의료관광 전략 수립 및 비즈니스 서비스 모델 설계에 관한 연구

세계의료관광 서비스의 시장 규모는 날로 커지고 있으며, 국내 의료관광 시장 또한 높은 성장세를 보이고 있다. 그러나 다양한 정보와 서비스가 정형화되어 있지 않고 정상적인 가격경쟁의 불가 등 의료 서비스 제공으로 인한 문제점이 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 이렇게 정형화 되지 않은 의료 서비스 제공으로 인한 문제점이 대두되고 있으며, 이를 개선하기 위해 본 논문에서는 의료 생태계 조사를 통하여 ICT 기반 한국형 의료관광 서비스 모델을 설계하였다. 우선적으로 국내외 의료 생태계 현황 분석을 진행하여 국내 시장에서의 의료관광 문제점을 파악하고 개선을 위한 주요한 방향성을 제시하여 전략을 수립하였다. 이를 반영하여 국내 실정에 맞으며 고객이 접근 가능하고 편리한 ICT 기반 의료관광 서비스 모델, 클라우드, O2O 서비스 기반 역경매 시스템, 빅데이터 기반 라이프사이클 관리 그리고 모바일 중심 헬퍼 서비스를 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 의료관광 서비스 모델은 고객에게 편리함을 제공하며 향후 한국 의료관광 문제점들을 해결하고 활성화에 기여하며 산업적으로도 파급력 있는 효과를 기대한다. The market for medical tourism services in the world is steadily increasing and the medical tourism market in the South Korea is also showing high growth. However, they have also problem such as informal various information and services, irregularity price competition etc. In order to solve this problem, We have designed a medical tourism service model based on ICT specific on domestic medical ecosystem. First, analysis trends of domestic and overseas medical ecosystem and identify current problem of medical tourism. In order to solve existed problem we also have designed a medical tourism strategy. Based on the strategy, we have designed business service model based on ICT platform for as fit as Korea medical tourism status. The proposed medical tourism business service model can provide usability to customer and also can solve current medical tourism problem. We expect industrial effect and contribution to the activation.

한국 양궁 개척자 석봉근의 생애와 양궁활동

This study intends to look into the life of the frontier of Korean archery Seok, Bong-geun and investigate his influence on the developmental history of Korean archery. And the conclusions of this study are as follows. First, after he found a bow of archery in 1959, he showed arche ry in various Gukgung (Korean traditional archery) from the early 1960s and made a huge contribution to t he development of archery spread and instruction of archery, opening a short course, cultivation of archers, sponsoring archery competitions and publication of archery guide book. Second, Seok, Bong-geun participated in the qualifying round of Korea`s first archery exhibition game of 44th National Athletic Meet and 11th Seoul Athletics Competition as an archer and instructor from 1963 to 1972. Third, starting from the establishment of Korea`s first archery club in Seongdong Middle School in 1963, he contributed in cultivating 1st generation of Korean archery by establishing archery club every school he served including Soongin Middle School, Seoul Buk Middle School, Haengdang Girls` Middle School, Muhak Girls` Middle School and Seoul Physical Education High School. Fourth, he completed 3rd Regular Coach Workshop hosted by Korea n Olympic Committee in 1968 first as an archery expert and he also inducted into the Korea National Archery Association as a participating member in 1969. Fifth, he did his level best for spreading archery by opening K orea`s first private indoor archery range in 1970 and took the initiative to spread archery by opening the 1st Archery Instructor Workshop sponsored by the Ministry of Education (Current: the Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development). Sixth, Seok successively filled various posts in archery associations as an executive member including Korean Archery Association and was credited for his contribution by winning the Minister of Education Award in 1974, the Minister of Culture and Sports Award in 1986 for his volunt ary service at the 10th Asian Games as well as Research Award by the Korean Olympic Committee in 1987. His effort became a stepping stone for brilliant growth and development of Korean archery.

창시무도 내공체술의 수련체계

본 연구의 목적은 창시무도 내공체술의 수련체계를 정립하는데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌분석방법(Text Analysis Method)을 사용하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 내공체술의 수련체계는 크게 내공체조와 내공공방술, 내공호신술로 분류된다. 둘째, 수련분야에 있어 내공체조는 도인추체법과 내공호흡법으로 분류되며, 내공공방술은 원체형단무와 실전공방술 및 무기공방술, 내공호신술은 호신제압술과 급소지르기 등의 분야로 분류된다. 셋째, 내공체술 수련체계의 특징적인 요소는 지도현장에서 종합적 또는 각각의 독립적인 수련 프로그램으로 운용이 가능할 수 있도록 분류되어 있다. 이는 다양해진 현대인들의 무도수련 목적에 따른 분야 선택의 용이성 제공과 인간의 신체문화인 무도의 발달사적 측면에서도 의의가 있을 것이다. This study has the objective to set up the training system of Naegong chesool, created martial arts. For this study, I have used Text Analysis Method and draw a conclusion as follows. First, in a large way, the training system of Naegong chesool was classified Naegong chejo(exercises), Naegong battling art and Naegong self defense art. Second, in the field of traning, Naegong chejo was classfied as Doinchuchebob(bending-streching) and Naegong breating method. Naegong battling art. was classified as Circling dancing, Actual battling art and Weapon martial arts. Naegong self defense art was classified as Self defense control art, Striking vital points technique. Third, the distinct features of the training system of Naegong chesool can be used synthetically or respectively to put together and an independent training program system in the field guidance. This has a great signification in offering an easiness of selecting fields in Martial Arts Training for people living in a modern society who have diversified purpose and in terms of the historical development of Martial Arts as well.

노인의 생활체육 참여 실태 및 활성화 방안

To find out the old people's participation realities of sports for all and revitalization method, this study used random sampling of the elderly who are over 65 years old and participating the sports for all program for the e1der1y(which is run by sports for all council) and live in 5 districts of Daejeon metropolitan, and then collected 194 people's data and analysed statistics. The result which is analysed by above mentioned study method and process is below. Firstly, the elderly who live in Daejeon are healthy(36.3%) and they perceive themselves healthy compared with others who are the same age(56.6%). Also, they think that the regular exercise(36.6%) is the best way to keep their health and physical strength. Moreover, they think that health and improvement of physical strength(28.3%) is the effect of sports for all activities. Also, they think that activity of sports for all is important(64.9%) and it gives help to daily lives(65.9%). Secondly, the elderly participate in sports for all four times a week. They use mainly leisure and welfare facilities for the e1der1y(77.4%) and they think this place is narrow(63.9%). Also, they are satisfied with the instructors(78.3%) but they really need increasing support of instructors(79.3%). Thirdly, the problems of revitalization of sports for all for the elderly are expansion of facilities and financial support(38.1%) and raising the instructors of professional physical training(23.2%) They don't think that revitalization of sports for all for the elderly isn't accomplished, due to the shortage of facilities(31.4%), lack of experiences(23.2%) and lack of publicity(22.7%). Fourthly, to accomplish the revitalization of sports for all for the elderly in Daejeon metropolitan, there should be an increase of sports for all facilities in regard of regional characters of 5 districts, population of the elderly and accessibility. We need to develop the sports for all program for the elderly in regard of health and physical factors of the elderly. Also, to realize these above mentioned things, Daejeon metropolitan and Daejeon metropolitan council need to promote these plans constructively.
