유묘기 밀(Triticum aestivum L.)에서의 ABA 처리 시 전사체 발현 분석

One of the major phytohormones, ABA, is known to play an important role in seed dormancy, germination and response to various stresses. High-throughput sequencing technology was applied to ABA treated wheat seedlings to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs), and we obtained 65,561,602 raw reads resulting from Illumina sequencing. After quality control and mapping to the draft reference genes of wheat, we identified 2,238 DEGs, and gene ontology (GO) analysis of the DEGs was further conducted. Based on these results, several candidate genes involved in ABA pathways were identified (aldehyde oxidase, β glucosidase and cytochrome P450). The combination of expression pattern analysis of high-throughput sequencing and GO analysis in this study will provide powerful clues and information for investigating the transcriptional changes to understand the transcriptional responses to ABA in wheat.
굴절이상과 안축장 / 각막곡률반경 비와의 관계에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between axial length/corneal radius ratio and refractive error for human eye. Ocular components were measured Baush & Lomb keratometer, Holden-Payor pachometer, and Stoz Compuscan. Refractive error was measured by subjective refraction. The results were as follows; I) Spherical equivalent refractive error and axial length/corneal radius ratio was very highly correlated with the correlation coefficient for -0.89. 2) Axial length/corneal radius ratio and axial length, vitreous chamber depth were highly correlated that the correlation coefficients were 0.82, 0.80 respectively. 3) Axial length/corneal radius ratio and anterior chamber depth, corneal power, corneal radius, lens power were correlated with the correlation coefficients for 0.57, 0.40, -0.39, -0.35 respectively. 4) There were no significant correlation between axial length/corneal radius ratio and lens thickness, and corneal thickness.

In this study. anterior corneal radius of curvature in korean subjects aged between 16 to 79 year olds were measured using a keratometer. Refractive power was also measured without cyloplegia. A-mode Ultrasonography was used to measure anterior chamber depth, crystalline lens thickness. vitreous chamber depth & axial length. Measurements of anterior chamber depth of subjects in their 20 s were between 3.0 ㎜ & 4.0 ㎜, 70 s age group were between 2 ㎜ & 3.50 ㎜. showing a decrease with age. Crystalline lens thickness of 20 s age group was 2.64 ㎜ while 70 s age group was 4.62 ㎜ showing an increase with age. Vitreous chamber depth, unaffected by age. was about 17 ㎜. Axial length was 24.47 ㎜ in subjects below 40 s age groups decreasing to 24.11 ㎜ in above 40 s age groups. Corneal radius of curvature was 7.79 ㎜ and 7.72 ㎜ in younger and older age groups respectively, showing a decrease with age.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of continuing work on VDT(video display terminal). therefore this study examined visual fatigue, unaided visual acuity, refractive error, accommodation and horizontal phoria of 152 subjects who did two hour long VDT work. For the ocular symtoms, the greatest number was tired eyes accounting for 45.71%. In the visual symptoms, blurred vision was the hightest rate of 80.39% and in case of systemic sysptoms shoulder pain was 33.33% marked top ranking. The average of near visual acuity decresed almost 10% from 0.47 to 0.42, but refractive error increased about 0.l0D to the direction of myopic shift. The amplitude of accommodation decreased approximately 0.72D from 7.46D to 6.74D. Accommodation facility was delayed from 2.27 second to 2.50 second, the amplitude of positive relative accommodation was decreased from 4.76D to 4.16D and the amplitude of negative relative accommodation was decreased from 2.46D to 2.33D. The horizontal phoria shifted to the direction of esophoria from 1.82 Δto 3.24Δ.

하이드레이트는 저온.고압에서 저분자량의 게스트(guest)가 호스트(host)인 물분자 속에 포획되어 만들어지는데 일련의 과정은 물리적 반응을 통해 생성된다.본 연구에서는CO₂보다 지구온난화지수(Global Warming Potential)가 23,900배 높은 SF<sub>6</sub>의 회수 및 정제기술로써 하이드레이트화를 이용하는 신기술 개발의 일환으로 분광학적 접근을 통해 SF<sub>6</sub> 혼합 하이드레이트의 정성 및 정량분석을 수행하였다. Raman Shift 분석 결과 SF<sub>6</sub>의 770cm^{-1}에서 v_1 진동주파수를 확인함으로써 하이드레이트 내 SF<sub>6</sub>가 안정적으로 포집됨을 확인하였고 혼합가스 내 SF<sub>6</sub> 농도별로 만들어진 샘플의 Raman Shift를 통해서 SF<sub>6</sub>의 하이드레이트 전환율을 가늠할 수 있었다.

가스하이드레이트는 물분자들의 수소결합에 의하여 입체 그물구조를 만들게 되면 그 그물구조의 공동(Cavity) 내에 크기가 작은 가스 분자들이 포획되면서 형성되는 결정체이다. 이러한 원리로 포획되어질 수 있는 가스는 130여종에 이른다. 포획가능한 가스 분자들 중 SF<sub>6</sub>의 경우 보다 쉬운 조건에서 하이드레이트 형성이 되는 점을 이용하여 SF<sub>6</sub>의 분리 회수에 하이드레이트의 형성 원리를 적용하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 압력조건과 조성변화를 달리하여 SF<sub>6</sub> 하이드레이트 형성 특성을 관찰하였다. 본 연구에서 하이드레이트 결정 형성 특성 및 형성 속도에 대한 실험과 분석을 통한 결과를 확보함으로써 향후 SF<sub>6</sub> 하이드레이트의 생산, 저장, 회수, 분리 등의 설계의 기본자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

In testing visual acuity of kindergarten`s children, single Landolt`s ring in chart projector was used under proper intensity of illumination. According to the result of 218 eyes` test, 0.6 V.A. forms 8.5 % at the age of 3, 0.7 V.A. forms 84.7 % at the age of 4, and 1.0 V.A. forms 6.8 % at the age of 5. However, children`s visual acuity has been gradually developed with their growth. None of emmetropia can be found through the test. All of the children have ametropic eyes.
