Viral disease incidence in the peanut fields at Iri, Kochang, Iksan and Puan in Chonbuk province was 0.93% on July and 8.46% on August in 1991. The causal pathogen was identified as peanut stripe virus (PStV) by the results of host plant reaction, immunological assay and observation of virus particles. Seed transmission rates of collected seeds from diseased plants ranged from 12.9 to 14.8% at peanut fields. PStV transmission was higher in small than in large seeds. Seed transmission of PStV was correlated with the age of the plant when inoculated; infection of young plants resulted in more seed transmission than did infection of old plants. Seed transmission of PStV was correlated with pod formation stages when inoculated at the 45th day after sowing; formed seeds for 2 weeks after inoculation resulted in more seed transmission than did formed seeds after 4 weeks. In seed transmission, this causal virus was moved to embryo and cotyledon through gynophore, pod, and funicle from leaves.
Aspergillus niger 균(菌)의 분생포자(分生胞子)에 관한 전자현미경적(電子顯微鏡的) 연구(硏究)

Conidio spores of Aspergillus niger (strain No. NRRL 330) cultured on potato dextrose agar media were studied by electron microscopy, using the thin sectioning techniques. Conidio spores to be sectioned were fixed by triple methods with $K_2Cr_2O_7$, Glutaraldehyde and $OsO_4$. After dehydrated with alcohol, the specimens were embedded in metacrylate and epon resin media, and thinly sectioned by Porter-Blum MT-2. After sectioned these specimens were negative-stained with uranyl acetate and observed. by Hitachi HS-6 electron microscope. The results of this experiment were summarized as follows. 1. The structures of spore ,wall system seem to be formed 4 layers; exosporium, basal layer, spore coat and unit cell membrane. The protuberance of spore surface that was looked like hair appears to be protrusived from the basal layer. 2. The 3 layers of unit cell membrane was constituted outer layer membrane, inner layer membrane and inter-mediate light layer. 3. The structures of intra cytoplasmic membrane appear as spiral form which was consisted of 3 layers membrane system; outer membrane, inner membrane, and intermediate layer, which has pits. 4. The cement substance of spore coat and cortex may be changed quantitatively by physiological state in cell. 5. In some cases, we observed that the ribosome was transformed into poly ribosome group, and the storage materials and the protein crystals were changed variously. It. has been suggested that the morphological change of some cytoplasmic materials may be caused by some specialized function of the physiological stage.

The zoospores of Polymyxa graminis known as vector of barley yellow mosaic virus(BYMV) were found from the rootlets of diseased barley plants. The X-bodies in the lower epidermis of diseased leaf tissues were reddish under fluorescence microscopy. The shape of virus particles was flexuous rod and 300-1,000 nm in length. The pinwheel structures, cylindrical inclusion bodies, ring-form inclusion bodies, and crystalline lattice-like structure were found together with virus particles in the cytoplasm of diseased leaf tissues. Generally, intracellular organelles in the diseased barley leaf tissues infected with BYMV were either not well-developed or degenerated.

This study was designed to shed light on the causal relationship among organization culture, organizational justice and organization effectiveness of the dance art Instructors`. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through Structural Equation Model(SEM) after having established relationship models among organization culture, organizational justice and organization effectiveness based on precedent research works and hypothetical model. A convenience sampling method as an object and utilized 487 copies as the last study data. As the result which enforced the frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and the structural equation model analysis with SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 program, it induced the following conclusion. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, organization culture had positive(+) influence on organizational justice. Second, organization culture had not a significant influence on organization effectiveness. Third, organizational justice had positive(+) influence on organization effectiveness.
