        협점막에 발생된 혈관외피세포종

        Hemangiopericytoma is uncommon vascular neoplasm that arises from pericytes arround the capillary walls. It was first described as a distinct vascular neoplasm by Stout and Murray in 1942 The anatomic distribution is widespread throughout the body, with approximately one third occur in the head and neck. No sex predilection has been found. Although middle age appears to be the most prevalent time of onset, this neoplasm has been found in all age groups. The differentiation between benign and malignant hemangiopericytoma can be difficult. Although the majority of these tumors are benign, there are malignant variants that can metastasize. Metastasis of seemingly benign tumors may appear year of decade later, so long term close follow-up is needed The treatment of choice is complete surgical excision of the tumor. Despite their vascular origin, these tumors are relatively radioresistant. Radiation therapy is reserved for inoperable metastases or treatment of postoperative surgical fields. Here we present a case of hemangiopericytoma occuring on the Lt. buccal mucosa.

        본 논문에서는 현실과 가상환경에서 식물을 재배할 수 있도록 지원하는 식물재배도우미를 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 사용자가 재배하려는 식물이 심겨져 있는 화분, 조도와 기온을 측정하는 조도센서와 온도센서, 토양의 습도를 측정하는 토양수분센서, 센서들로부터 데이터를 수집하는 마이크로컨트롤러, 상기 데이터 수집 모듈로부터 전달받은 데이터를 전송하는 무선네트워크,. 다양한 식물의 생육 정보를 저장하는 데이터베이스로 구성된 식물의 생육 환경 측정 플랫폼, 그리고 상기 데이터베이스와 통신 가능하고, 무선통신센서를 통해 아두이노와 통신 가능한 모바일 애플리케이션을 포함하는 식물 재배 도우미 애플리케이션으로 구성된다. In this paper, we proposed the plant cultivation assistant operated in reality and virtuality environment. The proposed system consists of a flowerpot, illuminance sensor, temperature sensor, moisture sensor for soil, u-controller which collects datum from above multiple sensors, wireless communication network, and plant cultivation assistant app.

        하악골 복합 분쇄 골절의 치험례

        Compound comminuted mandibular fracture is defined as the presence of multiple fracture lines with open wound resulting in many small pieces within the same area. The incidence of mandibular comminution is difficult to determine but reported as 2.7~18.6 % incidence among mandibular fractures. There are controversies in the treatment of mandibular comminuted fractures. Treatment of comminuted mandibular fracture has traditionally involved closed reduction in an effort to avoid stripping periostcum from the bony segments, but rigid internal rigid fixation is used more popular at present. The extent of comminution, displacement of bony fragments and patient general conditions are important factors in decision of the treatment methods. When significant bone displacement is present, it is necessary to reduce these comminuted fragments to an anatomic, pretraumatic relationship to restore facial form and function. In these cases, ORIF allows anantomic reduction of comminuted segments as well as pretraumatic occlusion. Gentle handling of the soft tissue, rigid fixation of bony fragments and adequate immobilization are essential for reducing the complications. This is the report the incidence, causes, complications and treatment of the patients who visited our department for compound comminuted mandibular fractures.

        머신러닝을 활용한 공군 수리부속 수요예측 정확도 개선에 관한 연구

        The following research is conducted to study how much demand prediction accuracy is improved when machine learning is implemented on ROKAF spare parts demand prediction calculations. Based on the data from the last three years of ROKAF’s three major aircraft models, the study compares the demand prediction accuracy values computed through the time series technique and machine learning models. Generally utilized machine learning models, such as Decision Tree(DT), Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA), Logistic Regression(LR), K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) and Support Vector Machines (SVM), were implemented. Experiment results show that all machine learning models yield higher accuracy of the demand prediction than the time series technique. SVM, DT, K-NN and LR machine learning models yield excellent results, with accuracy values higher than 85%, while the LDA model shows relatively poor performance.

        굽는 방법으로 제조한 견과종실류 첨가 매작과의 품질특성 및 저장성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 오븐에서 굽는 방법으로 매작과를 제조하고 질감 개선 및 기능성 향상을 위하여 몇 종류의 견과종실류를 첨가하여 품질특성을 살펴보고 저장기간에 따른 산패 정도를 살펴보았다. 일반성분 분석 결과 단백질, 조지방 및 회분 함량은 대조군보다 첨가군이 높게 나타났다. 유탕처리한 대조군의 지방함량은 오븐구이한 견과종실류 첨가군의 지방함량보다 더 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 명도를 나타내는 L값은 대조군이 가장 낮았고 캐슈넛 첨가군이 73.48로 가장 높아 밝은 색을 띠었다. 적색도를 나타내는 a값은 아몬드 첨가군이 (+)의 값을 보였고 그 외 첨가군은 (-)의 값을 나타내어 녹색의 범위에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 황색도를 나타내는 b값은 아몬드, 캐슈넛 및 해바라기씨 첨가군이 대조군보다 높게 나타났다. 매작과의 경도는 캐슈넛, 코코넛, 해바라기씨 첨가군이 대조군보다 유의적으로 낮은 값을 나타내었다. 관능검사 결과 표면색은 코코넛 첨가군과 대조군이 낮게 나타난 반면, 해바라기씨 첨가군이 가장 높게 평가되었고 고소한 맛은 해바라기씨 첨가군과 캐슈넛 첨가군이 높게 평가되었으며 대조군은 가장 낮은 점수를 받았다. 단단한 정도는 대조군이 가장 높은 점수를 받았고 견과류 첨가군은 비슷한 정도의 강도를 나타내는 것으로 평가되었다. 바삭한 정도는 아몬드 첨가군, 대조군 및 해바라기씨 첨가군 간에 유의적인 차이가 없었고 코코넛 첨가군이 가장 낮은 점수로 평가되었으며 느끼한 정도는 시료 간에 유의적인 차이가 없었고 뒷맛은 해바라기씨 첨가군이 가장 높은 점수를 받았다. 기호도 검사 결과 아몬드>캐슈넛>코코넛>해바라기씨>대조군 순으로 아몬드 첨가군을 가장 선호하였고 대조군을 가장 좋아하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 견과종실류 첨가 매작과를 60℃에서 30일간 저장하며 과산화물가를 측정한 결과 코코넛과 캐슈넛 첨가군은 저장기간을 통하여 과산화물가의 변화가 거의 없어 지방산화에 안정함을 보여주었고 아몬드 첨가군과 해바라기씨 첨가군은 저장기간에 따라 계속 증가하여 저장 30일 후에는 해바라기씨 첨가군의 산패가 가장 심한 것으로 나타났다. 유탕처리한 대조군의 경우 해바라기씨 첨가군을 제외한 다른 시료보다 유의적으로 높은 과산화물가를 나타내었다. 저장기간에 따른 산가의 변화는 저장기간이 경과함에 따라 모든 시료군에서 점차 증가하였고 저장 30일 후에는 해바라기씨 첨가군이 가장 높은 값을 나타내어 과산화물가와 같은 경향을 나타내었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때 관능적인 측면과 저장안정성 측면을 모두 고려한다면 아몬드 또는 캐슈넛 첨가 매작과가 바람직할 것으로 여겨진다. The principal objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of baking method on the quality and shelf-life of Maejakgwa containing nuts and seeds. Four different types of nuts and seeds (almond, cashewnut, coconut, and sunflower seed) were added to flour, and baking method was applied to prepare the Maejakgwa, physicochemical properties of which were then evaluated. The proximate composition analysis demonstrated that crude protein, crude fat, and ash contents were higher in the Maejakgwa containing nuts and seeds than in the control group. The lightness (L) value of the control Maejakgwa was lower than that observed in the groups containing nuts and seeds. Maejakgwa made with cashewnut, coconut, and sunflower seed evidenced higher yellowness (b) values than were recorded in the control and coconut groups. The incorporation of cashewnut, coconut and sunflower seed into the Maejakgwa lowered the hardness values (p<0.05). Our consumer test demonstrated that Maejakgwa prepared with almond was the most highly preferred, and the control group was the least favored. After 30 days of storage at 60℃, the peroxide value of the Maejakgwa containing sunflower seed was substantially higher than in any other groups, thereby suggesting that the addition of sunflower seeds resulted in accelerated lipid oxidation. No noticeable changes in peroxide values were observed in the groups prepared with coconut and cashewnut during storage time. The acid value increased with increasing storage time, and the addition of sunflower seed evidenced the highest values as compared to other groups.

        상악동에 발생한 외골종

        골종은 성숙된 골 조직의 성장에 의하여 발생되는 양성 종양으로 안면골에서는 주로 전두동이나 하악골에서 보고되고 있으며 상악동에서는 매우 드물게 보고되고 있다. 이에 저자등은 46세 남자 환자의 좌측 상악동에서 외골종을 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. The osteoma is a benign tumor characterized by proliferation of compact or cancellous bone, that may form peripherally in a periosteal location or in a central position. The most common site of peripheral osteoma in craniofacial area is the frontal sinus, but rare in the maxillary sinus. Clinically, this lesion that shows slow growing without symptoms can produce swelling and cause asymmetry. This tumor may arise at any age, but slightly more frequently in men than in women, and more common in young age. Radiographically, this lesion appears as a well-circumscribed radiopacity and histopathologically shows proliferation of either compact or cancellous bone. The etiology of ostemas in the paranasal sinus is unknown, but it has been suggested that they are frequently associated with infection and trauma, and in a certain cases are believed to develop in sinus polyps, which are an inflammatory reaction. The treatment of osteoma is surgical excision, but need not be excised unless it causes obstruction to a sinus cavity or disturbing cosmetically, and this tumor usually does not recur after surgical removal. We report a case of peripheral osteoma on the maxillary sinus in 46 male-patient who came our hospital for discomfort of the left cheek and TMJ area.

      • Poly(2-Hydroxyethyl Methacrylate-co-2-Methacryloxyethyl-1,1,1-Trifluoroacetate)의 합성 및 물성에 관한 연구

        Swollen or unswollen synthetic polymeric films are suitable for separation techniques such as hyperfiltration, ultrafiltration, dialysis, electrodialysis, and piezodialysis. They have also found major uses in biomedical problems(artificial kidney membranes, etc.), enzyme related processes, ion-exchange, dental and pharmaceutical applications(controlled release system). Poly (2-hydroxyalkyl methacrylate)s are being considered as useful materials for various membranes and medical applications. The radical copolymerization of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) with 2-methacryloxyethyl-1, 1, 1-trifluoroacetate (METFA) has been investigated to understand their reactivities and to improve the physical properties of homopolymer. The monomer METFA was synthesized by esterification of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate with 1,1,1-trifluoroacetic acid(TFA). Azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) was used as an initiator in the radical copolymerization of HEMA with METFA. The compositions of unreacted monomers were determined by the intensity of each peak by gas chromatographic analysis. The monomer reactivity ratios were determined by Kelen-Tu¨do~s method. The values of the reactivity ratios are r_1=2.35 and r_2=0.21 for the HEMA(1)-METFA(2) system. The values of Q and e factors calculated by Alfrey-Price equation are 0.29 and-0.64, respectively. The characterization of the copolymers has been carried out by FT-IR spectrophotometer and thermal analysis techniques. The thermal stability and melting temperature(Tm) of the copolymers were increased, as the amounts of hydrophilic HEMA in the copolymers increased. The enthalpic changes associated with endothermic transition were evaluted by differential scanning calorimetry. The activation energies of poly (HEMA-co-METFA) were evaluated from the thermogravimetric data by Freeman and Carroll method. The equilibrium water swelling quantities of the homopolymers and copolymers are also measured and discussed on the basis of hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity.
