Air Curtain Flap을 통한 Wheel 주변 유동에 관한 연구

고속으로 주행하는 차량의 Wheel 주변부에서 발생되는 공기 저항은 전체 차량에서 15%의 비중을 차지한다. 이를 완화하고자 Wheel Air Curtain Duct 구조가 상용화 되었지만 코너링 구간에서는 Tire의 안쪽 면에 닿는 유체의 압력이 증가하게 되어 더 큰 손실을 유발하게 된다. 현재 상용화 단계인 전기 자동차에서 공력저항을 고려해보면 주행가능 거리 손실과 밀접한 연관이 있기에 이를 완화하고자 가변형 Air Curtain Duct를 설계 및 유동해석을 통해 차량에서 발생되는 공기저항과 Tire에 접촉되는 유체의 압력분포 값을 도출하여 전면 Duct를 통과하는 공기의 효율적인 흐름을 위한 Duct 형상에 대하여 연구하였다.

The purpose of this paper is how to shape the body by making an electric car. First, you can see the usability of the electric power source by making an electric car yourself. Secondly, we can see the phenomenon that the system application of the suspension system is applied to the vehicle when manufacturing the vehicle body. Third, the use of single-axle type and double wishbone type of suspensions can be used to understand the effect on the vehicle. Fourth, when the single axle type is applied, it can be seen that the axle is lifted when the vehicle is turning, resulting in power loss. Fifth, it was found that the rear axle can be prevented from being lifted by making a stand - alone suspension system.
정전 분무법으로 제조한 β-형 PVDF 막에 미치는 니켈 질산염 첨가의 영향

PVDF as a semicrystal polymer, having a structure with C-F dipole moments, has been widely investigated because of its excellent chemical stability, mechanical strength, and ferroelectricity. In this study, ferroelectic β type – PVDF layer was prepared by using an electrostatic spray deposition method and the effects of the addition of Ni-nitrate in precursor solution on the properties of PVDF layer were evaluated. Crystallinity and chemical structure of the PVDF layer were analyzed by a X-ray diffraction and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer. Surface structure and fractured cross section of the layer were examined by a field emission-scanning electron microscope. LCR meter was used to obtain the dielectric properties of the layer. As the addition of an inorganic metal salt in PVDF sol, β type – PVDF crystals were appeared in the hydrated metal salts doped-layer since the strong hydrogen bondings (O-H…F-C)n due to high polarity of OH- were formed.
