노인들의 안전인식 향상을 위한 보드도구 및 애플리케이션 개발

연구목적 : 노인의 수가 급격하게 증가함에 따라 노인안전사고 발생률도 높아지고 있다. 안전사고를 예방하기 위한 교육이 필수적이나, 노인을 대상으로 한 안전교육은 미비한 실정이다. 또한 현재 코로나19사태로 인하여 사회적 거리두기 상황 속에서 노인들의 안전 인식 향상을 위한 반복적인 학습을 포함한 보드도구를 비대면으로 진행할 수 있도록 애플리케이션으로 개발하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 2020년 3월부터 10월까지 임상 5년 이상의 경력을 가진 작업치료사 1명과 작업치료학과 교수 1명의 의견을 취합하여 노인들의 안전인식 향상을 위한 보드도구 및 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 연구결과 : 노인 안전교육 애플리케이션은 노인과 관련성이 높고, 교육 필요도가 높은 5가지 범주(가정안전, 교통안전, 응급처치안전, 화재안전, 낙상안전)에 대해 문제를 풀면서 안전의식을 제고하고 몰랐던 부분에 대해 학습하는 과정을 반복하는 것이다. 게임 모드는 난이도 상, 중, 하로 구성되어 있으며, 문제는 노인의 이해도를 높이기 위해 사진을 이용하였다. 정답과 해설은 문제를 다 푼 후에 제공되며, 즉각적인 피드백이 가능하도록 구성하였다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 즉각적인 피드백으로 반복학습을 통해 안전인식 향상을 위한 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 하지만 혼자 게임을 하는 것이 아닌 사용자 간의 교류가 가능하도록 연동이 된다면 흥미를 더 고취시킬 수 있을 것이다. Objective : As the number of senior citizens increases rapidly, the incidence of safety accidents among senior citizens is also increasing. Education to prevent safety accidents is essential, but safety education for the elderly is insufficient. In addition, the board tools, including repetitive learning to improve the safety awareness of the elderly, will be developed as an application for non-face-to-face development in the social distance situation caused by the current COVID-19. Methods : This study collected the opinions of one occupational therapist with more than five years of clinical experience and one professor of the department of occupational therapy from March to October 2020 and developed board tools and applications for improving the safety awareness of the elderly. Results : The elderly safety education application is to solve problems in five categories (home safety, traffic safety, first aid safety, fire safety, fall safety) that are highly relevant to the elderly and require education, while repeatedly enhancing safety awareness and learning about areas that they did not know. The game mode consists of difficulty level, middle level, and low level, and the problem is that photography is used to enhance the understanding of the elderly. Answer and commentaries are provided after solving the problem and are configured for immediate feedback. Conclusion : In this study, an application was developed to improve safety awareness through repetitive learning with immediate feedback. However, if they are linked to enable users to interact instead of playing games alone, they will be more interested.
