철도차량의 주행 중 응급상황 발생시, 승객의 신속한 탈출을 염두에 두어야 하며 이를 위해 차량 내에 다양한 설비들을 갖추고 있다. 국내 차량의 경우 객실측문, 측창, 비상용 사다리 등을 통한 탈출이 일반화되어 있다. 해당 비상문들은 train to track의 단일 기능만 제공하고 있다. 해외 일부차량에서는 train to track과 train to train의 복수기능을 가진 비상문을 사용하고 있으며, 본 논문에서는 홍콩 프로젝트를 기반으로 복수기능을 가진 비상문에 대해서 알아보고자 한다. In emergency situation on driving, most important is safety escape of passenger. For that, the train has variable emergency facilities. In Korea, the train have side door, side window, emergency ladder and etc. and is used 2 type - emergency ladder and emergency ramp. Usually, the Korea train has single mode for train to track. In this paper, we will have to study for multi mode-train to track and train to trainbase on the Hong Kong Project.

N/A The aim of the present work is to investigate the possibility of in-situ synthesis and net-shape forming of the titanium matrix (TiC+TiB) hybrid composites using a casting route. From the scanning electron microscopy, electron probe micro-analyzer, X-ray diffraction and thermodynamic calculations, the spherical TiC and needle like TiB reinforced hybrid titanium matrix composites could be obtained in-situ by the conventional melting and casting route between titanium and B₄C. No melt-mold reaction occurred between the titanium matrix (TiC+TiB) hybrid composites and the SKK mold, since the mold is consisted with interstitial and substitutional metal-mold reaction products. Not only the sound in-situ synthesis but also the economic net-shape forming of the titanium matrix (TiC+TiB) hybrid composites could be possible by the conventional casting route.

CEN/TS 45545 is Europe consolidation standard for fire safety on railway behicles. This is based on the International Union of Railways(UIC) and different European countries. It is intended to protect passengers and staff in railway in the event of a fire on board. It will be prepared in 2012. Based on this consolidate standard, they are going to make single market, for raising technical competitiveness, technical innovation and globalization of that standard. For this reason, European academies, manufacturers, and sub-manufacturers confer and stady animated about CEN/TS 45545. In Korea, get out the safety assessment for ues incombustible interior material, the needs of quantitative analysis on fire protection, demand on recognition of fire protection scenario, and define about fire load analysis are becomin more and more important. Therefore, this paper will estimate and compare Flammability, Smoke Density, Toxicity Index( this is the key point for appraised fire safety performance of material) between CEN/TS45545 and fire standards on railway vehicle. Then suggest criteria for fire safety on railway vehicles.
