        X-ray를 통한 예풍(藝風)과 하관(何關)에서의 안전한 자침 깊이에 대한 고찰

        목적 : X-ray를 통해 안면마비에 다용되는 예풍과 안면통에 다용되는 하관에서의 안전한 자침 깊이에 대하여 고찰하여 보고자 하였다. 방법 : 건강한 지원자들에게 원치 않을 경우 언제든지 시험을 중지할 권리가 있다는 것을 공지한 후, 시험에 동의한 남녀 각각 2명의 피험자들을 대상으로 대학병원 침구과 전문의가 예풍과 하관을 직자(直刺)($40mm{\times}0.35mm$ 일회용 침)하였다. 피험자의 이상 반응 유무를 살피며 안면신경 혹은 삼차신경이 지나가는 경로로 알려진 깊이까지 진침(進鎬)하였다. 유침(留鍼) 상태에서 Skull X-ray의 AP view와 Lateral view를 촬영하였다. 결과 : 피험자들은 침병이 피부에 도달 하는 동안(40mm 직자) 자침 혈위에서 중창감(重脹感)을 자각하였으며, 추후 어떠한 이상 반응도 보이지 않았다. 결론 : 안면마비와 안면통의 효율적인 치료를 위하여 안면신경과 삼차신경에 근접할 수 있는 혈위인 예풍과 하관에서의 40mm 직자는 신경염이나 뇌 손상과 같은 이상 반응을 유발하지 않았다.

        문화콘텐츠의 글로벌경쟁력 강화를 위한 先지원정책연구

        In the 21st century, developing cultural industry is an important issue world-wide. Since the Kim Daejoong government, Korea has focused on cultural industry development and has thereby treated it as one of the basic, necessary industries. Therefore, the industry is being supported both financially and politically. This policy nurtured the development of quality and quantity within the cultural content industry. However, most of the reports and studies about Korean cultural content have shown it is still not strong enough to compete with leading countries in the field. Competitiveness of storytelling is especially weak. The goal of this study is to find the best direction for the funding policy to strengthen competitiveness in storytelling. Analysing the policies of the No Moo-hyun and Lee Myoung-park governments, we can see that they primarily focused on developing infrastructure in investment and the distribution environment. Support for producing content and distribution follows after confirmation of results. Moreover, policies for the support of developing ideas within culture content are vertical. Currently in the industry, a person or company decides how and where to use the moneys available for investment in the development of content. However, we need to invest more directly, initial funding is required. We analysed the market, studying its activity, achievement and limitations. As a result, we suggest a 'Storytelling Factory' like the group writing system adopted by US TV Shows.

        유근피(楡根皮) 약침의 $NF-{\kappa}B$ 활성 억제능이 생쥐의 Type II Collagen 유발 관절염에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of Ulmus davidiana Planch herbal acupuncture(UA) to inhibit nuclear $factor(NF)-{\kappa}B$ activation on type II collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) in mice. Methods : Using an in vitro test, the synoviocytes picked out from the experimental CIA mice were subcultured. The synoviocyte cells were treated with phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate(PMA) for 1 hour prior to the addition of indicated concentrations($0.4\;-\;1.0mg/m{\ell}$) of UA, and the cells were further incubated for 24 hours. The in vivo test, $NF-{\kappa}B$ p65, inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2), vascular cell adhesion molecule(VCAM)-1 production and apoptosis was observed by immunohistochemical staining. Results : The PMA-induced $I{\kappa}B$ kinase(IKK), iNOS and COX-2 mRNA expression were dose-dependently decreased in UA treated synoviocytes. Using the in vivo test, the number of eosinophils in mice treated with UA noticeably decreased in the the CIA group(P<0.05 using student t test). In mice treated with UA, there was less cartilage erosion. less bone destruction, mild synovial hyperplasia, mild fibrosis, and mild angiogenesis with less MIP-2 production. By immunohistochemical staining, suppression of $NF-{\kappa}B$ p65, iNOS production, inhibition of COX-2 production, inhibition of VCAM-1 production and inducing apoptosis were observed. Conclusions : These results suggest that UA might be applicable to the therapy of RA to suppress $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation.

        약용약침(藥茸藥鍼)이 LPS 유발(誘發) 관절염(關節炎)의 윤활관절막내(潤滑關節膜內) 과다염증반응(過多炎症反應) 조절(調節)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objectives: To evaluate expression of MIF mRNA, MIF, $TNF-{\alpha}$, $IL-6R-{\alpha}$, STAT-3, $NF-{\kappa}B$ p65, COX-2 and iNOS, MMP-9mRNA after injecting deer antler herbal acupuncture solution in a LPS rat model. Methods: The experiment was divided in category of the control group, RA group, and NA group. RA was induced in the mice via injecting 300ug/kg LPS. The deer antler herbal acupuncture solution 50ug/kg was applied on $ST_{35}$(犢鼻) and EX-LE201(內膝眼) for 19days from $3^{rd}$ day of RA inducement. Results: 1. In the deer antler herbal acupuncture solution treated RAW 264.7cell, the mRNA expression of cytokines, RA related inflammation factors, such as the MIF, COX- 2, iNOS, and MMP-g reduced concentration dependently. 2. In the deer antler herbal acupuncture treated mice's synovial membrane, decrease in the cell replication of synovial joint cells, regeneration of blood vessel, fibrosis and fibroblastic cells expansion were observed. 3. Positive reaction of RA-related cytokines MIF, $TNF-{\alpha}$, $IL-6R-{\alpha}$, STAT3, COX-2, iNOS, $NF-\;{\kappa}B$ p65, MMP-9 was reduced. Conclusion : On the basis of the results, it was concluded that deer antler herbal acupuncture extract has significant protecting ability against acute progressive RA by inhibiting the production of MIF, as a top in cytokines related to inflammation.

        영상테크놀로지와 춤: Jambird의 「Metadance In Resonant Light」를 중심으로

        This study analyzes Metadance In Resonant Light by an Australian dance company Jambird, which mainly focuses on producing multi-art form performances, based on culture theory through a unified research of visual media and dance. Currently, performing arts cross their boundaries in feature and are hybridized with each other. In addition, visual media technology is often combined with them, accelerating diversity in the arts. Recognizing this, the study investigates the disorientation, recombination and representation of body-movement-oriented dance concepts in multi media art through analyzing Metadance In Resonant Light, a hybrid work of dance and visual media technology. By doing so, this study will further the scope of research on performing arts. In the performance Metadance In Resonant Light, beam projectors send out lays of light on several black screens to generate simulation which produces virtual dancers, cyberspaces and virtual images in a real space. The virtuality formed in the performance is hyper-reality, the enlargement of the senses and bodies. In other words, the collaboration with visual media technology enables performing arts to break their limitations in time and space, and so does to the choreographers in their course of creating pieces. Projecting from Walter Benjamin`s viewpoint of ownership, dance is the art formed by aura which dancers acquire through long time practice and is diffused by their body movement. The visual media technology in Metadance In Resonant Light shatters the aura, and co-exists in the performance. This experimentation is beyond cross-genre, and can be thought as a process towards interactive performance. Considering the fact that performing arts, as products of society, reflect the characteristics of the time, the analysis of Jambird`s Metadance In Resonant Light has a significance in understanding the trends of current performing arts and introducing it to general public. Moreover, it is hoped that this study can be useful to other research on collaborative art creations.

        인쇄 악보에 대한 미디어적 고찰

        본 연구는 서양 음악 콘텐츠를 담아 전달하는 인쇄 악보를 미디어의 관점에서 고찰하였다. 미디어 학자 맥루언은 오늘날의 미디어가 콘텐츠를 담아 전달하는 단순한 도구가 아닌 콘텐츠의 내용 자체에 지대한 영향을 끼치는 주체임을 주장하였다. 인쇄술로 인해 음악을 전달하는 미디어로 현재까지 통용되고 있는 인쇄 악보는 이전의 시대에는 가능치 않았던 악보의 대량 생산과 보편화를 형성시켰다. 그러나 대량 생산을 위해 행해진 편집 과정은 구술 또는 필사로 음악이 전달되던 시기에는 존재하지 않았던 편집자를 등장시켰고, 음악은 인쇄 악보라는 시각적 공간 속에 재단되었다. 본 연구는 악보의 대량 생산을 위해 행해진 편집이 기존에 존재하지 않던 기보법을 추가하였고 이로 인해 음악의 표준화가 일어났음을 주장하고자 한다. 이를 위해 요한 세바스찬 바흐의 바이올린 소나타 3번 ‘푸가’의 필사 악보와 인쇄 악보를 비교하고, 인쇄 악보 속에서 이루어지고 있는 표준화의 흔적을 증명함으로서 수 백 년 간 음악 미디어로 자리 잡고 있는 인쇄 악보에 드러난 음악 전달 방식의 적합성에 관하여 논하고자 한다. The study focused on the printed sheet music delivering the classical music contents in the view of the media. Media scholar Marshall Mcluhan declared that the media is not just simple tool of delivery but is the main subject affecting the human perception and the content itself. The music media, sheet music invented by the development of the printing technique allowed the massive production and it generalized the classical music contents. However, the editing, the mandatory process for sheet music, created the editors who are standardizing and visualizing the music contents and until today, the sheet music delivers the editors interpretation rather than the composers. To prove this notion, the study will compare the manuscript and sheet music of Unaccompanied Violin Sonata no. 3 Fugue by J. S Bach and will discuss about the compatibility of the sheet music as the music media now.
