달구벌 덧배기춤의 미적(美的) 고찰(考察)

본 연구는 달구벌 덧배기춤의 미적 특성을 밝혀 실기연행에 필요한 춤의 토대를 세우는데 있다. 특히 춤사위의 구성과 관련하여 달구벌 덧배기춤에 내재된 춤사위의 미적 특성이 무엇인지를 밝히고자 한다. 춤의 외적 형태미를 구현하기 위해서는 춤의 특성을 이해하고 그 춤 고유의 미의식을 통해 내재적 해석이 표현으로 발현되기 때문이다. 연구내용으로는 우선 문헌자료를 토대로 달구벌 덧배기춤이 어떠한 과정을 통해 성립되었는지 그 이론적 근거를 제시하고, 이 춤의 특징을 논의한 후, 그리고 이 춤을 구성하는 춤사위의 근거를 추적하여 그 미적 특질을 밝히고자 하였다. 연구결과 달구벌 덧배기춤은 대구의 천왕매기굿에서 춤의 역사적 맥락을 찾을 수 있었다. 그리고 춤사위는 허튼춤 계열, 들놀이 계열, 천왕매기굿 계열로 구성하여 대구의 특성이 반영되었고 이 춤의 미적특질은 배김새를 통한 호방과 완곡의 미의식이 민중들의 인간적인 삶의 특성을 반영하고 있으며 허튼춤에서 보여주듯이 삶의 애환에서부터 초탈된 자유로운 생명력을 반영하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. This paper was to build a foundation of the dance needed for practice by reviewing the aesthetic elements of Dalgubeol Deotbaegi dance. To attain this purpose, the researcher investigated the history of this dance based on references and suggested theoretical grounds and explained features. Furthermore, this study explored the aesthetic characteristics of the base of dance moves that form this dance. As a result, the historical context of Dalgubeol Deotbaegi dance was historically linked to Cheonwangmaegi Gut of Daegu. Dalgubeol dance`s broad-minded and euphemistic elements reflected the plain life of the ordinary people and it showed a vitality transcending joys and sorrows of life like those shown in Heotten dance.

한국춤과 천지인(天地人) 합일의 몸짓의미

본 연구는 한국춤에서의 天(하늘)은 무엇이며 또 地(땅)는 무엇인가? 그리고 왜춤에서 천지인합일을 이루고자 하였으며 천지인 합일은 또 무엇을 의미하는가 등을 구명하고자 한 문헌연구이다. 그 결과 첫째, 천은 천제, 상천(上天), 상제 등의 의미로 초월적 절대적 권능을 가진 최고신으로 숭앙하였으며, 땅(地)은 인간 삶의 터전을 말하는데, 이 땅을 하늘의 연장으로 봄으로써 천지, 즉 하늘과 땅은 한 우주를 이루며 이 우주를 관장하는 최고의 신(天帝)이 있음을 믿는다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 순자(荀子)의 천에 대한 개념은 객관적인 자연현상을 의미하였고 ‘회남자’에 의하면 천지는 천지간에 일어나는 모든 자연현상들을 기론으로 설명하고 있다. 이렇듯 천지에 대한 개념은 다양한 관점으로 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 우리 민족의 천지인 합일에 대한 사상은 천지인이란 천지인 삼원이 모두 하나의 근원(一)을 얻어 천도(天道), 지도(地道), 인도(人道)의 구조를 이루고 있다고 보는 것이다. 셋째, 주역에 나타나는 천지인 합일의 삼재는 인간의 우주적 위치를 천지인 삼재지도(三才之道)로 설명하고 있는데, 주역의 핵심사상은 중(中)이며 이 중은 인간을 의미하는 것으로 음양으로 나누어진 우주의 공간구조 중 그 수직적 입장에서 인간의 본질을 해명하고자 한 것이다. 넷째, 한국춤속에 들어있는 ‘천지인 합일의 몸짓’이 가진 본질적 의미는 종교나 신앙의 무속적 의미, 자연의 의미, 무궁무진한 세계의 영원성의 의미, 도의 의미, 신인 융화의 의미를 지녔다고 본다. This literature research aimed to investigate the following questions, "what was the definition of heaven and earth in Korean dance? and " why was the unity of Heaven, Earth, and Human pursued and what does it mean?" . The research results were as follows: first of all, heaven was revered as almighty God, indicating creator, the sky and king of kings. Earth was generally said to be the site of human living and was seen as the extension of heaven. It was believed that heaven and earth constitutes the universe and that God administered the universe. On the other hand, Hsun-tzu looked upon heaven as objectively observable phenomena and according to Huainanja, written by Huainanwangliuan, heaven and earth was described as all natural phenomena between heaven and earth. Then, Korean thought about the unity of heaven, earth and human should be illustrated by the fact that the three basics of the universe take one fundamental, attaining the structure of providence of heaven, earth, and human. Third, The heart of Juyeok was moderation, which was defined as ``Human`` and focuses on the interpretation of human essence in terms of vertical position of the spatial structure of the universe, divided into Yin and Yang. Last but not least, ``Unified gesture of heaven, earth, and human`` in Korean dance had, in essence, implications of shamanism, nature, eternity, self-discipline and harmony between God and human.

중년여성의 건강을 위한 한국기본춤 동작연구

연구목적: 중년여성은 시기적으로 노화가 오는 시기로 비만 유병률이 증가하고 심리적으로도 우울증을 느끼게 되는 나이이다. 본 연구는 중년여성을 대상으로 한국 춤 기본동작을 연구하여 그 춤 동작을 보급함으로써 중년여성의 건강을 도모하고 대중화시키고자 한다. 연구방법: 이론적 배경으로 중년여성의 건강 유지를 위해 필요한 움직임(운동)이 무엇인지 문헌이나 선행연구를 통해 밝히고 그에 적합한 춤 동작을 제시하였다. 춤 동작에 관한 것은 지금까지 연구자가 배우고 익힌 춤 동작을 바탕으로 응용하여 창작한 동작으로 구성하였다. 연구결과: 한국기본춤 동작은 준비를 위한 움직임 동작부터 시작하여 호흡동작, 다리동작, 팔동작, 몸통동작, 심폐 움직임 동작, 온몸 흔들기 동작으로 구성하였다. 이상의 7가지 동작을 중년여성을 위한 한국춤 기본동작으로 만들어 <그림 1>에서 <그림 7>로 제시하였는데 한국춤 동작을 접하는 중년여성들이 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 간단하고 단순한 동작으로 구성하였다. 결론: 중년여성을 위한 생활 한국춤이자 건강운동이 되는 한국기본춤 동작은 비록 쉽고 단순하지만 중년여성의 건강에 필요한 기본 동작을 제시하였으며 이는 지도하는 선생의 창의적인 능력에 따라 충분히 응용이나 활용이 가능하다고 본다. Purpose: Middle-aged women are at an age when the prevalence of obesity increases and they feel psychologically depressed. This study aims to promote and popularize the health of middle-aged women by studying basic Korean dance movements targeting middle-aged women and distributing the dance movements. Methods: As a theoretical background, what movements (exercises) are necessary for maintaining the health of middle-aged women is clarified through literature and previous studies, and suitable dance movements are suggested. Regarding the dance movements, this study consisted of movements created by applying based on the dance movements learned and learned by the researcher so far. Result: Korean basic dance movements started with movements for preparation, and consisted of breathing movements, leg movements, arm movements, trunk movements, cardiopulmonary movements, and whole body shaking movements. The above 7 movements were made into the basic Korean dance movements for middle-aged women and presented as < Figure 1 > to < Figure 7 >. They were composed of simple movements so that middle-aged women learning Korean dance movements for the first time could easily approach them. Conclusion: Korean basic dance movements, which are life Korean dances and health exercises for middle-aged women, suggest basic movements necessary for the health of middle-aged women, although they are easy and simple. The results of this study can be fully applied or utilized according to the creative ability of the instructor.

본 연구의 목적은 한국민속춤의 원류를 찾아 그 춤 속에 들어있는 춤의 가치를 밝혀 보고자 한 것이다. 한국 민속춤의 원류는 고대 제천의식의 제의에서 비롯되었으며 민족의 문화유산으로서의 가치와 민족의 문화를 통징하는 상징적 가치, 정신적 가치, 춤의 바탕이 되는 창조적 가치를 지니고 있음을 알 수 있다. This study aims to discover the source of Korean folk dance and the value included in the dance. The Korean folk dance dates back to an ancient harvest ritual and the folk dance contains the symbolic, spiritual, and creative value.

스토리맵(StoryMap) 형식의 한국무형문화재 춤 전자테마지도 구축 제안

본 연구는 한국무형문화재 춤을 테마로 이와 관련된 데이터를 수집·분석·목록화하여 구글맵(Google Map)을 기반으로 한 스토리맵(StoryMap)형태의 전자문화지도 구축을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 연구개발 현황을 검토하여 구축하고자 하는 스토리맵과의 차별성을 확고히 하였다. 그리고 구조 설계 연구방법을 적용하여 ``스토리맵 시스템 설계``, ``스토리맵 시스템 구성``, ``스토리맵 구현`` 의 단계별 구축방법을 설정한 후 실제 「진주검무」를 적용하여 샘플 콘텐츠를 재현하였다. 그리고 구축을 제안한 전자테마지도의 활용가치를 콘텐츠의 교육적 활용가치, 역사 및 문화콘텐츠로서의 가치, 학제 간 연구활동 사례로서의 가치, 무용학 콘텐츠의 새로운 아젠다(agenda) 제공으로서의 가치, R&D 연구사업의 한계 극복으로서의 가치, 한국문화의 우수성과 가치를 전 세계에 알리는 통로 역할로서의 가치로 제시함으로써 본 콘텐츠의 독창성을 밝혀내었다. This study takes the theme of Korea`s intangible cultural asset dances, collects, analyzes, and categorizes relevant data, and aims to suggest making an electronic theme map of Korea`s intangible cultural asset with a StoryMap format. For this, the status of research and development was reviewed to make sure the StoryMap to be developed will have distinction. Also, by applying study organization plan, a method of phased establishment was set up consisting of ``design of StoryMap system``, ``composition of StoryMap system``, ``reproduction of StoryMap``, and by actually applying 「Jinjugummoo」, sample contents were reproduced. Then by presenting the value of using the suggested electronic theme map as the value of educational use, the value of historical and cultural contents, the value of a case of interdisciplinary research, the value of offering the agenda of the contents of dance studies, the value of overcoming the limitation of R&D projects, and the value as the channel of letting the world know about the excellence and value of Korean culture, this study highlighted the originality of these contents.

통섭(統攝) 학으로서의 한국 전통춤

본 연구는 한국 전통춤이 학문으로서 기능하려면 무엇을 계승하고 어떻게 변용해야 할 것인가에 연구의 초점을 둔 것이다. 즉 지금까지 실기 중심의 전통춤 익히기를 답습하던 학습에서 벗어나 전통춤을 하나의 학문으로 정립하기 위해서는 어떠한 공부를 해야 하는가를 짚어 본 것이다. 이는 현재 대학에서 무용학과가 사라질지도 모른다는 위기감에 기인한 것으로 전통춤도 대학에서 인문 사회학적 및 실용적 관점에서 하나의 학문으로서의 정체성과 고유성, 그리고 차별성을 가지고 그 필요성을 확장시켜 나가야 하기 때문이다. ‘전통춤’과 ‘학문’하기를 연구하고자 하는 연구방법의 하나로 현대 한국의 학문 경향인 ‘통섭’을 학문 방법론으로 연구하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국 전통춤은 인간 삶의 살아 온 시대를 바탕으로 전래되어온 것으로 문학, 역사학, 철학 등의 학문을 통섭한 인문학적 연구가 가능하다. 둘째, 전통춤은 인간의 신체를 매개로하는 운동이므로 이학, 공학을 포함한 자연과학 영역으로 전통춤의 연구영역을 넓힐 수 있다. 셋째, 한국 전통춤은 가무악을 중심으로 행하여지므로 음악(소리를 포함), 미술, 의상, 소품 등의 예술종합적인 통섭의 연구가 필요하다. 넷째, 전통춤 속에 들어 있는 그 시대의 문화현상은 그 시대의 사회성이나 정치성과 엇물려 공동의 목표를 향하여 나아갔기 때문에 정치 사회, 경제 등 사회과학 제 분야의 분과학문 영역을 학제간 결합을 통하여 연구할 수 있다. 그리고 마지막으로 전통춤을 현대의 광고물(광대역 선전)이나 생활무용(전통춤 요가, 활인 등)에 적용할 수 있으며 태극 및 기공운동의 개발, 혹은 타 예술과의 접목 등을 통해 현대 문화산업과 연계한 연구 또한 가능한 학문으로 본다. This study focuses on dealing with succession and modification for the function of korean traditional dance as a field of study; it aims to investigate what research is required for establishing Korean traditional dance as a study, away from the practice-centered learning of traditional dance. The research originates from the fact that dance department of the university may be nonexistent in the not-so-distant future. Thus, universities concerned ought to regard the dance as a study, with humanistic-sociologic, practical perspective and maintain the properties of identity, uniqueness, and differentiation of the dance. Convergence, a contemporary study trend, is employed for the purpose of studying traditional dance and learning and the results are as follows: first, now that Korean traditional dance has been passed down for a long time, humanistic research covering literature, historical studies and philosophy, could be carried out. Second, since traditional dance is defined as movement using human body, the relevant research area can be extended to natural science. Third, the dance is usually performed, centered on music of songs and dances and thus convergence study of synthetic art like music, art, costume, and props, should be implemented. Fourth, the branch studies of social science, such as politics, social studies, and economics, are to be made possible through an interdisciplinary approach, seeing that the cultural phenomena shown in the traditional dance have been interlinked with sociality and political nature of the time. Last but not least, Korean traditional dance could be applied to advertisements featuring broadband of smart phone and lifelong dance like traditional dance of yoga and living pictures; the research associated with modern culture industry could be a feasible plan, by means of development of taegeuk and stomatal movement and integration with other departments of art.

서사적 창작춤 작품분석 방법론 연구

본 연구는 서사적 창작춤 작품 분석 방법론에 관한 것으로, 이는 서사적 창작춤 작품을 분석할 때의 방법을 제시하여 춤 작품이 관객과의 소통을 쉽게 하고 춤 작품의 바른 이해를 통해 작품의 질적 효과를 거두고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 질적 연구방법에 근거한 문헌연구로 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모든 서사적 창작춤 작품에는 춤의 길이(시간)와 상관없이 ``서사``(storytelling)가 있어야 한다. 둘째, 서사적 창작춤 작품에 들어 있는 이야기는 오늘의 이야기로 춤 작품의 내용으로 대치될 수 있는 개연성이 있으며, 이야기로 춤 작품을 구성함으로써 관객은 안무자가 무엇을 표현하고자 하는지 이해하기가 쉽다. 셋째,서사적 창작춤 작품에 있어서 이야기를 해야 하는 이유는 이야기가 있는 춤 작품은 청중을 몰입시키고 춤의 내용전개에 관심을 가지게 만들며 무엇보다 이야기의 재미에 몰입함으로써 춤 공연의 대중성을 획득하기가 쉽다. 넷째, 시드 필드의 패러다임 분석은 이야기의 극적 해결을 위한 치밀한 구조를 만들어 줄 수 있는 분석표로 서사적 창작춤 춤 작품에 적용되었을 경우 춤 작품을 적절한 시간으로 배분하여 지루함 없이 관객이 작품을 이해할 수 있도록 한다. This study was intended to suggest the methodology of dance analysis, which helps promote dancers` communication with the audience and enhance qualificative effects of dance performance by facilitating an understanding of dance on the audience`s part. The methodology employed here is document research based upon a qualitative one. The results are summarized as follows: First, all creative dance performance should have storytelling without regard to the duration or running time of the performance. Second, the narrative of creative dance is characterized by its plausibility, tapping into contemporary ideas and accordingly, it can be replaced with the contents of the work. In brief, the narrative being the contents of the performance, the audience finds it easy to figure out what the choreographer aims to convey through the dance work. Third, the storytelling of creative dance allows the audience to be immersed in the performance. This means that they feel more interested in how the work will be deployed and it will thus lead to enhancing the popular appeal of the work. Eventually, the paradigm analysis of Syd Field is an analysis table which creates an elaborate, well-organized structure for a dramatic solution of a story. In case, this particular method is applied to dance performance. It is expected that it will divide the work into an appropriate time frame so that it might help the audience to appreciate the performance without getting bored.

한국춤의 미래 전망

본 연구는 앞으로 15년 후인 2030년, 유엔 미래보고서에서 제시한 미래 사회 환경의 변화를 바탕으로 한국춤의 미래를 전망해 보고자 한 것이다. 구체적인 연구목적은 첫째, 한국춤이 더 이상 춤의 표현이나 기법이 새로워지지 않는 현 시점에, 과학의 발전을 바탕으로 한 과학적 상상력으로 변화시켜 본다면 미래 한국춤은 어떻게 바뀔수 있을까하는 문제와 둘째, 고전에서 신무용, 신무용에서 창작춤으로 흘러온 한국춤의 창작방향은 미래 어떻게 바뀌어 질 것인가 이다. 그 결과 첫째, 과학기술과 예술융합(STEAM)이 강화된 영상매체(기술)를 활용한 춤이 활성화 될 것으로 본다. 즉 컴퓨터를 이용한 인공지능에 의해 소통이 원활한 안무(동작)가 나올 것이며 미래엔 무용이라는 학문 혹은 예술을 하는 방법이 컴퓨터나 혹은 다른 매체를 이용하여 새롭게 바뀔 수 있다고 본다. 둘째, 순수 예술춤 영역으로 전문춤꾼들이 춤을 실재로 춘다면 미래 한국춤은 전통춤이 바탕이 된 전통재구성춤 혹은 전통재안무춤, 신전통춤, 현대 전통창작춤 등으로 전통을 현대화한 감성춤이 추어질 것이다. 셋째, 미래의 한국 창작춤은 탈장르, 융복합 등의 경향으로 해체춤, 아우른춤, 합체춤이 될 것이다. 넷째, 미래의 한국창작춤은 영상 이미지춤이 활성화 되어 직접 무대에 가서 보는 경우와는 별도로 스마트 폰이나 컴퓨터 등을 통해 볼 수 있는 춤들이 많이 제작될 것으로 본다. This study aims to forecast Korean Dance in 2030, based on the changed future society shown in the U.N. Future Report. The research mostly discusses dual issues; first, in the situation where the dance expression and technique are not to be renewed, what will Korean Dance be like in the future if combined with scientific imagination? Second, what is the creation of Korean Dance going to focus on? The research results are as follows: first, the dance, utilizing the multimedia with STEAM embedded, is going to be popularized. The movement communicated by dint of artificial intelligence will be displayed, which indicates that the artistic activity like dance is going to be the new entity that employs the computer and other media. Then, Korean Dance in the future should be the form of modernized emotional dance based on tradition such as traditionally reconstructed dance, new traditional dance and modern traditional creative dance. Third, Korean Creative Dance in the future, characterized by convergence, could be an integrated and deconstructed form. Last, dance which can be seen through a smart phone and the computer will be produced more frequently with the popularity of visual image dance.
