        고감도 능동픽셀센서를 위한 PMOSFET 광검출기의 특성

        고감도 능동픽셀센서(active pixel sensor, APS)를 위한 PMOSFET 광검출기를 설계 및 제작하였다. 이 센서는 5V의 전원 전압을 사용하며, 1-poly 2-metal $1.5{\mu}m$ CMOS공정으로 제작하였다. 사용된 광검출기는 빛에 대한 감도를 높이기 위해서 n-well과 게이트를 연결한 PHOSFET을 사용하였다. 제작된 광검출기는 일반 MOSFET이 $I_{DS}-V_{DS}$ 곡선과 유사한 특성을 가진다. PMOSFET 광검출기를 기본으로 하여 설계된 1차원 이미지 센서는 16개의 픽셀로 구성되어 있으며, 단위 픽셀은 하나의 PMOSFET 광검출기와 4개의 NMOSFET으로 구성되어있다. 단위 픽셀의 크기는 $86{\mu}m{\times}90.5{\mu}m$이며, 개구율은 약 12%이다. A PMOSFET photodetector for highly-sensitive active pixel sensor(APS) is presented. This sensor uses 5V power supply and has been designed and fabricated using I-poly and 2-metal $1.5{\mu}m$ CMOS technology. The feature of a PMOSFET photodetector is that the polysilicon gate of the PMOSFET was connected to n-well, in order to increase the photo sensitivity. The designed MOS photodetector has similar $I_{DS}-V_{DS}$ characteristics with a standard MOSFET. One dimensional image sensor with 16 pixels based on the PMOSFET photodetector has also been designed and fabricated. Unit pixel of the designed sensor consists of a PMOSFET photodetector and 4 NMOSFETs. Unit pixel area is $86{\mu}m{\times}90.5{\mu}m$ and its fill factor is about 12%.

        뇌교경색에 따른 Wallenberg 증후군 치험 1례에 관한 고찰

        Objective: The main symptoms of the Wallenberg's syndrome are ataxia of gait, clumsiness of ipsilateral limbs, nausea and vomiting, vertigo, visual disturbance such as difficulty in focusing blurred vision diplopia, numbness, dysphagia, hoarseness, hiccup, nystagmus, Homer's syndrome. The purpose of this paper is to report the patient with the Wallenberg's syndrome who was improved by oriental medical treatment. Methods: In terms of exuberance of Yang(vital function) of the liver and stagnation of the liver Ki(energy), we let the patient take Chunghunhwadam-Tang, Hwangryeonhaedok-Tang and Dangkwihwalhyeol-Tang, at the same time, treated with acupuncture, Sa-Am and Dong-Si acupuncture therapy twice a day. Results: We could know that symptoms of the Wallenberg's Syndrome were improved after observing left sensory paralysis was almost recovered, hiccup was completely healed and vertigo was reduced to 1/10. Conclusions: We confirmed that oriental drugs and acupuncture by differentiation of syndromes make the patient with the Wallenberg's Syndrome reduce and improve symptoms he has.

        분기관내 뉴턴유체와 혈액의 맥동유동특성에 관한 연구

        Experimental and numerical studies for three-dimensional pulsatile flows are conducted to investigate the flow characteristics in the bifurcated tubes. Velocity measurements in experimental study were made by both Pulsed Doppler Ultrasound(PDU) machine and Laser Doppler Anemometer(LDA) system. Glycerin is used for experimental study. Experimental results are used to verify the results of the numerical simulation. Flow characteristics of Newtonian fluid and blood in the bifurcated tubes under the steady and pulsatlie flows are numerically investigated. Finite volume method is employed for three-dimensional numerical simulations. Blood is considered as a non-Newtonian fluid and the constitutive equation of blood is used for the numerical analysis. Numerical analyses are focused on the flow patterns for various branch angles ranging from 30.deg. to 90.deg. and diameter ratios such as 1.0, 0.8, and 0.6. Pulsatile flow characteristics of blood are compared with those of Newtonian fluid. Parameter effects on axial velocity, pressure and wall shear stress distribution along the bifurcated tubes are discussed in terms of the branch angle, diameter ratio, and Reynolds number.

        비뉴턴 유체의 협착관내 압력손실계수에 관한 연구

        The pressure loss coefficient of Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids such as water, aqueous solutions of Carbopol-934 and Separan AP-273 and blood in the stenotic tubes are determined experimentally and numerically. The numerical analyses for flows of non-Newtonian fluids in the stenotic tubes are conducted by the finite element method. The effect of the contraction ratio and the ratio of length to diameter on the pressure drop are investigated by the experiments and numerical analysis. The pressure loss coefficients are significantly dependent upon the Reynolds number in the laminar flow regime. As Reynolds number increases, the pressure loss coefficients of both Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids decrease in the laminar flow regime. As the ratio of length to diameter increases the maximum pressure loss coefficient increases in the laminar flow regime for both Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids. Newtonian fuid shows the highest values of pressure loss coefficient and blood the next, followed by Carbopol solution and Separan solution in order. Experimental results are used to verify the numerical analyses for flows of Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids. Numerical results for the maximum pressure loss coefficient in the stenotic tubes are in fairly good agreement with the experimental results. The relative differences between the numerical and experimental results of the pressure loss coefficients in the laminar flow regime range from 0.5% to 14.8%.

        지역방송사 통합에 대한 지역민의 수용태도에 관한 연구

        다매체 다채널 시대를 맞이하여 지역 방송사는 생존을 위한 방안을 다양하게 강구하고 있는 실정이다. 지역 방송 생존을 위한 방안으로 현재 추진되고 있는 것 가운데 하나가 지역방송사간의 통합이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 Q 방법론을 통해 지역방송사 통합에 대한 지역민의 인식을 살펴봄으로써 앞으로의 지역방송사 통합에 있어 고려사항 및 그 방향에 대한 논의의 기회를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 총 24명의 P 표본과 33개의 Q 표본을 표집 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 PC-QUANL 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 4개의 유형이 발견되었는데, 제1유형은 ‘지역성 약화 우려형’, 제2유형은 ‘긍정적 효과 인정형’, 제3유형은 ‘중립적 효율 기대형’, 제4유형은 ‘정책적 대안 요구형’ 이었다. 지역민들의 인식을 살펴보았을 때 통합된 방송사의 프로그램에 대한 엄격한 평가가 지속적으로 진행되는 것이 필요하며, 일관성 있는 원칙과 기준에 의해 통합이 논의되고 추진될 수 있도록 하는 것이 필요하다. In the age of various media and multi-channel, local broadcasting companies are trying to find various ways to survive. One of the things currently being pursued as a way to survive regional broadcasting is the integration between local broadcasting stations. In this regard, this study examines the perceptions of local residents about the integration of local broadcasting companies through the Q-method and provides an opportunity to discuss the considerations and directions in the future. A total of 24 P and 33 Q samples were collected for this purpose. The collected data were analyzed using the PC-QUANL program. As a result of the analysis, four types were found: the first type is ‘concern for localism weakness’, the second type is ‘positive effect recognition’, the third type is ‘neutral efficiency expectation’, and the fourth type is ‘requirement of policy alternatives’. When looking at the perceptions of local residents, it is necessary to continuously conduct a rigorous evaluation on the program of the integrated broadcasting station and to discuss local broadcasting integration with consistent principles and standards.

        유한 요소법을 이용한 나 슬래브의 2차원 바닥 충격진동 해석

        The relationship between floor impact sound and vibration has been studied by field measurements, and the vibration modal characteristics have been analyzed. Vibration levels impacted by a standard heavy-weight impact source have been predicted according to the main design parameters using finite element method. Experimental results show that the dominant frequencies of the heavy impact sounds range below 100 Hz and that they are coincident with natural frequencies of the concrete slab. In addition, simple 2-dimensional finite element models are proposed to substitute 2 types of 3-dimensional models of complicated floor structural slabs those by The analytical result shows that the natural frequencies from first to fifth mode well correspond to those by experiments with an error of less than $12\%$, and acceleration peak value iscoincident with an error of less than $2\%$. Using the finite element model. vibration levels areestimated according to the design Parameters, slab thickness, compressive strength, and as a result, the thickness is revealed as effective to increase natural frequencies by $20\~30\%$ and to reduce the vibration level by 3$\~$4 dB per 30 mm of extra thickness.

        세월호 참사 보도로 촉발된 "기레기"논란에 대한 언론보도 수용자의 인식에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 Q 방법론을 적용하여 세월호 참사 보도를 계기로 발생한 ‘기레기’ 논란에 대한 언론보도 수용자의 주관적 인식 유형과 그 특성을 살펴보고 이를 근거로 바람직한 언론 보도의 방향을 논의하고자 하였다. 총 30명을 P 표본으로 표집 하여 33개의 Q 표본을 Q 분포 상에 분포하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 PC-QUANL 프로그램을 이용하여 처리하였다. 연구결과 3개의 유형이 발견되었다. 제1유형은 ‘기자의 직업윤리 비판형’, 제2유형은 ‘언론의 책임 추궁형’, 제3유형은 ‘언론의 역할 요구형’ 이었다. The purpose of this study was to look at the type and characteristics of the subjective perception of audiences about ‘giregi’ dispute occurred by media reports on ‘Se-wol’ ferry disaster and to discuss the direction of desired media reports by applying Q- methodology. A total of 33 Q samples were sorted by 30 P samples for Q distribution, and the collected data was processed using a PC-QUANL program. This study found three types. The first type was the ``criticism of journalists’ professional ethics``, the second type was ‘inquiry of media responsibility’, and the third type was “claim of media role.
