Recently, the prevention of crime using CCTV draws special in accordance with the higher crime incidence rate. Therefore security systems like a CCTV with audio capability are developing for giving an instant alarm. This paper proposes a scream detecting engine from various ambient noises in real environment for surveillance systems. The proposed engine detects scream signals among the various ambient noises using the features extracted in time/frequency domain. The experimental result shows the performance of our engine is very promising in comparison with the traditional engines using the model based features like LPC, LPCC and MFCC. The proposed method has a low computational complexity by using FFT and cross correlation coefficients instead of extracting complex features like LPC, LPCC and MFCC. Therefore the proposed engine can be efficient for audio-based surveillance systems with low SNRs in real field.

Five days after hatching in Konosirus punctatus, the larvae were 5.86~6.21 mm (mean 5.96 mm) in TL and ossified parasphenoid, prefrontal, premaxillary, dentary. Sixteen days after hatching, the larvae were 9.66~10.18 mm (mean 9.96 mm) in TL and ossified prootic, opisthotic, ectopterygoid, and epihyal. Twenty-five days after hatching, the larvae were 11.02~12.64 mm (mean 11.03 mm) in TL and ossified supraclavicle, posttemporal, four actinost. Twenty-eight days after hatching, the larvae were 11.98~12.81 mm (mean 12.34 mm) in TL and ossified frontal, pterotic, epiotic, exoccipital, basioccipital, preorbital, maxillary, hyomadibular, preopercle, opercle, hypohyal. Thirty-six days after hatching, the larvae were 15.26~16.39 mm (mean 16.11 mm) in TL and ossified scapula. 37 days after hatching, the larvae were 15.33~16.87 mm (mean 16.25 mm) in TL and ossified ethmoid, nasal, parietal, supraoccipital, and suborbital. Forty-five days after hatching, the larvae were 20.01~21.83 mm (mean 21.14 mm) in TL, and the shoulder girdle was completed by coracoid formation. Forty-eight days after hatching, the larvae were 22.46~24.03 mm (mean 23.20 mm) in TL and ossified articular and subopercle. When the juvenile reached 27.11~34.09 mm (mean 30.11 mm) in TL (53 days after hatching) completed ossification of the cranium, vertebrae, pelvic girdle, shoulder girdle, caudal bone, and pterygiophore.
첨가유가 무태장어 (Anguilla marmorata) 치어의 성장 및 어체 영양성분에 미치는 영향

As part of the study on formula feeds for marbled eel (Anguilla marmorata) culture, the growth performance, the basic and main nutritional composition in marbled eel fed diets with various types of additive oils were evaluated. The test show that fatty acid composition of eels fed fish oils (pollack and squid liver) was significantly different from those fed vegetable oils (soybean, olive, perilla and linseed). In the culture test of providing diets added with 10% of various oils, both weight gain rate and feed efficiency were higher in the order of eels fed diet with linseed oil>squid liver>perilla>other oils. Crude protein levels were not significantly different depending on the types of oil contained in the feed, and crude lipid contents in eels fed diets with pollack, squid liver and soybean oils were significantly higher than those fed diets with linseed and olive oils. Vitamin A (VA) and E (VE) contents also displayed a noticeable difference among eels fed additive oils, and VA in eels fed pollack and squid liver oil, and VE in eels fed pollack and squid liver and linseed oil found higher than eels fed other oils. Omega fatty acids such as DHA and EPA were highest in eels feddiets with squid liver oil. From this study it is confirmed that fatty acid composition of diet affects fatty acid composition of cultured marbled eels.

무선 LAN(Wireless Local Area Networks 의 DCF(Distributed Coordination Function) 방식은 랜덤 백 오프 방식으로 매체에 접근하기 때문에 지연이 발생하여 정해진 시간 내에 전 송을 보장할 수 없다는 단점 이 있다. [1] 이는 곧 실시간 멀티미디어 트래픽(비디오, 음성 등)의 QoS(Quality Of Service)를 보장할 수 없다는 것을 뜻한다. 또한 IEEE 802.11e 표준 [2]에서 제공하는 QoS 를 위한 EDCA(Enhanced Distributed Channel Access)라는 프로 토콜은 제시되어있으나 실제로 구현되어있는 디바이스의 부재로 QoS 를 지원하기가 어렵다. 따라서 무선 랜에서 IEEE 802.11e 를 지원하지 않는 망내 디바이스,즉 큐가 1 개인 STA, 즉 기본적인 802.11 표준 기술인 DCF 를 사용하는 STA 을 위해서 멀티미디어 트래픽의 실시간 전송을 보장하기 위한 기법을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 오디오기반 CCTV에서 비명 구간을 효과적으로 검출하기 위한 가중치 값을 실험을 통해 결정 하고자 한다. 경계값은 학습구간의 평균값에 가중치 값을 곱해주어 계산되며, 이 때 가중치 값에 의해 비명 구간 검출 성능이 결정된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가장 좋은 성능을 보이는 가중치 값을 결정하기 위해 가중치 값을 변화시키며 실험을 하였다. 그 결과 ω값이 3일 때 검출률과 오인식률에서 가장 좋은 성능을 보였다.
음성 강화를 위한 a priori SNR 추정기반 적응 바람소리 저감 방법

This paper focuses on a priori signal to noise ratio (SNR) estimation method for the speech enhancement. There are many researches for speech enhancement with several ambient noise cancellation methods. The method based on spectral subtraction (SS) which is widely used in noise reduction has a trade-off between the performance and the distortion of the signals. So the need of adaptive method like an estimated a priori SNR being able to making a high performance and low distortion is increasing. The decision directed (DD) approach is used to determine a priori SNR in noisy speech signals. A priori SNR is estimated by using only the magnitude components and consequently follows a posteriori SNR with one frame delay. We propose a modified a priori SNR estimator and the weighted rational transfer function for speech enhancement with wind noises. The experimental result shows the performance of our proposed estimator is better Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality scores (PESQ, ITU-T P.862) compare to the conventional DD approach-based systems and different noise reduction methods.
