호스피스 암 환자를 위한 의무기록지의 개발

배경: 호스피스 암 환자에게 적합한 경과기록지의 부재 또한 적절한 암성 통증 관리의 장애요인으로서 기존의 "문제 지향식 의무기록"의 경과기록지 형식에서 벗어나 호스피스 암 환자를 위한 의무기록지(HOMR)를 개발하게 되었다. 방법 및 결과: 2004년 3월부터 5월 사이 고대 구로병원 호스피스 팀은 20여 차례의 모임을 갖고 호스피스 환자의 초기 평가 이후 경과기록에 사용할 수 있는 의무기록지를 개발하였다. 구성항목의 결정은 pilot study를 통해 수정과정을 거쳤다. HOMR은 A4용지 크기로 작성자를 위한 지침서 1장과 2장의 경과기록지로 구성되었다. 앞면에는 환자의 인적 사항, 현재 문제목록 및 활동 수행 능력 상태, 검사 결과, 1주일 간의 활력 징후 및 I/O, 배변 횟수가, 뒷면에는 통증 부위, 통증의 성격 및 강도, 약물 및 비약물 요법, 진정 정도, 동반 증상, 약물 부작용 등을 한꺼번에 기록할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다. 결론: 호스피스 암 환자를 위한 의무기록지는 짧은 여명과 다양한 신체 증상을 갖고 있으며 증상의 변화가 빠르지만 만성적인 경과를 보이는 호스피스 환자에게 적합하며 그 자체만으로도 교육자료로서의 가치가 높고 환자를 돌보는 데 있어 진료의 질을 평가하거나 심사할 수 있으므로 진료의 질을 높이는 역할도 기대된다. Purpose: The Hospice Oriented Medical Record (HOMR) was developed for assessing the pain and symptoms of terminal cancer patients. Methods and Results: The HOMR consists of an instruction for users and 2 assessment pages which include the graph showing vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate and pain score), current problem lists, performance status, laboratory data, pain characteristics and management, sedation score, associated symptoms and drug side effects, etc. Pilot study was performed in the inpatient Hospice Care Unit in Guro Hospital, Korea University Medical Center. Because an one-week progress data was recorded in HOMR as a flow sheet, the patient's condition and pain control status could be seen at a glance. Conclusion: The HOMR is useful for assessing the terminal cancer patients because it is simple and convenient to use. Further research is needed before it can be universally used in the clinical settings.

This study has contemplated on what effects there are in the performance of company in case of spreading the cause-related marketing by classifying the charity/functional cause activity types according to the characteristics of company. Specifically, the characteristics of company have been divided into business type, scale and form while the cause-related marketing has been defined as charity cause activity and functional cause service activity to select as to independent variables to have effect on the performance of corporation. To accomplish the purpose of this study, the framework of this study has been established by closely examining the domestic and foreign books, journals, other theses, internet and related publications or press medial materials. Subsequently, 500 copies of questionnaires have been distributed targeting large corporations, mall & medium enterprises and (preparatory) social enterprises through the Questionnaires method to verify the hypothesis of this study while 174 copies among them have been collected and a total of 152 copies of effective samples have been collected. The results and implications derived from this study are summarized as follows. First, the charity cause marketing activity type was shown as having positive effect on the corporate performance. Second, the functional cause marketing activity type was shown as having positive effect on the corporate performance. Third, the study result that the effect of charity cause marketing on corporate performance varies depending on business type could be gained. Therefore, it could be considered that the effect of charity activity on corpoate performance gets moderated depending on business type. Fourth, the study result that the effect of charity cause marketing on corporate performance varies depending on the form could be gained. Therefore, it could be considered that the effect of charity activity on corporate performance gets moderated depending on the form of company. Accordingly, this study is able to find its significance from the fact that it has caused to bring up an issue of new perspective which could not be presented in the existing previous studies.

광질, 온도 및 복토 깊이가 꼬리풀 (Veronica L.) 종자의 발아에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to develop a mass production for a commercial use by germination of 4 kinds of Veronica glabrifolia Kitag., V. pusanensis Y.N.Lee, V. glabrifolia Kitag. × V. Spicata 'Alba' and V. spicata 'Ulster Blue Dwarf × V. longifolia. Veronica L. Effects of dipping time to a disinfecting fluid, light quality, temperature or vermiculite depth on the germination of Veronica L. were examined. Germination percentage in a disinfecting fluid for 120 minutes dipping was the 75.1% for V. pusanensis Y.N.Lee, and was some higher in 60 minutes dipping for all the species, but there was no significant difference according to the dipping time. The germination of the light quality was the best in complex light (red light + blue light) as the germination 92.8%, uniformity 2.3 in Veronica glabrifolia Kitag., or the germination 85.9%, uniformity 3.5 in V. pusanensis Y.N.Lee. And the germination percentage of red light was ranged from 79.1% to 95,5%, the blue light was 83.1% to 100% in the all species. However the germination in the dark condition significantly lowered as a 40.0% to 56.3% or uniformity from 5.2 to 6.5. Like this, the germination of blue light was better compare to the red light. The germination rate according to temperature was higher at 25℃ day/20℃ night ranged from 92.1% to 100%, or at 20℃ day/15℃ night as a 85.5% to 98.9% in the all species, compare to constant temperature 25℃ as a 80.9% in V. pusanensis Y.N.Lee. The germination rate of vermiculite depth was higher in 1 to 2mm ranged from 83.4% to 100%, however when the vermiculite was covered with 4mm, the germination rate significantly decreased from 45.2% to 72.1% and the hypocotyl length became longer above 3cm than that of others.

삽목 번식 시 차광정도, 삽목용토 및 생장조절제 처리가 꼬리풀(Veronica L.)의 발근에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to develop a mass production for a commercial use by cutting of 4 kinds of V. glabrifolia Kitag., V. pusanensis Y.N.Lee, V. glabrifolia Kitag. × V. Spicata 'Alba' and V. spicata 'Ulster Blue Dwarf' × V. longifolia. Veronica L. Effects of shade, media and concentrations of plant growth regulators on the rooting of Veronica L. were examined. The rooting rate of V. glabrifolia Kitag. was higher as a 60% than the V. pusanensis Y.N.Lee as a 20% in the control of commercial media. In shading treatment, the rooting rate was highest at 30% or 60% shading, and the 30% shading was the best in number of root and root length, but the 90% shading was lower than no shading treatment. For cutting media, the rock wool and 100% perlite increased the rooting rate by more than 10% compared to commercial media, and increased the number of roots by 2 or 3 times. However the Cocopeat of media was lower of rooting rate, root number, and root length compared to another treatment. In the plant growth regulator treatment, the rate of rooting increased in all treatment compared to control, and was highest at IBA 1,000mg·L^-1 as a 82.2% and NAA 200 or 400mg·L^-1 as a 82.2% or 84.4% respectively, in the V. glabrifolia Kitag. × V. Spicata 'Alba'. However, the root number and root length was decreased as the concentration of growth regulators increased.

국립백두대간수목원의 식물자원 및 관리,활용방안 -수목원 중점조성지역, 문수산, 옥석산을 중심으로-

This study was carried out to survey the vascular plants of Baekdudaegan Arboretum area. The results are as follows. The numbers of flora in this study area were summarized as 655 taxa including 95 families, 332 genera, 567 species, 5 subspecies, 72 varieties and 11 formas. The rare plants were 17 taxa including Parasenecio firmus, Rhododendron micranthum, Iris odaesanensis, Lysimachia coreana and so forth. The Korean endemic plants were 16 taxa including Weigela subsessilis, Heloniopsis koreana, Salix koriyanagi, Vicia chosenensis and so forth. Plants Adaptable to Climate Change were Northern plants 18 species, Southern plants 2 species, endemic plants 10 species. The naturalized plants were 44 taxa and ratios of naturalized index and urbanization index were estimated Core area 10.2% and 4.9%, Mt. Munsu 4.9% and 2.3% and Mt. Okseok 5.5% and 2.6%. The floristic regional indicator plants found in this area were 3taxa(2.5%) of grade Ⅴ, 12taxa(11.0%) of grade Ⅳ, 22taxa(20.2%) of grade Ⅲ, 35taxa(32.1%) of grade Ⅱ. In life forms, hemicryptophytes were The most dominant. Next was a Therophytes. In addition, 492 taxa were categorized by usage into 8 groups, as follows: Edible 239taxa(36.5%), Fiber 10taxa(1.5%), Industrial 1taxon(0.2%), Miscellaneous 183taxa(27.9%), Ornamental 65taxa(9.9%), Pasturing 259taxa(39.5%), Siscellaneousg 14taxa(2.1%) and Timer 21taxa(3.2%).
