        창업기업의 서비스 회복전략에 관한 연구 -창업 3년 이내의 외식기업을 대상으로

        Korean start-up company is showing a phenomenon of slowdown of growth from higher competitions. Customers are also willing to fulfill their high-quality desires as the market is rapidly changing. From intensive competing environment, it is most important to effectively recover the service failure in order to keep maintain fixed-customers. Therefore this paper introduces the division of procedure, interrelationship and distribution of official regulation, perceived from hotel service industry and how each regulation affects customers` satisfaction and loyalties. It is found that customer-perceived regulations have clear effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore positive and impartial recovery experience should be provided to customers. At the same time, because it is verified to have little difference in approaching method for male and female customers, there should be another investigation on this part of field in succession.

        중소제조기업의 경쟁력 향상에 영향을 미치는 품질경영시스템과 흡수역량에 관한 실증연구

        This study analyzes the relation among quality management system, absorptive capacity and management performance by structural equation model to find how the quality management system and absorptive capacity of small and medium business in manufacturing help the business competitiveness and ways to improve management performance of small and medium business in manufacturing and also path analysis has been conducted for direct and indirect effect. The summaries of results of this study are as below: 1. Building and operating quality management system positively affects innovations of efficient quality management and advanced manufacturing technique of absorptive capacity. 2. The core factor of absorptive capacity has positive impact on financial performance, customer performance, operation performance of management performance. 3. Operation performance contributes to customer performance and customer performance contributes to financial performance. 4. Building and operating quality management system indirectly affect customer performance frompromoting innovations of efficient qualitymanagement and advancedmanufacturing technique of absorptive capacity. The implications of this study are as follow: 1. Small and medium venture business in manufacturing needs innovations of efficient quality management and advanced manufacturing technique of absorptive capacity which are suitable for manufacturing company in order to improve its competitiveness. 2. Quality management system needs to be built and operated stably to drive efficient absorptive capacity. 3. Enhancement of operation performance and customer performance makes it possible to establish foundations of growth of companies to improve financial performance in the long term.

        창업과 기업가에 대한 인식이 대학생의 창업효능감에 미치는 영향-창업교육에 주는 시사점

        This paper aims to examine how the recognition of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs affect the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students. Furthermore, the study investigates the mediating role of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial participation between the entrepreneurial self-efficacy and the recognition of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs. Data samples were collected from 511 college students using self-reported questionnaires. The data analysis indicates several meaningful empirical results. First, the recognition of the entrepreneurship does not significantly affect the entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The result suggests that the awareness of entrepreneurship of college students is still negative in spite of educational and institutional supports. Second, The recognition of entrepreneurs among college students has a positive effect on their entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Additionally, the results indicates that compared to the recognition of entrepreneurship, the recognition of entrepreneurs has more effect on entrepreneurship education and participation. Lastly, for mediating effect, the results show that both entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship participation are partially mediated between the recognition of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. As a way of increasing the entrepreneurial self-efficacy, the research findings suggest that colleges need to develop a curriculum for perceived entrepreneurship education which encourages students` challenge and their choice of start-up business. The virtuous circle between concept development and business development is also necessary to make students` ideas real. Lastly, the collaboration between related institutions such as government, local communities, and universities is required to revitalize students` participation in start-up business.

        환경가치와 소비자의 녹색제품 지식이 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose The objective of this study is to explore the influence of environmental values and consumer knowledge of green products on the attitude toward green products and the purchase intentions of green products. Methods By studying the relevant literature, based on the VBN theory, this paper constructs the effect model and proposes assumptions. Based on 550 valid questionnaires of 568 issued survey questionnaires, by using SPSS25.0 and statistical knowledge, the reliability, validity, correlation and regression analysis of the survey questionnaire are performed to analyze. Results According to analyze results, environmental value and consumer knowledge of green products were related to attitude and green purchase intention, environmental values partially give positive effects to attitude and green purchase intention. In addition, consumer knowledge of green products has effect to attitude and green purchase intention. consumer’s attitude on the green products have a significant impact on the green purchase intention. Conclusion The following conclusions are draw: to improve individual green purchase intention recommendations from national, businesses and consumer perspective.

        창업자특성이 연구개발역량 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The policy supporting business start-ups has attracted interests around the nation as the economic growth with little employment and high unemployment rate continue recently. With the environment that start-ups incubating center, a birthplace for helping technology-based businesses, is playing a more important role, this study analysed how the entrepreneur``s psychological characteristics has influenced R&D capability and business performance. The study showed that the desire for innovation, among other entrepreneur``s characteristics, had more impacts on R&D capability. On the other hand, social adaptation has little relations with R&D capability. In addition to that, this study also identified that R&D capability had influenced on business performances. As a methodology, the thesis conducted a survey to the start-ups stationed in the incubating center, and a empirical analysis was done with the survey result. From this research, the author identified that the entrepreneur``s characteristics had a positive impact on R&D capability, and eventual influence on the business performance. Based on this result, it seems that the government should create a policy to support the start-ups with the consideration of entrepreneur``s characteristics. Also, the incubating center should make more efforts on planning various helping services and designing differentiated services to the start-ups.

        의료기기 산업에서 R&D 투자가 경영성과에 미치는 영향 : 제조능력과 임상평가의 매개효과를 중심으로

        As a result of analyzing 155 domestic companies of medical devices, R&D investment is confirmed to have positive effects on business performance such as increase in sales growth and profit increase. This analysis also indicates that manufacturing capacity and clinical evaluation, which are characteristics of technology commercialization in medical device industry, have the mediation effects on the business performance. In the medical device industry, it is crucial to secure materials suppliers which can support small amount of orders for various products from the initial stage of the development and to improve processes continuously. Concurrently, amicable clinicians for practical advices and clinical evaluations, product revisions based on the result from clinical evaluations, and application of the result in marketing are important factors as well. In addition, steady investment in R&D and expansion of the investment range from the development stage to device revisions and process revisions are necessary for constant sales growth and profits increase of medical device industry.

        모바일 뱅킹 서비스 품질이 고객 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향

        Nowadays a lot of companies have an insight that mobile service becomes major channel to communicate with their customers, due to widely spread mobile devices. Especially, mobile service in financial industry becomes aim of communication channel, caused by changed patterns of customer`s financial service accessibility. So this study tried to investigate factors which have effects to customer`s satisfaction and loyalty, through quality estimation for mobile banking service which is the most frequently used service to customers. Refer to preceding researches, we built factors for quality estimation and designed our study model. We used SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 to make examinations of reliability and propriety of our study model and assumptions, with total 233 answered samples to our question. Analyzed results showed that connectivity, convenience and design had effect to customer`s satisfaction, which had strong effects to their loyalty. But Empathy, fulfillment, enjoyment, responsiveness, personalization and security did not effect to customer`s satisfaction and their loyalty. Therefore, we suggested some guides for development of mobile banking service and direction for further study, based on results of this study.

        젠더특성에 따라 조직문화가 동적역량을 매개로 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

        Many companies attempt to transform themselves into creative organizations to create high performance. Organizational culture and dynamic capabilities are essential to make a creative organization. As the participation of women in society is more prevalent than ever, enterprises should have more concern on creating an environment that maximizes the capability of women as a way of improving the business performance. The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of dynamic capabilities that affects creativity for the organizational culture to influence organizational effectiveness in a rapidly changing environment, the fourth Industrial Revolution. Furthermore, this research investigates differences in organizational culture and dynamic capabilities according to gender characteristics. The result of this research is as followings. Rational culture affected to organizational effectiveness, however, Hierarchical culture affected only to creativity as a sub-factor of organizational effectiveness. Absorptive transformation capabilities as a sub-factor of dynamic capabilities mediated organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. And absorptive transformation capabilities positively affected to the organizational effectiveness in hierarchical culture as well. Rational culture positively affected to both dynamic capabilities and organizational effectiveness regardless of gender. In the rational culture, women are more involved to their job than men, and their performance is more than twice as high. Hierarchical culture influenced men's dynamic capabilities, but did not affect women's dynamic capabilities. Thus, this study represents that enterprises should build rational culture to business performance by utilizing the competence of female workers and have more concern on making environment for employees to exercise their dynamic capabilities.

        녹색전문기업의 녹색기술 특허가 기업의 재무성과에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 중소벤처 녹색전문기업의 녹색기술 특허가 재무성과에 반영되는가를 살펴보았다. 중소벤처 녹색전문기업이 녹색기술로 취득한 녹색기술 특허의 특허출원 1년 전과 1년 후 및 2년 후에 대해 매출액, 영업이익, 순이익, 매출액영업이익률, 매출액순이익률을 선정하여 평균차이 분석을 수행하였다. 실증분석결과 중소벤처 녹색전문기업의 1,2년 후의 매출액과 1년 후의 영업이익과 매출액순이익률 및 2년 후의 매출액영업이익률만 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 따라 정부는 중소벤처 녹색전문기업을 향후 녹색성장 시대의 국가경제의 핵심역할을 할 수 있도록 육성하기 위해서 녹색소비시장의 활성화, 녹색금융정책의 강화, 자금조달 창구 개선 및 마련, 대중소기업 공정거래 및 상생협력 수준을 강화시킬 필요가 있다. This paper empirically examines the effects of green technology patent on the financial performance of SMEs and venture specialized green enterprises. In particular, this paper is focused on analysing the financial performance difference by comparing the financial condition of 1st year before and 1st year after the application of green technology patent, and the one of 1st year before and 2nd year after it using sales, operating profit, net income, ratio of operating profit to net sales, and ratio of net profit to net sales. The statistical significances were accepted on sales after 1st and 2nd year, operating profit and ratio of net profit to net sales after 1st year, and ratio of operating profit to net sales after 2nd year. This paper proposes the vitalization of green consumption market, the reinforcement of green financial policy, the installation of financing windows, the improvement of unfair business conducts of large enterprises, and the reinforcement of win-win partnership between large enterpsises and SMEs as policy issues of Korean government in order to promote SMEs and venture specialized green enterprises.

        창업보육센터 및 정보기술 특성이 입주기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Park Geun-hye government suggested founding as the core of ‘the three-year plan of economic innovation’ and created ‘the second venture boom’, and through this, it is enhancing its effort to make a foundation for a great leap of Korean economy. The purpose of this study was to examine how the core factors of business incubator centers, centers and capability of managers, influence R&D capability and management performance of newly founded companies. And it tried to analyze the causal relationship between information technology utilization ability and management performance of newly founded companies, and learn the effects they have on R&D capability and management performance of newly founded companies. The indications of this study are as follows. First, it turned out that capability of managers in business incubator centers significantly influences management performance, having R&D capability of occupant companies as a medium. Second, it turned out that capability of business incubator centers significantly influences R&D capability of occupant companies, and thereby works as an important factor in improving management performance of occupant companies. Thus, it is judged that business incubator centers need to try to enhance their tangible and intangible capabilities themselves in the future. Third, it could be found that one of the important factors of success of newly founded companies is to increase information technology utilization ability and establish information systems fitting for characteristics of newly founded companies for improvement of information level.
