The purpose of this study was to considerate the relationship of physical activity and music. Music improves the quality of physical education, exercise and physical activity. Human beings are born with anyone the ability to react to the music or rhythm. Human development as they grow while maintaining our close relationship with each other, showing the physiological, emotional, social and sensory integration responses. Music affects blood pressure, hormones, EEG, immune systems etc., and it is effective for the treatment of human diseases. Through the music we feel enjoyment, pleasure, happiness and tough life of human gently melts. There are three points of view-physical and physiological, psychological, social-which in the range of music therapy. Music therapy helps improve the efficiency of motor learning by increasing interest and motivation for physical activities. Music provides causing a clue of interest and motivation of learning for beginners, and can enhance active learning participation. Physical activity is necessary the music because it is right here.

The purpose of this study was to examined to seek strategies for promoting the dancesport club activity for elementary and middle school teachers as sports for all by analyzing the current condition of their participation in a dancesport club. Subjects who elementary and middle school teachers participating in the dancesport club activity for teachers in S-city, were surveyed for research. The survey questionnaires were prepared and searched with detailed items concerning elementary and middle school teachers` current participation in dancesport club activity. The answered questionnaires have found the following conclusions by calculating as a percentage by elementary and middle school, gender, career and performing a frequency test. Teachers` participation in dancesport as sound leisure sport was supposed to have enhanced satisfaction in living and the quality of leisure, and to have been placed as one of sports for all. Based on the research results, hopefully there would be led continuous participation and development of diverse programs suited to the levels and demands for a dancesport club and ages of participants, and prepared foundation for establishing the club as sports for all and physical education in school.

The average age of Korean healthy University students is 22±3 years. The daily recommended dietition allowanc(RDA) is about 2,600kcal for male and about 2,100Kcal for female University students in Korea. However, considering their lifestyle and individual differences are very large, and they have a lot of interest in weight control and healthy eating. In this regard, in this paper, we provide a comprehensive analysis with lecture materials and students` presentations collected in SHU University, discussed and summarized. We provide basic data that will enhance the quality of life of University students in Korea. Especially, the interest in body shape management is great and natural for Korean Fashion models who have physical activity and life style. In this case, healthy weight control and healthy eating are very meaningful to them. The various lectures and field discussions are not only helpful for real life, but also improve quality of life and self-esteem to them. And it will be a positive driving force for the development of model industry and confidence in Korea. After all, a healthy young people is a hopeful future for our country, and this hope will come true.
