본 연구는 외식산업 예비창업자의 교육 프로그램 만족도가 창업 인식 및 창업 의도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 최근 창업의 영향이 넓어지고 창업자의 수가 증가함에 따라 창업 교육 프로그램의 수요가 높아지게 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 선행 연구와 문헌연구 및 실증연구를 이용하여 창업 교육 프로그램을 경험한 불특정 다수 300명을 대상으로 창업교육 프로그램의 만족도가 창업 인식 및 창업 의도에 미치는 영향력에 대해 연구ㆍ분석 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 창업 교육 프로그램의 만족도는 창업 인식 및 창업 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 창업 교육 프로그램의 요인 중에서 ‘기업가 정신 교육 프로그램’과 ‘법률 교육 프로그램’이 높은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 예비창업자들의 명확한 창업 인식 확립과 창업 의도의 고취를 위해서 창업 교육 기관에서는 더욱 구체적이고 다양한 창업 교육 프로그램을 연구할 필요가 있다. This study aim to analyses the correlation between foundation training programs is subjected to Food service industry pre-founder satisfaction degree and affection to the recognition and intention of retail foundation. Recently, as the affection of retail foundation and the number of retail founder has been increased the retail foundation training needs also grow up. Therefore, this study based on practical study including former study, literature. We designed study to analysis influence of retail foundation program satisfaction scale to affection to the recognition and intention of retail foundation through questionnaire to the 300 anonymous who participated in the training. The result shown as that the retail foundation training program satisfaction scale affect to the recognition and intention of retail foundation positively. Especially, the factors, ‘entrepreneurship training program’ and ‘administration legal training’ turn out to be seen the higher correlation particularly. Based on the finding, the future study required to study variety and sophisticated retail foundation training program.
