        The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of the physique and physical fitness and provide basic informations for the training programs in accordance with the positions. The subjects in the study were comprised of 30 males (Korea) and 80 males (Japan). The 2 physique tests and 8 physical fitness tests were selected in the study. The collected data were analyzed by means of mean, standard deviation, t-test, etc. The level of statistical significance was established at. ol The conclusions were as follows; 1. Forward group players were superior to standing height, body weight, back muscle strength and hand grip strength. 2. Backs group players were superior to Sargent Jump, 50M dash and 30,00 M run 3. Japan Playes were Surerior to Korea in the side Step test item (p<0.01) 4. Korean player were Superior to Japan in the 3,000M run item (p<0.01)

      • Interval Weight Training이 체지방량 및 신체밀도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 체육전공 남자대학생을 대상으로 인터발 웨이트 트레이닝의 개념을 발전시키는데 조금이나마 도움이 되고자 인터발 웨이트 트레이닝이 부여하는 신체훈련의 효과를 알아보고자 K대학교 체육학과 1학년에 재학중인 남학생 24명을 대상으로 비교군 12명과 트레이닝군 12명으로 나누어 6주간 인터벌 웨이트 트레이닝을 실시하여 비교군에 비하여 트레이닝군이 피하지방후, 체지방량, 체지방율은 감소하였고, 제지방체중은 비교군에 비해 트레이닝군이 증가하였으며 본 연구의 결과 다수의 선행연구와 일치하였다고 할 수 있으며 규칙적인 서어킷 트레이닝은 대학생의 신체구성에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of circuit training on the Fat Weight and Body Density. We have selected 24 students from the K-university whom they are studing physical Education. And also divided into 2 groups; control group with 12 students and the other is Training group with 12 students. We have tried interval weight training 3 days in a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. To notify the changes of Body Density, We have measured Subscapular, Triceps, Sukpraliac, and Abdomen. And also to notify the changes of Fat Weight, We have measured % Fat and L.B.M(Lean Body Mass). The first measurment took before training and the second measurment took after 6 weeks of training. And the results were as follows: 1. For skinfold thickness to control group, the total of 4 parts were 42.15±11.77mm but after 6 weeks it increased to 46,05±12.19mm, but for training group it was 33.56±5.02mm but after 6 weeks training it decreased to 31,45±4.39mm. 2. For fat weight to control group, before training its 11.17±1.98mm but after 6 weeks it increased to 12.20±2.23mm. For training group, before training 12.20±2.23mm but after 6 weeks it decreased to 9.46±2.52mm. 3. For % fat, control group before training 14.71±2.98% but after 6 weeks it increased to 15.66±3.02%. For training group, before training 13.47±2.11% but after 6 weeks it decreased to 12.52±2.74%. 4. For L.B.M(lean body mass), control group didn`t show much of difference before and after the training but for the training group it showed 59.66±7,02mm before training but after 6 weeks it increased to 60,12±6.35mm. For training group, before training 59.84±3.65mm but after 6 weeks it decreased to 60.55±2,99mm.

      • 중학생의 신체유형별 신체구성 및 신체부위별 체지방 분포도가 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향

        This study investigated body composition, physical fitness of classified by somatotype and fat distribution of 393 male middle school students attending the middle school in Seoul. The result of the study were as follows; 1. In factor of percent fat, fat mass, fat-free mass, basal metabolic rate, total body water, body mass index, waist/hip ratio appeared Endomorphy average the highest in three groups and waist/thigh ratio appeared Ectomorphy average the highest in three groups. 2. In factor of plat tapping and grip strength appeared Endomorphy average and framingo balance and sit and reach appeared Mesomorphy average and standing broad jump, sit up, shuttle run 50m and endurance run appeared Ectomorphy average the highest in three groups. 3. In factor of percent fat, fat mass, fat-free mass, body mass index appeared Gynoid and . basal metabolic rate, total body water, appeared Androgeny average the highest in three groups. 4. In factor of sit and reach appeared Normal average and framingo balance and plat tapping, standing broad jump, sit up, shuttle run 50m and endurance run appeared Androgeny average the highest in three groups.

      • 중년남성의 생활유형에 따른 운동수행능력 비교

        The purpose of this study was to estimate relationship between health-related fitness and life style in adult men aged 50-59 years. The subjects consist of a total of 94 adult men. The subjects were subdivided into two age groups including 50-54, and 55-59 years. The results of this are as follows; 1) Health-related fitness by work time per week No difference was found for sit and reach, standing long jump, sit-ups. 1200m run and percent body fat in adult men aged 50-54 years. While there was no difference for standing long jump, sit-ups. 1200m run between groups in adult men aged 55-59 years. Significant difference(P<0.05) was obtained in sit and reach between 41-60 hours, more than 60 hours and 20-40 hours in adult men aged 55-59 years. 2) Health-related fitness by type of work No difference was found in sit and reach, sit-ups, and percent fat for adult men aged 50-54 years. However, there was significant difference(P<0.05) in standing long jump between types of work by standing, walking, and carrying. Also, significant difference was obtained in 1200m run between types of work by standing, and walking. In adult men aged 55-59 years no difference was found in sit and reach, sit-ups, 1200m run and percent fat. While there was significant difference in standing long jump between types of work by sitting, standing, walking, driving, and carrying. 3) Health-related fitness by hours of exercise per day In adult men aged 50-54 years, there was singificant difference(P<0.05) in sit-ups between non-exercising, less than 30 minutes. 1-2 hours and more than 2 hours exercising groups.

      • Schizandra chinensis의 경구투여가 운동선수의 근력변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was undertaken to examine the effect of Schizandra chinensis on the physical fitness in athlete. The sample group consists of a total 21 male soccer players who are working in Kyung Hee University. The group was divided into two groups with 11 and 10 persons respectively; The experimental group and control one were given a 7g of Schizandra chinensis and a 4g of placebo three times per day after the meal for the period of 4 weeks. The effect of Schizandra chinensis was measured in terms of their back strength, arm strength, leg strength, power, agility, flexibility to evaluate the change in physical fitness. The first measurement was carried out before drug administration and the second one was done after drug administration. The results are as follows; 1) As for the record of the back strength, it was incresed from 126.59kg before the experiment to 136.14kg after 4 weeks in the experimental group and increased from 129.45kg before the experiment to 134.00kg after 4 weeks in the control group. 2) As for the record of the arm flexion strength, it was increased from 30.70kg before the experiment to and 33.09kg after 4 weeks in the experimental group and increased from and 28.10kg before the experiment to and 30.67kg after 4 weeks in the control group. 3) As for the record of the arm extension strength, it was significantly increased from 26.00kg before the experiment to 31.71kg after 4 weeks in the experimental group and significantly increaced from 22.90kg before the experiment to 30.88kg after 4 weeks in control group. 4) As for the record of the leg flexion strength, it was increased form 32.40kg before the experiment to 33.82kg after 4 weeks in experimental group and increased from 28.50kg before the experiment to 30.67kg after 4 weeks in control group. 5) As for the record of the leg extension strength, it was significantly increased from 61.20kg before the experiment to 69.18kg after 4 weeks in experimental group. As for the record of the leg extension strength, it was reduced from 54.00kg before the experiment to 50.67kg after 4 weeks in control group. It’s in experimental group was significantly increased after 4 weeks compared to control group. 6) As for the record of the power, it was significantly increased from 54.00cm before the experiment to 58.82cm after 4 weeks in experimental group while reduced from 57.60cm before the experiment to 55.66cm after 4 weeks in control group. 7) As for the record of the agility, it was significantly increased from 27.50 frequency before the experiment to 29.27 frequency after 4 weeks in experimental group and increased from 25.00 frequency before the experiment to 25.77 frequency after 4 weeks in control group. Agility in experiment group was significantly increased after 4 weeks compared to control group. 8) As for the record of the flexibility, it was significantly increased from 17.60cm before the experiment to 18.45 after 4 weeks in experimental group and increased from 14.75cm before the experiment to 16.22cm after 4 weeks in control group.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the simple and choice whole body reaction time of Rugby athletics. The subjects were comprised of 15 Forward group and 15 backs group The Whole body reaction time mea-suring apparafus (T.K.K. 1264-1) was used for this experiment The results of difference of group means were analyzed by the t-test. The conclusion of thiss tudy were as follows, 1. Forward group was faster than backs group in the choice and simple whole body reaction time. 2. Simple whole body reaction time was faster than choice whole body reaction time in all the forward and backs groups.

      • 직장인의 성격 유형과 생활만족도간의 인과관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the influence personality style of middle-aged worker on leisure satisfaction, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction. To more details. The main purpose of this study was to explor the degree of influencing personality style which is dependent, independent, ambivalent, detached one on leisure satisfaction, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction. To achive the purpose of this study same as the upper contents, Subejcts of this study were sampled of total 274 middle-aged worker whose job`s positions are the backbone official, self-supporting person, by the random sampling method in through 5. 15 to 6. 3. 1996. One hand, Statistics of this study were analysis of Multiple regression analysis. The Tools used for purpose of this study were, first, personality measuring tool which was extracted factors based Millon(1981, 1982, 1987b, 1991, 1993)`s personality Model and Karen Hormey(1945)`s tool measured disposition, and second, tool of job-family satisfaction which Higgins(1991b) developed, and third, tool of leisure satisfaction which Beard and Ragheb(1980) developed, and finally, Csilkszentmyhalyi(1975)`s life satisfaction tool, and consisted of Questionarie contending 65 items divided into 4 sections. Based on the precedures and results, the following conclusions were warranted: First, Among Middle-aged worker`s personality style. There was showned in influencing dependent personality one(β=-.124), job satisfaction(β=.332) and leisure satisfaction(β=.112) on leisure satisfaction at the 5% probability level statistically. Second. Among Middle-aged worker`s personality style. There was showned in influencing independent personality one(β=-.308) on job satisfaction at the 5% probability level statistically. Third, Among Middle-aged worker`s personality style. There was showned in influencing independent personality one(β=-.248) on life at the 5% probability level statistically. Forth, In the caused and effected relationship among Personality style, job satisfaction, leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction, perticulary, among personality style. Only dependent one was effected directly on life satisfaction, and also Job and leisure satisfaction effected respectively. On the one hand, There was showned in influnecing indenpendent personality style on job and leisure satisfaction.
