The pavement is generally used on the highways, local loads, roads for bicycle riding and neighborhood living facility such as parking lot, plaza, park and sports facilities. However, the pavement material that is usually used on the most of roads is impermeable asphalt-concrete and cement-concrete. If the pavement material is impermeable, many problems can be happened on the drainage facilities in the rainy season. Additionally, a lot of rainwater on the pavement surface cannot permeate to the underground and flows to the sewage ditch, stream and river, etc. If a lot of rainwater flows at once, the floods can be out along the streams and rivers. So, underground water can be exhausted. Micro organisms cannot live in the underground. Recently, many studies has been conducted to exploit the permeable concrete that has high performance permeability. However, it is required to develop the permeable concrete which has high strength and durability. In this study, permeable and strength tests were performed to investigate the permeable characteristics of porous concrete according to fine aggregate content and substitution ratio of blast furnace slag. In this test, crushed stones with 10~20 mm and sand with 5~10 mm were used as a coarse aggregate and a fine aggregate respectively. The substitution ratio of blast furnace slag to cement weight is 0 %, 15 %, and 30 %. The ratio of fine aggregate to total aggregate is 0 %, 18 %, and 35 %. As a result, permeability coefficient was decreased according to fine aggregate ratio of total aggregate. Compressive strength was also decreased according to substitution ratio of blast furnace slag.
소규모 건설현장의 중대재해 저감 방안 도출을 위한 연구

Many of the falling which is the number one risk factor in lethal accidents in construction could have been prevented if the right activity or supervising had been taken in time. All other measures do not preventive the fall, but rather intercept the fallen itself or preventive severe injury. The most common and the bets measures on the preventive measures are guardrails which are to be worn on the site. Workers always exposed the risk of serious accidents induced by causal effects related with environments around construction sites. In order to represent how to decrease the risk of workers, this study was accomplished with a number of interview with experienced site director, cheief of instructors, workers. And the questionaire survey (2012. 5~2012. 10) were used to make proposed policies which are expected to reduce critical disastrous accidents and strength authorized limits of director's management automatically.

In the current domestic, many industrial accidents have happened. And these are analyzed according to several factors. But it is difficult that they evaluate their business safety. Thus, we conducted a study on business specific safety assessment techniques in order that business know their safety level and perform appropriative safety activities. Study methods are survey and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Each specific weighting factors to calculate the survey was conducted for safety and consulting experts (20 persons). Weight factor was used to AHP decision support as one of the ways through a number of alternatives to the ratings for the Minesota Multiphasic. Factors are each type of industry, specific industrial scale, disaster type and strength, worker age and tenure period, and region. First, survey was conducted with 20 professionals to estimate the weighting factors. Weights between factors using the AHP analysis tool based on the mean values were calculated. Second, last 3 years between the industrial accidents statistics were used to calculate the weights for each of the rating factors in the Occupational Safety and Health Agency. Grade weights between each factor which was based on the rating of each factor was calculated as the average of three years. Finally, the weights between each factor and the grade weights for each factor using the safety level of the enterprise were calculated so that you can evaluate the weighting.
모르타르 충진 비닐하우스 파이프의 강도특성에 관한 연구

There are many vinyl houses in rural areas. These vinyl houses have occasionally been collapsed due to heavy snow load in winter. If these vinyl houses are collapsed, many farmers get a lot of economical damages. So it is very important to built safe vinyl house that is able to withstand the applied heavy snow load. In this study, compressive buckling and flexural tests were performed to investigate the strength increase of circular mortar filled pipes. The results showed that buckling load and flexural moment of mortar filled pipes were increased 42 % ~ 82 %, 40 % ~ 44 % respectively more than only pipe without mortar. It is recommended that mortar filled pipes as main members of vinyl house have to be used to prevent collapsing due to the severe snow load.

Recently unemployed construction workers are increasing because of construction recession. But the lack of manpower occurs at the same time, in construction sites. So, the excess of workforce supply and demand exists in construction sites. Construction companies have a difficulty in seeking young skilled workers due to this problem. In this study, construction accidents reported by Korean Occupational Safety and Health Agency from 2007 to 2010 were analyzed. It has shown that 50-54, 45-49 and 55-59 year old workers formed 22%, 18% and 17% respectively. This means that old workers becomes a real problem in construction. This research has shown that old workers didn``t have much more accidents than young workers, construction accidents related to the employment period of workers.

Steel lining board usually is used as a floor on the temporary steel bridges. It also is installed in the subway construction site. However, in particular in subway construction, renovations and site of old bridges, these steel lining board structures have a problem such as noise, accidents and slip hazards. So steel composite lining board is being developed to solve this problem. Steel. composite lining board consists of compressive concrete showing excel-lent performance in slip, durability, resistance and noise, lower tensile and shear steel showing high safety, effective and superior workability in many respects. Steel composite lining board structure gradually is used in many construction sites, because it has a high quality such as durability, little noise and slip. In this study, flexural tests of steel composite lining board in accordance with welding patterns were conducted to compare the performance of the structure.
