도시형생활주택의 공급현황 및 거주특성 연구 - 서울시 공급사례를 중심으로 -

This study investigates supply patterns and residential characteristics of the Urban-type Housing in Seoul. There have been 3,336 buildings and 71,790 housing units approved until the end of 2012. One-room apartments and small units less than 30 $m^2$ of residential area amount to 81% and 82% of total units, respectively. Major findings are as follows. First, single- and two-person households less than 30 years of age are mostly lived in the housing. Respondents are mainly professional and white-collar (43%) and service and sales workers (27%). Most of them are mid-income classes (67%), which is twice more than that of single- and two-person households in Seoul. They pay 672 thousand won in rent more than average rent of mid-income class. The rent to income ratios are 29.9% for single households and 24.5% for two-person households, which are higher than that of mid-income bracket. Third, their satisfaction level is relatively high in internal environment and access to public service facilities, but not in external environment and community service facilities. They are satisfied with security and daylight, walking and safety, access to public transport and parking space, but not with noise and vibration, natural environment, access to park and cultural and sports facilities, and most community service facilities. It is necessary to reexamine the articles of deregulation and prepare design standards while considering different housing and locational types.
전력케이블용 친환경 반도전 컴파운드의 결정화도와 분산 특성의 상관관계에 대한 연구

In this paper, we study the correlation between the crystallinity of semiconductive compounds for eco-friendly power cables and the dispersive properties of carbon black. The crystal structure of the polymer material is advantageous for mechanical properties and heat-resistance. However, the polymer acts as an inhibitor to the dispersibility of carbon black. The purpose of this study is to develop a TPE semiconductive compound technology. The high heat resistance and ultra-smoothness characteristics which are required for high voltage and ultra-high voltage cables should be satisfied by designing and optimizing the structure of a non-crosslinking-type eco-friendly TPE semiconductive compound. The application of excess TPE resin was found to not only inhibit the processability in the compounding process, but also reduced the dispersion properties of carbon black due to higher crystallinity. After the crystallinity of the compound was identified through DSC analysis, it was compared with the related dispersion characteristics. Through this analysis and comparison, we designed the optimal structure of the eco-friendly TPE semiconductive compound.
서울시 대형 숙박시설의 입지 특성과 지역별 공급 방향: 2003~2012년

This study intends to examine the supply condition and locational patterns of major accommodations between 2003 and 2012 in Seoul. It also aims to make policy suggestions for meeting increasing tourism demand based on short-term supply-demand forecasting. Major findings are as follows. First, total floor area of major accommodations of 1,000 sq. meter and over has increased by 2 percent p.a. from 2.22 sq. kilometer in 2003 to 2.61 sq. kilometer in 2012. In 2012, major accommodations tend to be located in three CBDs in Seoul, which becomes clearer when compared to their locational patterns in 2003. Also, it is expected that additional 5,000 rooms for lodging p.a. are needed based on the short-term forecasting that the demand for accommodation increases by 52,000 rooms by 2015 in Seoul. Therefore, it is necessary to make good use of underutilized stocks in addition to new supply in order to meet the additional demand for accommodation. Last, policies and strategies suitable for regional supply and locational characteristics should be prepared to vitalize and manage major centers including CBDs and metropolitan centers.
