Over the past few years, "business models" has surged into the management vocabulary. But, while it has become quite fashionable to discuss business models, there has been still much confusion about what are business models and how they could make. In fact, business models can serve a positive and powerful role in corporate management. While other authors have recently offered definitions of "business model", none of them appears to be generally accepted. This paper presents the absence of the generally definition of the business models, elements of business model and classify business logic. To help start-up entrepreneurs better understand, found and check business models thus, this paper propose a method of business model, understanding, founding and checking. The dissertation will present an effective business model building method which is necessary for the start-up entrepreneurs to start business. This paper consists of three parts. first is showing the previous study of business model. The second is the re-definition business model and elements based on the first and to present a new method of business model plating and checking for start-up IT (information technology) company's entrepreneurs. The last is application of the methode. This study applied the methode to a company which is located in "DAEDEOK INNOPOLIS"; this company has specialized Information technology.

학교도서관 독서교육의 창의성 적용에 관한 연구

본 논문은 독서교육에서 창의성계발을 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다. 독서전략들과 창의성기법들을 유형화하고 독서교육의 시간적 과정 속에 이를 융합하였다. [독서전] 과정에서는 기존지식 활용하기와 이성적 사고의 독서전략이 사용되며, 이를 확산적사고의 유창성과 독창성 기법에 융합하였다. [독서중] 과정에서는 텍스트내용 이해하기와 텍스트구조 인식하기의 독서전략이 사용되며, 이를 확산적사고의 융통성과 독창성 기법에 융합하였다. [독서후] 과정에서는 이성적 사고의 독서전략이 사용되며, 이를 확산적 사고의 독창성과 수렴적 사고 기법에 융합하였다. I studied on the application of creativity to reading instruction in this paper. Reading strategies and creative thinking skills are categorized. And these are incorporated in the time process of reading instruction. In pre-reading process, Using Prior Knowledge and Reasoning of reading strategies are used and these are incorporated in Fluency and Creativity of the divergent thinking skill. In reading process, Increasing Sensitivity to Text Elements with the Highest Information Load and Structuring and Recognizing Structures of reading strategies are used and these are incorporated in Flexibility and Creativity of the divergent thinking skill. In post-reading process, Reasoning of reading strategies are used and these are incorporated in Creativity of the divergent thinking skill and convergent thinking skill.

학교교육방법의 핵심장치로서의 학교도서관에 관한 연구 - 구성주의 교수-학습이론을 중심으로 -

I identified constructivism's teaching-learning theory as a modern ideal method of education on this paper. And I explained how school media center relate with constructivism on educational method and educational environment. I suggested what is the points of development of school media center under the educational method of constructivism. And then by doing so I strived for contribution to the solution of problems of school education in Korea. 본 논문은 현대사회의 이상적 교육방법으로 구성주의 교수-학습이론의 의의와 특징을 밝히고 구성주의 교육방법과 교육환경이 학교도서관에 어떻게 관련을 가지는지 논하였다. 또한 구성주의 교육방법과 관련하여 우리나라 학교도서관이 개선되어야 할 점을 제시함으로서 학교교육의 문제해결에 학교도서관이 기여하는 바를 논하였다.

일본산 송사리 (Oryzias latipes)에 대한 Bisphenol A와 Nonylphenol의 혼합효과

생활하수, 공장폐수, 농경유출수에 의해 수생태계로 유입된 다양한 화학물질들은 수서곤충이나 어류와 같은 수생생물에게 나쁜 영향을 주곤 한다. 비스페놀A와 노닐페놀을 포함하는 많은 화학물질들이 내분비계 장애물질(EDCs)로 의심되고 있고, 그들은 환경속에서 서로 다른 혼합형태로 공존하기도 한다. 따라서 비스페놀A와 노닐페놀의 혼합물이 독성과 생식학적 반응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 일본산 송사리의 수정란 치사율, 부화율 및 부화시간, 치어의 성장율 및 비텔로제닌 농도 등이 측정되었다. 수정된 지 24시간 이내의 수정란을 대조군, 양성대조군($17{\beta}-estradiol$), 그리고 서로 다른 농도의 비스페놀A와 노닐페놀의 혼합물에 부화 후 60일까지 유수식 조건하에 노출시켰다. 수정란${\sim}$치자어 단계에서는 대조군과 비교하여 실험군의 치사율 및 부화율, 부화시간에 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 부화 후 60일간의 노출 후 성장(길이, 무게)에 있어서도 비록 양성대조군에서 낮은 성장상태를 보였지만 다른 혼합물의 실험군들과는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 한편 체내 비텔로제닌 농도는 혼합물의 농도증가에 따라 증가하였으며 수컷의 경우 최저농도의 혼합물(Treatment A)을 제외한 실험군에서 농도증가에 따라 증가하였다. 반면 양성대조군의 경우 수컷이 발견되지 않았고 암컷 체내의 비텔로제닌 농도는 최고농도의 혼합물(Treatment D) 실험군과 비슷한 경향을 보였다. 위 실험을 통해 각각의 내분비계 장애물질이 개별적으론 생식발달 및 비텔로제닌 유도에 무영향농도(NOEC)라 하더라도 혼합된 경우 영향이 나타날 수 있다는 것을 보여주었으며, 이는 수환경 내 다양한 화학물들의 혼합효과(combination effect)가 생태위해성평가를 좀더 면밀하게 하기 위해서 주의 깊게 고려되어야 한다고 제안한다.

Tonpilz 트랜스듀서의 성능에 미치는 압전소재의 영향

Effects of the shape and size of the piezoelectric materials on the performance of tonpilz transducers were studied with a computer simulation using a finite element method (FEM). The diameter and height of the donut-shaped piezoelectric ceramics head mass were changed as variables. And the effect of the stack number was also investigated. Finally, if the piezoelectric ceramics were changed to a piezoelectric single crystal having high piezoelectric constants, how the performances especially, the output power and the TVR transmittance were affected was simulated by FEM. As a result, the output of transducer could be increased to 10 times of PZT-4 with replacement of relaxor single crystal of the same size. Tonpilz 트랜스듀서의 거동에 미치는 압전 소재의 형상과 크기의 효과에 대하여 유한요소법을 통한 컴퓨터 모사를 통하여 연구하였다. 도넛 형태의 압전체의 직경과 높이 그리고 쌓아올린 stack의 수를 변수로 고려하였고 최종적으로 소재 자체를 특성이 뛰어난 단결정 소재로 변환하였을 때 그 특성인 출력과 TVR 대역폭이 어떻게 변하는지를 모사하였다. 그 결과, 리랙서 단결정을 활용함으로써 같은 구조에서 출력을 10배 정도 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다.

하악골에 발생한 거대한 치성 점액종의 절제 및 비골 혈관화 유리 피판을 이용한 재건: 증례보고

The odontogenic myxoma is a relatively rare, benign tumor that occurs on the jaw. A 41 year-old man visited Seoul National University Dental Hospital because of swelling of the mandible. Clinical and radiographic evaluation showed a huge mass invading most of the mandible. After biopsy, he was diagnosed with odontogenic myxoma. For resection of the lesion, partial mandibulectomy and reconstruction with a vascularized fibular free flap was done. The result showed successful removal of the lesion. Reconstruction resulted in satisfactory functional and esthetic outcomes. We conclude that huge benign neoplasms such as odontogenic myxomas can be successfully treated by using a wide margin of resection followed by vascularized fibular free flap reconstruction.

구성주의 교육방법의 구현요소로서의 학교도서관 활용수업에 관한 연구

I studied on the relations of constructivism and school library assisted instruction in this paper. Constructivism is the most important goal of the modern schooling. In constructivism they insist that knowledge is constructed by the learner individually and subjectively. So in constructivism they focus their attention on setting authentic environment of learning for each individual learner. Constructivism was developed into the learner-centered instruction in schooling nowadays. In constructivism the following instructions are very important for achievement its' goal ; problem based learning, project based learning, discussion based learning etc. These instructions are supported commonly by resource based learning. Educational resources are managed in school library totally. School library assisted instruction is the most effective one for resource based learning. And information literacy instruction by teacher librarian relates closely meta cognitive learning of reflections in constructivism. School library assisted instruction is the essential element for the practice of constructivism in schooling. 구성주의교육은 현대지식기반 사회에서 학교교육의 중요한 목표이다. 구성주의는 학습자의 사회적 학교생활을 통해서 지식의 구성이 개인적, 주관적으로 이루어진다고 주장한다. 학습자의 창의성을 바탕으로 하는 지식의 개인적, 주관적 구성은 오늘날 학교교육의 목표를 학습자중심교육으로 발전시키고 있다. 본 연구는 구성주의교육의 원리와 특성을 규명하고, 구성주의교육의 구현요소로서 학교도서관활용수업의 개념과 특성을 살펴보고자 한다. 학교도서관활용수업은 최근 학교현장에서 관심을 받고 있으나 아직은 충분한 단계로 발전하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 학교도서관활용수업의 범위와 단계를 조사하고 구성주의교육에서 적용될 수 있는 일반적인 특징을 제시하고자 한다. 구성주의교육은 학습자의 실제적(authentic)경험과 체험을 중시하는 학습환경의 조성을 강조하며, 자료중심교육을 바탕으로 하는 토의학습, 문제 중심학습, 프로젝트학습 등의 학습방법이 효과적이다. 학교도서관은 학교의 정보자료센터로서 자료중심교육의 필수적 요소이며, 학교도서관활용수업은 가장 효과적인 자료중심교육의 방법이다.

FEM 시뮬레이션을 이용한 tonpilz 트랜스듀서의 먼지 응집 거동

Tonpilz 트랜스듀서를 이용한 미세먼지의 포집 거동을 살펴보기 위하여 유한요소법(FEM) 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 미세먼지의 응집 거동을 모사하였다. 원판형 head mass의 두께와 tail mass의 직경, 그리고 고정 볼트의 깊이를 트랜스듀서의 형상 변수로 고려하였다. 도넛형 압전체의 소재로는 기존의 PZT-4 소재와 서로 다른 특성의 두 가지 압전 단결정에 대하여 그 출력에 미치는 형상 변수의 최적화를 구현하였고 이를 통하여 얻은 트랜스듀서를 이용하였을 때 나타나는 미세먼지의 응집 거동을 다중 물리해석 S/W인 COMSOL을 이용하여 모사하였다. Dust-collecting behavior of tonpilz transducer was simulated with finite-element-method (FEM) software. In order to optimize the performance of tonpilz transducer, the shape factors including the thickness of head mass, the diameter of tail mass and the depth of bolt were analyzed as variables. As a vibrating energy source, the piezoelectric materials was also tested with PZT-4 and two kinds of piezoelectric single crystals. The output power of the transducer was maximized with the shape factors and then the behavior of the dust-collection was demonstrated with the multi-physics software, COMSOL.

학교교육 문제해결책으로서의 학교도서관에 관한 일 연구

In this study, the writer explained what have been the problems of school education and of school library media center in our country In the problems of school library media center, the writer point out especially poor quantity of teacher-librarians at the field of school education in our country. And then explained how school library media center can be developed. Finally the writer suggested how the problems of school education can be resolved by the school library media center. 본 논문에서는 우리나라 학교교육의 문제점과 학교도서관의 문제점을 살펴 본후 학교교육을 정상화시키기 위한 방안으로 학교도서관의 발전을 주장하였다. 현대 사회에서 요구되어지는 창의성 개발교육, 평생교육, 열린교육 등에 있어서 우리나라 교육현장의 문제점을 살펴보았으며 학교도서관이 이러한 학교교육의 요구에 어떻게 적합한가를 논하였다. 또한 이상적인 학교도서관의 역할과 관련하여 우리나라 학교도서관 현장의 문제점을 살펴보았으며 특히 사서교사의 심각한 부족현상을 가장 중요한 요인으로 지적하고 앞으로의 개선 방안을 제시하였다.
