        전라남도 고흥군 우량 산림습원의 군락구조 및 천이경향

        본 연구는 전라남도 고흥군 소재 우량 산림습원 2개소를 대상으로 군락구조를 파악하고 그에따른 천이경향을 구명하고자 수행되었다. 2023년 5월부터 10월까지 Z-M학파의 식물사회학적 방법에 의해 식생조사를 실시하였고 이 자료를 토대로 군락을 분류하여 현존식생도를 작성하였다. 그 결과, 골풀아재비군락, 꽝꽝나무-진퍼리새군락, 오리나무?진퍼리새군락, 진퍼리새군락, 오리나무-소나무군락, 오리나무군락의 총 6개 군락으로 분류되었다. 각 층위별 중요치를 분석한 결과, 골풀아재비군락에서는 절대습지식물인 골풀아재비의 중요치가 높게 나타났으며 나머지 5개 군락의아교목층과 관목층에서는 습지의 극상종인 오리나무, 절대육상식물인 소나무와 꽝꽝나무가, 초본층에서는 중간습원의대표종인 진퍼리새의 중요치가 높게 나타났다. 조사지 내 출현한 모든 관속식물을 습지선호도에 따라 분류한 결과, 골풀아재비군락에서는 절대습지식물의 출현율이 높게 나타났으나 나머지 5개 군락에서는 절대육상식물의 출현율이높게 나타났다. 골풀아재비군락을 제외한 나머지 5개 군락에서는 우량 산림습원을 구성하는 식물 중 육상식물의 출현비율이 높고, 습지가 건조화되는 단계에서 나타나는 진퍼리새가 번성하고 있어 습지의 천이 및 육화가 진행되고 있는것으로 판단되었다. This study was conducted to identify the community structure of two outstanding forest wetlands in Goheung-gun, Jeollanam-do, and to investigate their succession trends. vegetation survey was conducted using the Z-M phytosociological method From May to October, 2023, and based on this data, the Actual vegetation map was created by categorizing communities. This resulted in the classification of six communities. namely, Rhynchospora faberi community, Alnus japonica-Molinia japonica community, Ilex crenata-M. japonica community, M. japonica community, A. japonica-Pinus densiflora community and A. japonica community. The results of each layer's importance value (IV) analysis results indicated that in the R. faberi community, that of R. faberi, an obligate wetland plant, was high. In the subtree and shrub layers of the other five communities, A. japonica, a key species in wetland ecosystems, and Pinus densiflora and I. crenata, both obligate upland plants, exhibited higher IV. In the herb layer, the IV of M. japonica, a representative species of intermediate wetlands, was notably high. The results of classifying all observed plant species in the survey area based on their wetland preference revealed that in the R. faberi community, the occurrence rate of obligate wetland plants was high. However, in the other five communities, the occurrence rate of obligate upland plants was predominantly observed. Excluding the R. faberi community, in the other five communities constituting the outstanding forest wetlands, the occurrence rate of upland plants among the forest plants was high. It was observed that M. japonica which typically appears during the transition of wetlands to drier stages, was flourishing, indicating that the wetland was undergoing vegetation succession and terrestrialization.

        계방산과 오대산 일대 분비나무 자생지 군집 구조 및 하층식생 특성

        This study was conducted to investigated woody species community classification and understory vegetation characteristics of Abies nephrolepis forest in Mt. Gyebang and Mt. Odae designated as Protected Area for Forest Genetic Resource Conservation and National Park. Vascular plants were surveyed as following; 55 family, 148 species, 3 sub species, 14 variety, 2 form 167 taxa. As an analysis of the species estimator of Jackknife 1, 29 survey plots could be representative of vegetation in study site. Results of the woody species, 3 communities were divided by cluster analysis(A=Abies nephrolepis-Tilia amurensis, B=Betula ermanii-Abies nephrolepis, C=Quercus mongolica-Abies nephrolepis). Using MRPP-test, there were significant differences between the communities indicating analysis of the appropriate group classification(p<0.01). The basal area and altitude were analyzed by negative relationship for NMS ordination. By analyzing plexus diagram of woody species, Acer pseudosieboldianum is strong associated with Quercus mongolica and Rhododendron schlippenbachii. Magnolia sieboldii is strong associated with Acer pictum subsp. mono etc.

        A Flora of Vascular Plants in Mt. Munsusan, Bonghwa

        This study was carried out to elucidate the distribution of vascular plants and their usefulness of Mt. Munsusan (1,205 m) in Bonghwa County, North Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. The vascular plants that were investigated in 2 years (2019 ~ 2020) with 15 times consisted a total of 571 taxa; 94 families, 310 genera, 496 species, 4 subspecies, 63 varieties and 8 formas. For the Korean endemic plants, 17 taxa were recorded and 3 taxa of Vulnerable Species (VU) and 9 taxa of Least Concerned species (LC) categorized by the Korean Forest Service as rare plants were investigated in this region. Furthermore, Ⅳ, Ⅲ degrees of floristic regional indicator plants designated by the Korean Ministry of Environment included 8 taxa and 27 taxa, respectively. Among them, edible, medicinal, ornamental, feed/composting, industrial plants were 391 taxa, 359 taxa, 301 taxa, 241 taxa, 217 taxa, respectively. In addition, 25 taxa of naturalized plants were observed.

        용현자연휴양림 일대의 산림군락분류와 식생구조

        본 연구는 국립용현자연휴양림일대 산림의 식생조사를 통하여 산림의 군락분류와 식생구조를 연구하였다. 2014년 4월부터 9월까지 약 26개의 방형구(20×20m)를 설치하여 식생조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 신갈나무군락, 굴참나무군락, 고로쇠나무군락의 3개 군락으로 구분되었으며, 신갈나무군락은 소나무군과 전형군, 고소뢰나무군락은 회나무군과 전형군의 4개 군으로 세분되었다. 국립용현자연휴양림일대 산림식생유형은 3개 군락 4개군의 분류체계를 가졌으며, 총 5개의 식생단위로 구분되었다. 식생단위별 중요치 분석을 보면 교목 및 관목의 목본식물에서 식생단위 1은 소나무 (65.1%), 식생단위 2는 신갈나무(73.6%), 식생단위 3은 굴참나무(75.1%), 식생단위 4는 회나무(33.3%), 식생단위 5는 비목나무(21.7%)가 높게 나왔으며, 초본층에서 식생단위 1은 주름조개풀(19.3%), 식생단위 2는 실새풀(16.9%), 식생단위 3은 땅비싸리(17.3%), 식생단위 4와 5는 개별꽃이 각각 14.8%, 24.7%로 높게 나왔다. 지표종 분석결과 총 33종이 유의한 종으로 분석되었다(p<0.05). This study was carried out to investigate the forest community classification and vegetation structure in NYNRF(National Yonghyeon Natural Recreation Forest). We studied by 26 plots(20×20m) from April to September 2014. NYNRF were classified into the Quercus mongolica Community, Quercus variabilis community and Acer pictum community in the 3 community units. The Q. mongolica Community was subdivided into the Pinus densiflora group and Typical group and A. pictum community was also subdivided into the Euonymus sachalinensis group and Typical group. NYNRF were classified into 3 communities and 4 groups and 5 VU(vegetation units). According to the result of importance value analysis between vegetation units, VU 1 P. densiflora(65.1%), VU 2 Q. mongolica(73.6%), VU 3 Q. variabilis(75.1%), VU 4 E. sachalinensis(33.3%) and VU 5 Lindera erythrocarpa(27.1%) were highly showed in tree layer and VU 1 Rhododendron mucronulatum (19.3%), VU 2 Calamagrostis arundinacea (16.9%), VU 3 Indigofera kirilowii(75.1%), VU 4 and VU 5 Pseudostellaria heterophylla(each other 14.8% and 24.7%) were highly showed in herb layer. In INSPAN(INdicator SPecies ANalysis) of vegetation units, 33 species were analyzed significantly(p<0.05)

        백두대간 바람재일대 식생유형 및 천이경향

        본 연구는 바람재일대의 산림생태계복원 이후 식생유형에 따른 천이경향에 대한 산림의 변화 상태를 분석하였다. 바람재일대의 식생유형 분류를 위해 2019년 5월부터 10월까지 식생조사법에 따라 총 81개소를 조사하였다. 그 결과 식생유형분류체계는 소나무군락군으로 구분되었다. 군락단위에서 신갈나무군락, 소나무전형군락으로 구분되었다. 군단위에서 떡갈나무전형소군, 버드나무소군, 신갈나무전형소군으로 구분되었다. 중요치 분석 결과, 식생단위 1은 신갈나무, 굴참나무, 식생단위 2는 신갈나무, 떡갈나무, 식생단위 3은 소나무, 그리고 식생단위 4는 버드나무의 중요치가 높게 나타났으며, 천이계열에 따라 층위별 이입 종의 우점도 차이를 보였다. 식생유형분류체계를 바탕으로 천이경향을 파악하기 위해 Detrended Correspondence Analysis(DCA)를 분석한 결과, 1축(33.2%) 및 2축(28.9%)로 종합 설명력 62.1%로 나타났다. 복원 이후, 천이경향은 식생단위 1과 식생단위 2가 가장 광범위한 식생으로 발달한 것으로 판단되었다. 식생단위 2와 식생단위 4에 해당하는 버드나무소군은 초기식생 발달에 이입된 종이 다수 분포하고 있었다. 이에 따라 바람재 일대는 단계적 천이계열로 판단되었다. The purpose of this study examined the succession by vegetation type after forest ecosystem restoration in the Baramjae area. Vegetation of the Baramjae area was classified using a survey of 81 sites from May to October 2019. The vegetation type was classified as Pinus densiflora community group with both Quercus mongolica community and P. densiflora typical community. The group unit was further classified as the Quercus dentata typical subgroup, Salix koreensis subgroup, and Q. mongolica typical subgroup. Such as Q. mongolica, Quercus variavilis in vegetation unit 1, Q. mongolica, Q. dentata in vegetation unit 2, P. densiflora in vegetation unit 3 and S. koreensis in vegetation unit 4 were shown a high importance value. The difference in species by vertical layer is explained by sere. Based on the vegetation type classification system, Detrended Correspondence Analysis was conducted to observe the trend of succession. Since restoration, vegetation unit 1 and vegetation unit 2 were considered to have developed the most extensive vegetation. In vegetation unit 2 and vegetation unit 4, many of the species found were in the early vegetation development in S. koreensis subgroup. Accordingly, vegetation in the Baramjae area can be categorized as a stepwise succession.

        울릉도 너도밤나무림의 군집구조와 하층식생의 분포특성

        This study was intended for Fagus engleriana stand in Is. Ulleung where the disturbance of vegetation has been caused by the exploitation and the increase of tourists. For the effective conservation and management on this issue, this study was conducted provide basic data. The sixteen study sites (20×20m) were installed in the dominant Fagus engleriana stand and the base environment and vegetation were investigated. The Fagus engleriana stand was classified into two groups, The Fagus engleriana stand was classified into two groups, community A is Fagus engleriana-Sorbus amurensis and community B is Fagus engleriana-Acer pictum subsp. Mono by cluster analysis and community A were nothing signigicant by indicator species analysis. Community B were Eight species (Tsuga sieboldii, Camellia japonica, Dystaenia takesimana ect.) significant by indicator species analysis. The diameter class of 16cm to 25cm was 53.7% in population structure of Fagus engleriana, which was the highest and showed inverse J-distribution. Species diversity index (H`) of investigated woody layer group ranged from 0.99 to 2.05 and that of under layer group ranged from 1.75∼2.59. According to Non-metric Multidimensional Scaling (NMS) analysis, the woody layer was divided into community A developed in the region having relatively high sand content at high altitudes and community B formed at the place having relatively high clay content at low altitudes. Then this classification was significant through Multi-Response Permutation Procedures (MRPP) analysis. The distribution of understory vegetation through Detrended Correspondence Analysis (DCA) was induced by the silt content and cover degree of vegetation layer.

        면봉산 일대의 산림군집분류 및 임분구조 특성 -경북대학교 청송학술림을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 경북대학교 청송학술림이 속한 면봉산 일대 임분구조의 특성을 분석하여 학술림의 효과적인 산림경영 및 보전을 위한 생태적 데이터베이스를 마련하기 위하여 실시하였다. 클러스터분석 결과 총 6개의 군집으로 분류되었다(신갈나무-소나무 군집, 소나무 군집, 까치박달 군집, 물푸레나무-고로쇠나무-당단풍나무 군집, 신갈나무-굴참나무 군집, 신갈나무 군집). 중요치 분석결과 소나무군락은 능선부에, 신갈나무군락은 사면부, 물푸레나무, 당단풍나무, 고로쇠나무, 까치박달 등은 계곡부에 주로 우점하고 있다. 종풍부도 분석결과 까치박달 군집, 물푸레나무-고로쇠나무-당단풍나무 군집, 북사면, 계곡부가 높은 수치를 기록하였으며, 해발고도가 높을수록, 경사가 급할수록 종풍부도가 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. NMS분석 결과, 상층과 중층, 관목층과 초본층 모두 종풍부도의 영향을 받은 것으로 분석되었다. This study was conducted to set up ecological database for effective forest management and conservation of KNU Research Forest in Mt. Myeonbong with the characteristic analysis of stand structures. Following the results of clustering analysis, they were classified under 6 communities (Quercus mongolica-Pinus densiflora, Pinus densiflora, Carpinus cordata, Fraxinus rhynchophylla-Acer pseudosieboldianum-Acer pictum subsp. Mono, Quercus mongolica-Quercus variabilis, Quercus mongolica). Importance value tests were estimated that on ridge; Pinus densiflora, valley; Carpinus cordata, Fraxinus rhynchophylla-Acer pseudosieboldianum-Acer pictum subsp. Mono were recorded dominant species. Carpinus cordata and Fraxinus rhynchophylla-Acer pseudosieboldianum- Acer pictum subsp. Mono community, north aspect and valley were investigated high species richness value. It was showed decreasing tendency as altitude and degree of slope were high. Results of NMS, upper & middle layers and shrub & herbal layers were influenced by species richness and the case of species association.

        지렁쿠나무 메탄올 추출물의 생리활성 연구

        한국, 중국, 일본에 분포한 지렁쿠나무는 관절염 치료제로 동양의 민간요법에 사용되었다. 본 연구에서는 지렁쿠나무의 건강기능성 식품, 화장품 및 식품 보존료 등의 기능성 소재로 개발하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 지렁쿠나무의 잎, 가지 부위를 메탄올 추출물로 제조하여 총 폴리페놀 및 총 플라보노이드 함량을 측정하고, 항산화 활성, α-glucosidase 저해 활성 및 tyrosinase 저해 활성과 항염증 활성을 검증하였다. 지렁쿠나무 추출물의 총 폴리페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량은 1.52±0.1 mg/g and 1.73±0.1 mg/g로 측정되었고, DPPH와 ABTS radical 소거 활성은 처리 농도가 증가함에 따라 농도 의존적으로 소거 효과를 나타냈으며, 각각 IC50 값이 124.0 μg/ml (DPPH), 85.6 μg/ml (ABTS)로 높은 항산화 효과를 나타내었다. 또한, α-glucosidase 저해활성 및 tyrosinase 저해 활성은 각각 IC50 값이 183.5 μg/ml와 323.9 μg/ml로 우수한 억제 활성을 보였다. 게다가 RAW 264.7 cell에서 LPS로 염증을 유발시켜 nitric oxide (NO) 억제효과 실험에서 지렁쿠나무 추출물의 IC50 값을 측정하였을 때 NO 생성을 농도의존적으로 저해하는 농도는 36.7 μg/ml이고, 추출물 100 μg/ml의 농도에서도 독성을 나타내지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 결과로부터 지렁쿠나무 추출물은 항산화, 항염증, 미백, 및 항당뇨 효능을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이는 지렁쿠나무가 기능성 식품, 화장품 및 의약품 소재로서의 활용 가능성을 시사한다. 또한, 지렁쿠나무로부터 생리활성물질의 분리 동정과 메커니즘 규명에 관한 연구가 수행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. Sambucus sieboldiana var. miquelii (Nakai) Hara is distributed in Korea, China, and Japan, and has been used as an anti-rheumatic in folk medicine in oriental countries. The present study aims to investigate the potential use of this species in health functional foods, cosmetics, and food preservatives. Methanol extracts of leaves and branches from this plant were prepared to quantitatively analyze the total phenol and flavonoid contents, and to investigate the antioxidative and enzyme inhibitory activities, and the inhibition of nitric oxide (NO) production activity. The results showed that the total polyphenol and flavonoid contents of the crude extract were 1.52±0.1 mg/g and 1.73±0.1 mg/g, respectively. S. sieboldiana polyphenols exhibited potent scavenging activity shown by 2, 2’-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging assay and 2, 2-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical cation assay. The crude extract also exhibited significant α-glucosidase and tyrosinase inhibitory activity with IC50 values of 183.5 μg/ml and 323.9 μg/ ml, respectively. Additionally, the crude extract exhibited strong anti-inflammatory activity determined through the nitric oxide inhibition assay in a dose-dependent manner with an IC50 value of 36.7 μg/ml and no cytotoxic effect on the macrophages. Therefore, we demonstrated that the leaves and branches of S. sieboldiana extract possess antioxidant, anti-diabetic, depigmentation potential, and NO production inhibitory activities. According to recent research, S. sieboldiana has great potential as a source of the bioactive compound which could be used as food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical agents.

        구상나무림의 종조성과 환경인자간 상관관계

        This study was conducted to analyze community structure and species composition of Abies koreana forest. Field survey was carried out from June, 2019 to 2020, September. 121 plots (20×20 m) were set up, 5 herb layer plots (3×3 m) were constructed for each plot, and there, Diameter at Breast Height(DBH), height, environmental factor were measured. It was analyzed that water stress did not have a significant effect on the factors affecting the growth of A. koreana in Mt. Halla-san, and in the case of Mt. Deokyu-san, the more forest stands located at the ridge, the higher the tree density. It was found that the factors affecting the distribution of Abies koreana were not consistent according to the environment of study site.
