한우 및 유우에서의 indocyanine green 배설시험 및 혈장효소 활성치의 변화

This experiment was carried out to establish a proper method of indocyanine green(ICG) excrection test for a applicable liver function test in three Korean native cattle average weighing about 450kg and dairy cattle parity of 3~5. The results obtained the half life($T^1/_2$), fractional clearance rate(KICG), retention rate and plasma enzyme activities before or after injection of ICG were as follows. 1. The maximum absorbance of ICG in plasma was at 805nm. 2. Average half life and fractional clearance rate following the injection of ICG 0.25mg/kg body weight were $5.53{\pm}1.27$ minute and $0.131{\pm}0.031$/minute in Korean native cattle, $4.55{\pm}0.68$ minute and $0.156{\pm}0.031$/minute in dairy cattle, respectively. The ICG removal rate was exponentially liner for the first 15 minutes after injection both of Korean native cattle and dairy cattle. 3. Average plasma retention rate when 10, 15, 30 minutes after injection was $35.7{\pm}13.9$, $23.2{\pm}7.1$, $10.8{\pm}3.5%$ in Korean native cattle, $26.8{\pm}3.3$, $14.2{\pm}1.2$, $5.5{\pm}2.2%$ in dairy cattle, respectively. 4. Plasma enzyme activities(AST, ALT, r-GTP) were no variation among the before, during and after injection of ICG. From these results, ICG excretion test to cattle is applicable to evaluation of liver funtion in both clinical and research, and adopted the 15 minutes plasma sample as the sample taken at the ideal time for comparative purposes.

This study was carried out the determine the progesterone concentration for serum by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in bovine adult at estrous, pregnant, after patuation and male, female calves of 1 month old, respectively. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; 1. The assay has a sesitivity of $0.1ng/m{\ell}$. 2. Intra and inter-assay coefficient of variation were 4.5%, 6.1~9.4% when used for the determination of progesterone in samples of bovine serum. 3. The percentages of recovery for progesterone added were between 88.0 to 88.9%. 4. Progesterone concentration of adult bovine serum at estrus, pregnant and after 1 day of parturition were $0.37{\pm}0.16$, $7.1{\pm}1.0$, $0.13{\pm}0.02ng/m{\ell}$, respectively. 5. There was no differences in serum progesterone concentration of calves both male($0.16{\pm}0.03ng/m{\ell}$) and female($0.15{\pm}0.04ng/m{\ell}$) on 1 month old. From these results, progesterone determination by ELISA is very applicable to detect of early pregnancy diagnosis, factorial analysis of reproductive disorder, and also reproductive physiological functions such as veterinary therapeutic measures and monitoring of cyclicity.
Progesterone 측정을 위한 액상(液相) 효소면역측정법(酵素免疫測定法)의 최적조건에 관한 연구

This study was carried out to develop an effective liquid-phase double antibody enzyme immunoassay for determining of progesterone. The optimum conditions of assay system, 1st and 2nd antibodies, enzyme conjugate, and time reaction were invested. The bovine plasma progesterone level in dairy cattle and korean native bulls were also analyzed. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The reproducibility of petroleum ether was superior to that of ethyl ether as extract solvent of progesterone in plasma. 2. The optimum dilution rate of 1st and 2nd antibody was 30,000 and 10 times, respectively. Affer the reaction of enzyme conjugate to progesterone 1st antibody, and then 2nd antibody competition reaction was enough for over 1hr. 3. Average plasma progesterone level in 4 pregnant and 9 nonpregnant Holstein was $2.5{\pm}0.5$ and $0.7{\pm}0.2ng/m{\ell}$, respectively. Average plasma progesterone level of 10 Korean native bulls was $0.1{\pm}0.001ng/m{\ell}$ From these results, by using liquid phase double antibody enzyme immunoassay for progesterone is applicable to detect of early pregnancy diagnosis, factorial analysis of reproductive disorder, and also reproductive physiological function such as monitoring of cyclicity during the post-partum period.

The half life(T1/2), fractional clearance rate(KICG) and retention rate after injection of ICG with or without administred carbon tetrachloride($CCl_4$) were also invested. The results obtained were as follows ; 1. The maximum absorbance of ICG in plasma was at 810nm. 2. Half life and fractional clearance rate when administered 0.25 and 0.50mg of ICG per Kilogram body weight were $6.33{\pm}0.58$ minutes and $0.11{\pm}0.99$/minute in the former, $10.01{\pm}1.0$ minutes and $0.07{\pm}0.007$/minute in the latter, respectively. The ICG removal rate was exponentially linear for the first 15 minutes after injection both, of 0.25 and 0.50mg of ICG. 3. One day following the administration of $0.0042m{\ell}\;CCl_4$ kilogram body weight which injected 0.50mg of ICG, half life was more longer and fractional clearance rate was significantly reduced than that of ICG single injection. 4. Plasma retention rate when 15, 30, 45 minutes after injection dose of 0.25 and 0.50mg ICG per Kilogram body weight, $14.7{\pm}4.8$, $5.1{\pm}3.1$, $2.6{\pm}1.6%$ in the former, $26.9{\pm}1.8$, $11.1{\pm}2.4$, $4.8{\pm}1.3%$ in the latter, respectively. However, after administration of $CCl_4$, plasma retention rate of ICG at a dose of 0.50mg, it was $39.3{\pm}0.9$, $16{\pm}2.9$, $10.7{\pm}0.1%$, respectively. 5. Plasma enzyme(AST, ALT, r-GTP) activities administered with $CCl_4$ were increased, but there was no change which injected any dose of single ICG injection. From these results, ICG excretion test to dog is applicable to evaluation of liver function in both clinical and research.
고관절 이형성증에서 시행한 비구주위 절골술의 단기 추시 결과

목적: 비구 이형성증 환자에서 시행한 비구주위 절골술의 임상적 및 방사선학적 결과를 보고하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 비구주위 절골술을 시행 받고 1년 이상 추시 가능하였던 19명 20고관절을 대상으로 수술 전후의 임상 및 방사선학적 소견을 비교 분석하였다. 수술 당시 환자의 평균 연령은 34.2세(18~50세)이었으며, 술 후 평균 추시 기간은 26.7개월(12~85개월)이었다. 임상적 평가는 Harris 고관절 점수를 이용하였으며, 방사선적 평가로는 비구각, CE 각, 비구 깊이, 대퇴골두 피복 정도, 대퇴골두의 내측 전이의 변화를 비교하였다. 결과: Harris 고관절 점수는 술 전 59.6점에서 최종 추시시 96.4점으로 향상되었다. 비구 각은 술 전 47.9°에서 26.4°로, CE 각은 14.2°에서 41°로, 비구 깊이는 176에서 242.7로, 대퇴골두 피복은 63.3%에서 95.4%로 호전을 보였다. 합병증으로는 혈종 발생 2예, 일시적 대퇴부 이상 감각 3예, 표재성 감염 1예가 있었다. 결론: 비구 이형성증 환자에서 비구주위 절골술은 임상 및 방사선학적 호전을 보이는 효과적인 수술 방법이다. Purpose: To evaluate the clinical and radiologic results of periacetabular osteotomy for the treatment of hip dysplasia. Materials and Methods: We performed a clinical and radiological assessment of 20 periacetabular osteotomies (19 patients), which had been followed up for>1 year. The mean age of the patients at the time of surgery was 34.2 years (range, 18~50 years). The average follow-up period was 26.7 months (range, 12~85 months). The Harris hip score and range of motion were used for clinical evaluation. The radiologic measurements were evaluated using the acetabular angle, center-edge angle, acetabular depth, femoral head coverage, and medialization. Results: The mean Harris hip score improved from 59.6 points to 96.4 points. The mean acetabular angle improved from 47.9° to 26.4°. The mean center-edge angle increased from 14.2° to 41°. The acetabular depth increased from 176 to 242.7 The mean femoral head coverage increased from 63.3% to 95.4%. The following complications were noted: hematoma in 2 cases, temporary lateral femoral cutaneous nerve palsy in 3 cases, and superficial wound infection in 1 case. Conclusion: Periacetabular osteotomy is an effective surgical treatment for hip dysplasia.

현재 서울시 내에는 수많은 공공조형예술품들이 있다. 하지만 시민들은 그것들이 어디에 위치하고 있는지 쉽게 파악 할 수 없는 실정이며, 그에 따라 공공조형예술품들을 즐길 기회 또한 잃고 있다. 그래서 Web2.0 및 Mash-Up을 활용한 Web Portal Site를 구축하여 그것들에 대한 위치정보를 제공해 줄 뿐만 아니라, 시민들의 의견을 수렴하여 관리 및 유지보수 측면 등의 의사결정에 직접적으로 참여할 수 있는 Web 공간을 구축하였다. 기본적으로 서울시에서 파악하고 있는 공공조형예술품들에 대한 DB를 제공하고 또한 사용자가 정보를 입력하는 인터페이스를 통하여 기존 DB에 없는 정보를 추가함으로써 관리자 및 사용자가 쌍방향으로 DB를 구축하게 된다. DB를 바탕으로 Naver Map 및 Google Map을 활용한 공공조형예술품들의 위치를 나타내는 지도를 제공한다. 그러고 입력된 DB를 바탕으로 예술품들의 행정구역열 수량 및 각 예술품 종류별 수량 등의 통계적 자료를 추출하여 제시하고, 사용자는 입력되어 있는 예술품들에 대한 평가 및 관리ㆍ보수 등의 의견을 제시하여 서울시 내의 공공조형예술품에 관한 의사결정에 의견을 제시할 수 있다. 본 연구물의 결과로 기대 할 수 있는 효과는 도시 재생 및 도시 계획 재정립에 있어 사용자 참여 유도 및 참고적 역할을 할 수 있고, 도시 내 조형예술품들에 대한 정보 제공의 기점 역할을 하여, 관광객 유치 및 도시 문화사업의 도움이 될 수 있다.
폴리실리콘용 유동층 반응기에서 탄화규소의 내구성과 적합성 연구

In order to utilize silicon carbide (SiC) as an inner part of fluidized bed reactor (FBR) for manufacturing poly-silicon, we have carried out the thermodynamic calculation on the overall reactions including poly-silicon synthesis and compatibility of SiC with FBR process. The resources of silicon included SiH₄(MS), SiHCl₃(TCS) and SiCl₄(STC) and the thermodynamic yield of the FBR with MS, TCS and STC were compared each other with variable range of temperature, pressure and hydrogen to silicon ratio. The silicon yield of MS, TCS and STC were 100%, 28% and 4%, respectively, throughout the conventional FBR conditions. Silicon carbide having high hardness and strength showed strong resistance to granule collisions during the FBR process using a lab-scale reactor. And it also showed quite good compatibility with the typical FBR processes of MS and TCS resources.
