuryeochagi is 0.81sec for training group, 0.92sec for elite group. There was no statistical significant difference in all the phases. The most important thing for both groups is that they were able to maintain the angles of both knees at E3 and to make small angle at E4 impact event for strong target. To hit target strongly, angle speed and angular acceleration of left foot was sharply increased. On the other hand, training group showed shorter required time for motion, smaller angle, and lower speed in angular acceleration than elite demonstration group. Training group training group showed similar angle, angular speed, and angular acceleration with elite demonstration group, it is thought that improving angular acceleration in level of elite demonstration group and controlling a moment of muscle movement are most important factors to decide skill - by the physical and technical training repeatedly and continuously.

        The purpose of this study was to develop a systematic video analysis process outputting the correct data such as evacuation time through evacuation experiments video. It will be able to overcome the time limitations of survey after the experiment and the result can be more objective. Evacuation experiment was conducted to find out evacuation behavior of individual and crowd at the time of evacuation. Evacuation process has been entirely filmed using camcoder and CCTV installed in the path of evacuation. It will be able to analyze cause of evacuation behavior through video analysis processing. This can be applied even in another evacuation experiment to calculate data in the evacuation path.

        The purpose of this study is to develop passive ventilation envelope structure improving indoor air quality and to meet energy saving aspects. In this paper, it has accomplished the natural ventilation design of passive ventilation skin with tiny holes and the air gap in the building envelope with the prototype such as Japanese breathing wall developed by the author. Annual ventilation performance of the prototype was reviewed in conjunction with a typical meteorological data of Seoul. Under the terms of ventilation, the appropriate effective aperture area appeared with 20, 50, 80[㎠/㎡] in energy saving, winter IAQ focused type, annual IAQ focused type in order.

        태권도 540˚ 회전 몸돌려후려차기 동작의 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of the study was to examine a kinematic character and principle of 540˚ Momdollyo huryo chagi in Taekwondo and to propose various kinematic variables and quantitative data of legs`segment when Taekwondo leaders in the actual site and national special elite model members are in action. The study had a kinematic analysis of action with 3 members of national team in Taekwondo, utilizing a 3D video analysis system to achieve the above-mentioned study and got the result as follows. 1) Action in take off section out of the whole action took the longest time as 51.55% to make a complete action and to prevent damage which may happen at the time of landing. 2) It is an action to make an accurate hit for the objective in the final impact section when the left knee joint and the right knee joint reach a flying section after passing by a takeoff section and it is the most important to keep the same height of both knee joints in the flying section. 3) When they secured duration of flight by increasing speed by rapid rotation to the left while the right leg joint rotated 360˚, the left ankle joint hit the objective by increasing speed steeply to the impact section. 4) The left ankle joint reduced the moment of inertia by rotating 360˚ to the flexion in the side of the abdomen and raised an angle largely to hit the objective in the impact section by rotating the remainder of 180˚. 5) Angular speed and angular acceleration got quicker in order of hip, ankle joint and knee joint in the left leg joint to hit the objective. The left ankle joint out of those increased angular speed of more than 3 times and angular acceleration of more than 8 times steeply in the impact section which its flying section finished to make strong shock power in the impact section and the knee joint increased steeper angular speed of more than 11 times and steeper angular acceleration of more than 12 times in the impact section.

        태권도 품새 중 두발 서기자세 옆차기와 학다리 서기자세 옆차기 동작의 운동학적 비교분석

        The purposes of this research are to analyze image and muscle activity between Yeopchagi of two-feet stance posture and Yeopchagi movement of Hakdari seogi posture among the Taekwondo Poomsae, obtain kinematic of two Yeopchagi, provide scientific basic data by finding movement organization factors, characteristics and similarities and differences of each seogi posture Yeopchagi, suggest effective direction of performance for guide’s correct guidance and Poomsae player’s Yeopchagi technological movement and contribute to the improvement of Poomsae player’s athletic performance. Research subjects were 6 male Poomsae players who were registered in Korea Taekwondo Association as Poomase players with career of get a prize and the experiment was conducted by 6 cameras. As a result, following conclusions could be obtained. First, for the total time required, Yeopchagi of Hakdari seogi posture was more rapid than Yeopchagi of two-feet stance posture. In the time required by condition, Yeopchagi of Hakdari seogi posture showed both increase and decrease in performance time, but Yeopchagi of two feet stance posture showed continuously decreased performance time by condition. Second, for changes of hip joint angle, angular speed and each acceleration, there were significantly statistical differences for the right angel of hip joint in EVENT1 and EVENT 2. And, angular speed [Right/E1,E2(p<.001)] and each acceleration didn’t show significantly statistical differences. Third, for changes of knee joint angle, angular speed and each acceleration, knee joint changes of Yeopchagi of two stance postures show same similarities in EVENT 3 and EVENT 4 without significantly statistical difference. Knee joint changes show significantly statistical differences in EVENT 1 and EVENT 2. For changes of knee joint angle [Right: E1,E2(p<.001)/Left: E1,E2(p<.001)] and each speed change of knee joint, angular speed of right knee joint showed significantly statistical differences in EVENT 2 [Right: E2(p<.05)]. And, in each acceleration, there was not significantly statistical difference in EVENT 1~EVENT 4. Fourth, for changes of ankle joint angle, angular speed and each acceleration, ankle joint of kicking foot didn’t show dorsiflexion at the time of impact striking the target during both Yeopchagi of two-feet stance posture and Yeopchagi of Hakdari seogi posture. And, there were significantly statistical differences in EVENT1 and EVENT 2.
