지난 5월 13일부터 16일까지 LA에서 E3가 개최됐다. E3(Electronic Entertainment Expo)는 미국 IDSA(Interactive Digital Software Assosiation) 협회가 매년 LA에서 개최하는 E3는 세계에서 가장 큰 인터렉티브 게임업계의 트레이드 쇼이다. 미국 게임사들에게 가장 중요한 마케팅 이벤트인 E3에서는 게임사들 대부분이 주요 발표를 하며 이곳에서 발표된 게임들의 87%가 게임매출의 반이상을 차지하는 크리스마스, 연말연시를 겨냥해 출시된다.
Characteistics of Charge Traps and Poling Behavior of Poly (Vinylidene Fluoride)

Transient charging and discharging currents as well as space charge limited currents have been measured in biaxially stretched poly(vinylidene fluoride) film under various poling fields and temperatures. At low temperatures and short poling times, the I-V characteristics showed shallow trap behavior. When the current values extrapolated to the infinite time, the I-V characteristics indicate that the distribution of the trap energy levels is uniform or very broad. The abnormal suppression of current at higher poling voltages and the high discharge rate observed also in the same voltage range are attributed to the morphological changes due to dipole reorientation.

In this study, the procedures for the preliminary design of the turbo-shaft engine for the light multi-purpose helicopter are established. The engine specifications are determined through the performance analysis on the on-design and off-design conditions by the use of simulation program. In addition, the effect of humidity on the engine performance is examined by considering the change of the gas properties and characteristic maps due to moisture contents. The calculation results show that the engine power is reduced by the existence of moisture in working fluid.

Damage often occurs on the surface of railway wheels due to wheel-rail contact fatigue. It should be removed before reaching wheel failure, because wheel failure can cause derailment with loss of life and property. The increase or decrease of the contact fatigue lift by the metal removal of the contact surface were investigated by many researchers, but they have not considered initial residual stress and traction force. The railway wheel has the initial residual stress formed during the manufacturing process, and the residual stress is changed by thermal stress induced by braking. The traction force and residual stress are operated on wheels of locomotive and electric motor vehicle. In this study, the effect of metal removal depth on the contact fatigue life for a railway wheel has been evaluated by applying lolling contact fatigue test. The effect of the traction force and metal removal on the contact fatigue life has been estimated by finite element analysis. It has been found that the initial residual stress determines the amount of metal removal depth if the traction coefficient is less than 0.15. If the traction coefficient is greater than 0.2, however, the amount of metal removal depth is independent on the intial residual stress.
공공플랫폼 구축사업의 거버넌스: 경기도 배달플랫폼 '배달특급'의 사례를 중심으로

Recently, government agencies are actively adopting the platform model as a means of public policy. However, existing studies on the public platform are minimal and have focused on user experiences or the possibility of public usage of the platform model. Now the research concerning building governance structure and utilizing network effects of the platform after adopting the platform model in the public sector is keenly required. This study intended to ignite academic dialogue on the governance of public platforms in the context of digital transformation. This study focused on a case of the 'Special delivery,' a public delivery app established by Gyeonggi-do. In order to analyze the characteristics of the public platform and its governance structure, data were collected from press releases, policy reports, and news articles. Data was analyzed using the frame of Hagui's platform design factors and Ansell & Gash's collaborative governance model. The results of the public platform analyses showed 1) incompleteness in the value trade-off accounting, which was designed for platform business based on general cost-benefit analysis, and 2) a closed governance structure that limits direct participation of diverse user groups(i.e., service provider, customer) in order to enhance providers' utility by preventing customers' excessive online activities. The results of this study provided theoretical and policy implications regarding designing the strategy for accounting for value trade-offs and functioning governance structure for public platforms.
