급성기 뇌경색 환자의 두통에 대한 파한활혈탕(破寒滑血湯)의 임상적 효능

Objectives : The purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Pasaekhwalhyeol-Tang on acute headache from acute cerebral infarct. Methods : Pasaekhwalhyeol-Tang was prescribed to 15 acute cerebral infarct patients for two weeks. Symptoms were checked and VAS(Visual Analog Scale) scores were kept every week. Results : After prescription of Pasaekhwalhyeol-Tang, VAS scores on headache and accompanying symptoms decreased. No significant changes were shown in laboratory findings. As for the laboratory findings, ALT showed an upward tendency within a week and increased over normal values in two cases(13%). But two weeks later, ALT decreased within normal values. And the mean serum level was within normal values and the other hepatic enzymes did not increase over normal values in either week nor week 2. Conclusions : Results suggest that Pasaekhwalhyeol-Tang is effective in reducing the severity of acute headache from acute cerebral infarct.

The purpose of this study was to ensure the safety of a scooter frame through a structure and vibration analysis according to the tube thickness and weight of the frame of the electric scooter, which is currently being commercialized. According to the results of this study, the largest displacement value of 0.13238㎜ appeared in the 3-㎜ thickness when applying the 100-㎏ load according to the thickness, and 0.026591㎜ and 0.019062㎜ appeared in the 4-㎜ and 5-㎜ thicknesses, respectively. The difference between the 4-㎜ and 5-㎜ values was 0.007529㎜, and it showed low displacement. Thus, the frame of more than 4-㎜ thickness was considered safe. In addition, the experimental result for the natural frequency from Mode 1 to Mode 6 in the vibration analysis was within 601.88㎐. In the 5-㎜ frame, the durability regarding the vibration was recognized as the best due to the appearance of the critical frequency (341.03㎐).
셀룰러 네트워크에서의 대규모 D2D 통신의 실현 가능성 연구

Device-to-device (D2D) 통신은 짧은 전송 거리를 적은 전송 전력으로 인프라를 거치지 않고 직접 통신하여 근거리 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 통신 방법으로 기대되고 있다. 이러한 장점들로 인해, 대규모 D2D 시스템에 대한 수요가 존재할 것이다. D2D 통신 자원이 셀룰러 망에 의해 관리되는 네트워크 지원형 D2D 시스템은 제어 신호를 위한 시그널링 오버헤드 때문에 많은 수의 D2D 기기들을 지원하는 것이 불가능하다. 이런 경우에는 오히려 네트워크 조정을 전혀 하지 않는 것이 하나의 해결책이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 uncoordinated D2D 시스템을 고려하는데, 이는 많은 수의 D2D 기기들이 대규모로 배치되어 네트워크 조정 없이 동작하는 D2D 시스템을 의미한다. D2D 시스템의 전송 용량을 분석하여, uncoordinated D2D 시스템이 셀룰러 네트워크 내에서 상향링크 스펙트럼을 공유하면서 공존할 수 있는 타당성 조건을 도출한다. 또한, 이러한 D2D 시스템의 적절한 전송 전력수준 및 링크 거리에 관한 연구 결과를 제시함으로써, 대규모 D2D 통신의 운용점에 관한 가이드라인을 제공한다. Device-to-device (D2D) communication is expected to offer local area services with low transmit power and short link distance, even not via any infrastructures. These advantages will lead to the deployment of D2D systems in a massive scale, where the order of magnitude of D2D user density is higher than that of cellular user density. Network-assisted D2D systems, where D2D resources are managed by cellular networks, are unable to support the large number of D2D devices, due to the signaling overhead for control signals. In this case, no coordination can be an answer. This paper considers uncoordinated D2D systems, which is implemented with a number of D2D devices in a large scale. By analyzing the transmission capacity of D2D systems, we found a feasibility condition under which the uncoordinated D2D communications possibly coexist within cellular networks, sharing the uplink spectrum. In addition, we provide guidelines for the operational points of massive D2D communications, giving some knowledge about proper transmit power level and link distance of uncoordinated D2D.

Gastrectomy is the most common treatment for gastric cancer, but patients often suffer from post-operative side effects. This study describes the clinical effects of HyangSaPyungWiSan on a pateint who suffered from nausea, vomitting, indigestion, headache, abdomen pain, and loss of appetite after his gastrectomy. The patient undewent a gastrectomy due to gastric cancer, and HyangSaPyungWiSan was used to treat all thses symptoms. This study suggests that treatment with HyangSaPyungWiSan is effectious for such aftereffects of gastrectomy as nausea, vomitting, indigestion, headache, abdomen pain, and loss of appetite.
