        물 환경 교육에 대한 초ㆍ중등교사의 인식 연구

        The purpose of this research is to find out teachers' understanding and recognition about the water and the water environment education and to suggest the strategies of water education at school based on survey results. Results of the study are as follows: First, teachers had high level of water related knowledge and awareness about importance of the water environment education. However, they showed low level of environment educational efforts and environment protection behaviour in daily life. Second, they had a little chance to have the educational training for the water environment education. Third, the water environment education at schools has been made in very restricted areas such as water related scientific knowledge and water pollution. Fourth, teachers pointed out the biggest obstacle for the water environment education would be the lack of teaching materials and the second biggest one was the lack of educational facilities at schools. Based on the survey results, it was found out that in order to improve the water environment education at schools, substantial research by the teachers shall be implemented for all teachers of every subject to build up their capacity in adapting the water education to their subjects.

        지속가능발전(Sustainable Development)을 위한 일본의 이행전략과 실태

        세계환경개발위원회(1987) 이후 처음 등장한 ‘지속가능발전(SD: Sustainable Development)’ 개념은 초기에는 단순히 환경과 관련된 개념으로 인식되었다. 그러나 리우선언(1992)과 ‘의제 21(Agenda 21)’, ‘지속가능발전세계정상회의 (2002)’를 거치면서 SD는 경제성장 · 환경보전 · 사회복지의 조화를 추구하는 새로운 발전 전략이자 고차원적 이념으로 전환되어 인류가 궁극적으로 지향해야 할 새로운 패러다임으로 폭넓게 해석되고 있다. SD 노력이 비교적 활발하게 이루어져 온 일본의 SD 이행전략과 실태를 살펴보면 SD 개념의 확대 과정과 마찬가지로 초기에는 환경 및자원 관련 정책에 치중하는 경향이 강하였으나 최근으로 올수록 환경 · 경제 · 사회의 통합적 접근 및 파트너십을 통한 사회적 합의를 강조 하고 있다. 또한 국내적 SD 이행 노력 뿐만 아니라 국제 협력 및 적극적인 지역적 연대 구축도 강화하고 있다. 일본은 순환 · 공생 · 참가 · 국제협력을 SD의 기본 목표로 천명하고 있으며 일본의 SD 전략 들을 보면 인식의 전환과 참여의 강조에서 알수 있듯이 SD 목표를 달성하기 위한 사전적인 능력 배양 중심의 전략을 세우고 있다. 또한 일본은 그동안 SD 관련 법 · 제도의 정비를 통하여 실천적인 제도적 지원을 하고 있으며 ‘지속 가능발전 위원회(JCSD)’의 설치(1996), ‘지속가 능발전교육을 위한 10년 추진회의(ESD-J)’와 센다이 RCE, 오까야마 RCE, 요코하마 RCE 등을 통한 민간 차원의 활발한 SD관련 활동을 수행함으로써 아시아 지역 내에서 SD의 선도적 역할을 담당하고 있다. The purpose of this study is twofold. First, it reviews how the concept of the sustainable development(SD) has been changed and how the direction about SD has been developed as a theoretical background. At the first age, the concept of SD was focused on the environmental area, but now it is expanded to the various areas including economic and social fields as well as environmental fields. It also emphasizes the integration effort of socio · economic · environmental perspectives for SD. Second, it overviews the implementation strategy and its state for SD in Japan. Under the vision for SD future, JCSD, ESD-J, RCEs play the roles for improving the Japan society. Japan also emphasizes the international cooperation, regional solidarity, and partnerships. Nowadays Japan plays a leading role for the implementation strategy for SD in this region.

        그린캠퍼스 활동에 나타난 내면화 수준 분석과 대학환경교육의 과제

        본 연구는 그린캠퍼스 활동이 국내에서 확산되기 시작한 초기부터 지금까지 학생들의 그린캠퍼스 활동을 가치 내면화의 정도에 따라 분석하여, 향후 대학 환경교육이 나아가야 할 방향성을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 가치 내면화 정도에 따른 그린캠퍼스 학생활동 및 대학교양 환경교육교과목을 조사 및 분석해 본 결과, 현행 대학의 환경활동들은 여전히 조직화 인격화 단계의 활동으로 질적인 향상을 가져오지 못하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 개선하기 위해서는 먼저 학생 활동이 교육적 활동과 연계되어야 하며, 대학에서의 환경교육도 단순 지식을 전달과 환경 인식을 높이는 수준의 교육 프로그램을 넘어 학생들이 능동적으로 환경행동을 나타낼 수 있는 교육적 경험을 제공해야 한다. 또한 환경쟁점들에 대한 비판적 사고 능력과 함께 주인의식을 가지고 능동적으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 기능과 활동을 중심으로 교육프로그램이 구성되어져야 한다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 그린캠퍼스 활동의 최고 수준인 환경과 지속가능발전에 대한 가치를 내면화한 행동에 이를 수 있는 교육과 활동방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생의 그린리더 실천 활동과 지속가능성을 가치로 하는 통합적 환경교육이 분리 운영되는 것이 아니라, 통합 운영되어야 한다. 둘째, 교육급별 교육내용의 차별화와 심화를 경험할 수 있도록 대학교육과정이 초, 중등 교육과정과 학생 활동의 분석을 토대로 만들어져야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 환경교육은 궁극적으로 지역사회에 공헌하고 사회적 책임을 지며, 여론 조성을 주도하는 리더십 교육이라는 목표를 달성하게 될 것이다. This study analyzed university students green campus activities to provide future directions for environmental education in higher education. The analysis of students green campus activities was based on the degree of value internalization and college environmental education courses. The results shows that current university environmental activities are still on the phase of systematization and personification, which means there were not enough qualitative improvements. There is a need for connections between student activities and educational activities. To go beyond the programs that convey simple knowledge or just raise environmental awareness, EE at the university level should provide students educational experiences of actively demonstrating environmental activities. Educational programs should be structured for students to develop critical thinking skills for environmental issues and problem solving skills. Based on the results of this study, the education and activities that can lead to internalizing the value of environment and sustainable development, which are the highest level of green campus activities, are presented as follows. First, students’ green leader practice activities and integrated environmental education for sustainable values should be integrated. Second, university curriculum should be based on the analysis of primary and secondary curriculum and student activities to experience differentiation and deepening of curriculum contents. Such environmental education will ultimately achieve the goal of leadership education that contributes to the community, takes social responsibility, and leads the public opinion.

        지속가능발전을 위한 물 교육 내용 체계의 개발

        Water problems recently, not only influence environmental issues such as water quality and water management but also influence socioeconomic issues such as poverty, gender, and regional conflicts. Therefore there is increasing attention on water education as part of the environmental education. Yet water education in formal education is only treated with particular subjects like science and social studies with limited contents which fails to cover the social, economic problems related to water thoroughly. Also, though there is an active water education on the field of informal education, its contents are also very limited. Water education requires the implementation of a comprehensive and holistic approach that can holistically consider economic and social problems as well as environmental problems. Therefore in this research, ‘water education for sustainable development’ is set up as a direction of contents development which include interdisciplinary and holistic aspects. Contents development of water education for sustainable development is an reflection of the experts and teacher’s opinions and contain of: main category dividing into three pillars of sustainable development such as environment, economy, and society, and subcategory covering environmental science’s objective including knowledge, skill, attitude, and action as well as local, national, regional, and global issues.

        대학 교양환경 교육자료의 개발과 적용에 관한 연구

        The aim of this study is to establish an object of environmental education in liberal arts, and to develop a learning program and search for the most effective environmental teaching method.<br/> At first this study analyzed the current situations and problems of the present environmental education in the liberal arts. As a result of this analysis, I found that, most of environmental educations have been conducted mainly by an approach of natural science, inevitably they should have limits in which students can't have holistic view in solve the environmental problem. Due to the fact that, many students were attending lectures, teaching methods were limited in the forms lecture and video tapes.<br/> As I applied educational programs with various teaching methods for students in order to change cognition and value toward environment, I found that there was no significant difference of cognition even after applying the programs. This may be interpreted as, most students already had very sound and sustainable environmental view.<br/> But some programs with teaching method using role play, debate, cyber-debate lead students to have interest in environments, thus actively participating in the class. These methods, taking into consideration, the hundreds of enrolled students, seem to pose a problem in actual application.<br/> The most important matter is, how to develop a cognition and value toward environment into environmental behavior. Therefore, in the future, aim is to study what determines the factors for causing environmental behavior from a cogintion and value of the environment, and a development of programs in this regard will be necessary.

        Charge-carrier Transport Properties of Organic Photoconductor by Photo-isomerization of Liquid Crystal with Azo Group

        Xerographic properties of double-layer photoconductor doped with 4-butyl-4'-methoxyazobenzene (BMAB) as charge-carrier transport material were investigated. BMAB can undergo reversible trans-cis isomerization by light with appropriate wavelength. In the results of measured surface voltage properties for photoconductor doped with BMAB, TNF: BMAB(4-wt%) sample with trans form showed the lowest dark decay, the lowest residual voltage, and the highest sensitivity among cis form. The trans isomer of BMAB has ordering orientation because the molecule possesses a rodlike shape, while the cis isomer has random orientation due to its bent shape. Therefore the molecular arrangement of trans form enhanced charge-carrier transport mobility.

        국립세종도서관에 대한 이해집단의 인식조사 분석

        2013년 12월에 개관한 국립세종도서관의 기본적 정체성은 정책정보 중심의 특화도서관이다. 그럼에도 여전히 정체성이 자리매김하지 못하는 현실에 주목하여 이해집단(정부부처 공무원과 정부출연연구기관의 연구원, 세종시민, 국립세종도서관 직원)을 대상으로 기본적 정체성과 역할 각종 서비스의 이용률 및 만족도 정책정보 및 정책정보서비스의 필요성과 이용, 전략적 및 중점적 추진과제에 대한 인식을 조사 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 이해집단의 국립세종도서관 서비스 만족도 및 정책정보서비스 의존도 제고를 위한 인력확충과 조직확대, 국내외 정책정보 수집전략 국가정책정보서비스 강화방안을 제안하였다. The basic identity of the National Library of Korea(Sejong), opened in December 2013, is the specialized library focused on policy information service. Nevertheless, the library is not unfaithful to its identity. So researchers surveyed and analyzed the perception of the basic identity and role, utilization and satisfaction degress of various services, need and use for policy information and policy information service, and strategic and focused initiatives from stakeholders such as public officials, government-supported researchers, citizens living in Sejong city, and employees who work in the NLK(S). As a result, researchers suggested various strategies to expand the organizational size, to strengthen acquisition of domestic and foreign policy information, and to enhance national policy information service for related groups' satisfaction and dependence of policy information service for the NLK(S).

        보편적 학습 설계의 관점에서 초등학교 4학년 과학 디지털 교과서 분석

        Digital textbook project is one of government-driven project to improve education due to integrating technology, Digital textbook need to be universally designed to fit for each student. Recently, universal design for learning (UDL) gains great attention as one of promising approaches for the development of the digital textbook through giving various options and flexibility to all students, UDL has three main principles, first provide multiple means of representation, second provide multiple means of action and expression, third provide multiple means of engagement. The purpose of the study is to analyze fourth grade science textbook according to three UDL guidelines and suggest implications to improve an existing science textbook. The results indicated that fourth grade science digital textbook has been partly applied UDL guidelines like implementing multimedia and multi- mode contents, learning and communication tools, and motivation strategies. But options which students can choose according to their needs and styles are insufficient and tools for expression and communication need to enhance for helping each student to overcome his/her obstacles for learning and need to be more and elaborate to support learner-centered science digital textbook.
