        미세먼지와 식물의 상호작용: 국내외 연구동향 및 생태적 영향 고찰

        대기 중 미세먼지가 환경과 인간의 공중 보건에 악영향을 미치고 있다는 사실은 점점 명확해지고 있다. 미세먼지가 식물의 잎에 침착, 흡수되므로 식물이 미세먼지를 제거하는 바이오필터로 활용하기 위한 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 또한, 식물에 흡수된 미세먼지는 식물에 다양한 생리적, 형태적 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구는 식물과 미세먼지간의 상호작용에 대해 국내외에서 수행되어온 연구들의 방법과 결과를 특히 생태적 관점에서 종합 정리하였다. Airborne particulate matter (APM) is increasingly recognized that it has adverse impacts on environment and human public health. As plants can have a potential to reduce APM significantly by its deposition on leaves, considerable efforts has been made to use them as a biofilter. However, APM accumulation on plants can induce physiological and morphological alterations in plants. The present review aimed to synthesize the methods and results of the recent relevant research on interactions between plants and APM, especially from an ecological perspective, and briefly took into account the current status in Korea on this actively increasing research area.

        비만 환자에게서 발견된 신정맥 혈전증 1례

        Renal vein thrombosis (RVT) is mostly related with other causes. The underlying conditions of RVT were nephrotic syndrome, trauma, cancer, anatomical anomalies, and other hypercoagulable status. Especially hypercoagulable status was rarely caused by obesity. We diagnosed renal vein thrombosis from an obese patient with hypertriglyceridemia. A male patient visited the Seoul National University Hospital for evaluating the reason of his flank pain. The pain started from two weeks ago, He had regarded flank pain as his obesity status (his weight was 84 kg and Body mass index was 29.41 kg/m2). So he had lost his weight by over-sweating one day before. At initial examination, his blood pressure was 128/75 mmHg, pulse rate was 72/min, respiration rate was 20/min and body temperature was 36.2℃. Blood chemistries revealed total cholesterol 218 mg/dL, Blood urea nitrogen/creatinine 12/1.3 mg/dL Urinalysis showed specific gravity 1.015, pH 5.5, protein 2+, blood 2+, RBC/WBC 1-4/<1 HPF on microscopic examination. Twenty-four hour collection of the urine showed protein 329 mg/day, creatinine clearance 90 mL/min. Renal vein thrombosis was visualized on the renal computed tomography and pulmonary embolism on the lung scan. Then, anticoagulant therapy was started after coagulation related tests. However, no abnormality of coagulation tests was detected. The evidence of malignancy was not detected either. After anticoagulation therapy, the pain was subsided. The only underlying cause for his hypercoagulability was considered obese status. Unfortunately we had not checked the triglyceride, initially. So we could not prioritize the reason of renal vein thrombosis into hypertriyglyceridemia. We considered that his obese status and subsequent hypertriyglyceridemia might be one of the causes of renal vein thrombosis.

        생애진로분기점별 진로정체성 혼돈에 따른 진로전략 분석

        이 연구는 진로전환의 기점을 분기점별로 확인하고, 진로정체성 혼돈에 따른 진로전략을 질적 연구를 통해 분석하였다. 이 연구의 참여자는 학령기 교육의 수직적 전환단계에 해당하는 중학교 3학년, 고등학교 3학년, 대학 졸업 전후의 시기별로 각 3명씩을 선정하였으며, 조직규모별 종사경험자가 포함될 수 있도록 30세 전후, 40세 전후, 60세 전후 참여자를 각각 3명씩 선정하였다. 총 18명의 면담내용을 주제 분석한 결과, 첫째, 중학교 3학년, 고등학교 3학년, 대학 졸업 후 취업하기 전까지, 직장생활 3년 차 이내, 40대 초중반, 60세, 80세를 생애진로분기점으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생애진로분기점별 외부적 상황은 부모, 교사, 상사, 동료, 또래 등 의미 있는 타인의 영향을 받거나 그 외에 교육 및 훈련, 일 관련 경험, 취업 · 실업, 직무전환 등 환경적 요인, 진로사건에 관한 내용이었다. 셋째, 생애진로분기점에서의 정서적 상황에서는 분기점별 차이가 거의 없었으나, 생애진로분기점을 경험할 때마다 부정적 정서가 반복되는 양상을 보였다. 넷째, 연구 참여자들은 생애진로분기점마다 진로정체성에 대한 혼돈을 보였다. 다섯째, 생애진로분기점에서의 진로 전략은 접근 전략으로 진로 범위의 확대, 멘토링의 활용, 직무 충실과 몰입, 관련 교육 및 훈련 등과 같이 진로 목표에 다다르기 위한 전략이 있었고, 회피와 관련한 전략은 진로 제한에 따른 타협, 당면과제 회피 및 현실도피, 사회 규범적 가치에 편승, 진로와 관련 없는 성과에 주력하는 등과 같이 궁극적으로 진로목표 달성과는 연관성 없는 행동을 지향하는 내용 전략으로 범주화되었다. This study confirmed the life career branching points, and studied qualitatively the career strategy and career identity at that time. The participants in this study were three students from third graders of middle school, three ones from third graders of high school, and three before and after college graduation, which correspond to the vertical transition stage of school education. Three participants were selected before and after 30 years of age, three before and after 40 years of age, and three before and after 60 years of age. Subject analysis of the contents of the 18 interviews, showed that the life career branching point appeared in middle school grade 3, high school grade 3, until employment after graduation, within 3 years after entering their first job, early 40 years, 60 years old, and 80 years old. Second, external situations were due to the influence of important others, or external stimuli, environment, and career events. Third, negative emotions were repeated for each life career branching point. Fourth, as a result of the interview, the career identity confusion was repeated in every life career branching point. Fifth, the career strategy at the life career branching point was categorized as an approach strategy and avoidance strategy.

      • 환경오염시설 통합관리를 위한 금융지원 방안

        2015 년 『대기환경보전법』 동 개별법에 따라 분산, 중복되어 오던 오염물질 배출시설에 대한 인·허가를 하나로 통합하는 『환경오염시설의 통합관리에 관한 법률』 이 제정되었다. 오염물질의 효율적, 기술적, 경제적 저감이 가능한 최적가용기법 (BAT)을 통한 개별 사업장별 맞춤형 시설관리가 해당 법률의 핵심이다. 2017년부터 본격 시행된 이 법률은 2022 년 6월 현재 대기오염물질 또는 폐수 배출량이 1, 2종에 해당하는 21 개 업종에 적용되고 있다. 대상 기업 앞 BAT 적용시 기술투자, 제조라인 교체, 사업장 개보수 등을 위한 추가자금이 필요한 바, 정책금융의 역할이 중요하다. 본 연구의 산업은행의 21개 업종 앞 금융지원 현황을 분석한 뒤, 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있는 업종을 중심으로 해당 업종의 공정별, 사업장 위치별 특성 분석 및 맞춤형 금융지원 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

      • 한국군에서의 한타박스<sup>®</sup> (HFRS국내백신)의 효용성에 대한 연구

        Introduction: Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS), although its incidence is decreasing, reveals severe renal clinical course and high mortality. Military croups have many outdoor activities, so soldiers cannot avoid to exposure of Hantan virus in epidemic area in Korea. Therefore, soldiers in epidemic area were scheculed to vaccinate HantavaxⓇ which is intoxicated vaccine. this study aims that HantavaxⓇ can influence with the clinical course of HFRS. Methods: Twenty nine male patients ,who were diagnosed HFRS in the Armed Forces Capital Hospital, were retrospectively enrolled from March 2009 to July 2010. Patients have positive results in Hantan virus antibody using with rapid chromatography test and they have no history of vaccination within three month recently. Nephrology specialist diagnosed the HFRS in patient and enrolled them in study group. All patients were confirmed the vaccination history which is based on public record of his croup, not his memory's. Researchers could check patient's precise vaccination history, the day and the times. We classified patients by non-vaccination patients (group 1) and vaccination patient (group 2) and investigated clinical course of both groups. Results: Eleven patients (37.9%) had been vaccinated previously and eighteen patient had not had vaccination. None of study patients was died. six patients of group 1 must have been dialysis treatment during acute status and none of group 2 were not dialysis treatment. Eleven patients of group 1 experienced oliguria, but only one patient of group 2 have oliguric phase. These clinical course shows stastically different from group 1 and group 2(p=0.032, p=0.011). These results are announced that vaccination might have protective effect against the HFRS. Admission day, titer of antibody, hematologic and chemical test were not different among two groups. Conclusion: Vaccination group of HantavaxⓇ in patients had better clinical course than non-vaccination group. Additional study should be needed for evaluating of renal protective effect of HantavaxⓇ.

        아데노바이러스를 이용한 성체 심실 근세포 이노시톨 1,4,5-삼인산 수용체 제 2 아형의 발현 억제

        Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3) receptor (IP3R)-mediated signaling pathway is involved in many cellular processes including fertilization, apoptosis and neuronal function. Although cardiac myocytes express the IP3R, its pathophysiological role has not been clearly understood because of limited selectivity of currently available pharmacological blockers. In the present study we constructed shRNA-expressing adenovirus to knock-down the type 2 IP3R (IP3R2), a major subtype in cardiac ventricular myocytes, and demonstrated that the virus successfully eliminated the expression and localization of the IP3R2. These results may provide a reliable tool for probing pathophysiological roles of the IP3R2 in isolated intact cardiac myocytes.

        백서 심방 근세포에서 전단자극에 의한 P2X 퓨린수용체의 활성화

        Atrial myocytes are subjected to shear stress under physiological and pathological conditions during cardiac cycle. It has been recently suggested that ATP release of atrial cells induces longitudinal Ca 2+ wave via activation of P2Y 1 purinergic signaling in rat atrial myocytes under shear stress. In the present study, we examined whether P2X purinoceptor, a non-selective cation channel, is activated in these cells using a whole-cell patch clamp combined with a pressurized microflow system. Shear stress of ~16 dyne/cm 2 (1-s long) produced a slow inward current(I SS ) at −70 mV in symmetrical CsClrich solutions. Removal of external Ca 2+ significantly enhanced the I SS by approximately 140%. Pre-treatment of suramin(10 µM), the general P2-purinoceptor antagonist, suppressed the I SS by ~70%. In addition, the I SS was inhibited by ~50% by pre-exposure to P2X purinoceptor inhibitor, iso-PPADS(100 µM). Inhibition of transient receptor potential melastatin 4, the Ca 2+ -activated non-selective cation channel, using 9-phenanthrol(30 µM) decreased I SS by ~30%. When the delayed rectifying K + channels, that have slight permeability to Cs + , were blocked using 4-aminopyridine(200 µM), I SS was not altered. Our data suggest that shear stress activates P2X purinoceptors in atrial myocytes, thereby partly contributing to shear-activated slow cation influx at resting membrane potential.
