Those who major in skin and hair care have been enhancing their ability through the classes customized for industries including theories and practices. It is required to reflect the requirements from industries for improving the field adaptability in hair salons and to develop more effective learning approach for strengthening the adaptability after being employed. If teaching and learning approach of a number of students and teachers and descriptive methodology are not consistent and the approach to teach and learn is diversified, learners may be confused and so their learning ability may be deteriorated. The approach which may help to solve such problems has to enhance the effects by improving the understanding through the most effective learning during a learning time. Thus, it is necessary to induce interest and team spirit and improve the involvement in classes by the program focusing on the team work and self-directed learning, not the learning by rote, and accordingly to strengthen the field adaptability in industries and field-tailored interactive learning effects. Furthermore, it is required to strengthen new teaching and learning ability and learners' ability, develop unified teaching and learning by instructors for subjects in the same major, learning approach in 132 styles for 15-week course, and improvement learning which help to enhance understanding based on basic knowledge and techniques. As a result, this paper aimed to strengthen the practical ability on sites, cultivate the beauty specialists and enhance creativity and confidence by developing the learners' trouble shooting ability.
