Paper records were generally degraded by some factors from atmospheric environments, like temperature, relative humidity or air pollutants. In this study, the degradation behavior of paper records by single or mixed gases of NO₂, SO₂, HCHO and TVOC was evaluated. The mechanical, optical and chemical properties of 4 kinds of paper (acid and neutral-based printing paper, traditional Hanji, and filter paper) were directly and indirectly affected by gaseous harmful materials. The brightness and L<SUP>*</SUP> value in all papers were slightly increased by accelerated aging under gaseous HCHO and TVOCs, but highly decreased by conditions under gases NO₂ and SO₂. The optical properties of paper records were most vulnerable in acid-based paper and high stable in filter paper and traditional Hanji by air pollutant degradation. The aging treatments under mixed gas pollutants including NO₂ resulted in decrease of physical, mechanical and optical properties of paper, so it was supposed that the concentration of NO₂ gas would be strictly controlled for optimum indoor air quality management in domestic storage centers for paper records.

This study examined the influence of self-regulatory resource depletion and self-regulatory modes on fashion product purchase intention. Initial research design dealt with differences of the resource depletion effect according to self-regulatory modes. The study used a 2 (self-regulatory resource depletion: depletion/non-depletion) × 2 (regulatory mode: assessment mode/locomotion mode) between-subjects factorial design. Second, the research design empirically analyzed the influence of self-regulatory resource depletion and self-regulatory mode on the fashion product purchase intention by each product group divided by type and involvement of fashion product. The subjects for the initial research were 255 university students in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Daejeon. The subjects for the second research were 873 university students in Seoul and Daejeon. Collected data were analyzed with SPSS statistical package with reliability analysis, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). The resu ts were as follows. First, assessment-oriented consumers showed low purchase intentions about fashion products when self-regulatory resources were exhausted than when self-regulatory resource were not exhausted. Locomotion-oriented consumers, indicated no differences in purchase intention about fashion products regardless of self-regulatory resource depletion. Second, influences on purchase intention by self-regulatory resource depletion and self-regulatory mode were different according to the fashion product group. The results of this study implied that strategies should be differentiated when establishing a fashion industry marketing strategy according to the self-regulatory resource depletion and self-regulatory mode of consumers.

서비스 실패가 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 있어서 서비스회복 공정성의 매개효과에 관한 연구 -인천국제공항 여객터미널을 중심으로-

국제공항은 경제, 사회 · 문화적인 파급 효과를 미치는 공간으로서 다양하게 제공되는 공항 서비스 주체와 종류 그리고 증가하는 공항 이용자의 다양화로 인해 항공 서비스 산업은 다른 서비스 분야에 비해 항상 우수한 서비스 품질을 일정하게 유지하는 것이 쉽지 않다. 그러므로 서비스 실패에 따른 고객들의 불만을 해소하고 고객 만족을 실현하기 위해서는 서비스 실패의 원인을 분명히 파악하고 그에 따른 올바른 고객 만족 회복 전략을 세우는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구는 서비스 실패가 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 있어서 서비스회복 공정성의 매개효과에 관하여 인천국제공항 여객터미널을 중심으로 분석하였고, 공항 여객터미널 서비스 실패 시 각각의 실패 요인이 고객의 만족에 미치는 영향과 이에 공항 측의 회복이 시행되었을 때를 비교하여 서비스 회복의 공정성의 매개변수 역할에 대해 규명한다. 연구 방법으로 문헌조사와 설문지를 통한 실증조사를 병행하였으며 인천시민 중 인천공항에서 서비스 실패를 경험한 여객을 표본으로 하였고, 서비스 실패와 서비스 회복의 공정성 간의 관계, 서비스 회복의 공정성과 고객 만족 간의 관계, 마지막으로 서비스 실패와 고객 만족 간의 관계에 대한 가설을 설정하여 회귀분석을 통해 그들의 관계를 분석하였다. 가설 검증 결과, 인천국제공항 여객터미널을 이용하는 고객들의 서비스 회복 공정성의 지각은 고객 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었고, 인천국제공항 여객터미널이 수행하는 서비스 회복의 공정성은 고객만족을 이끌어내는 긍정적 매개변수로 작용한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 분석 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출 할 수 있다. 서비스 회복 공정성이 고객만족에 영향을 미치므로, 서비스 실패 시 적극적인 서비스 회복을 통해 오히려 실패하지 않았을 때 보다 더 만족할 수 있도록 문제를 해결하도록 하여야 한다. 그리고 회복의 공정성 부분에서 과정 공정성 > 상호작용 공정성 > 결과 공정성 순으로 고객 만족에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으므로, 인천국제공항은 서비스 회복의 중요성을 인식하고 최초 서비스 제공에 못지않은 노력을 기울여야 할 것이며, 고객을 상대하는 직원의 태도나 행위에도 면밀한 관심을 가져야 할 것이다. 세번째로, 표본들은 인천국제공항 여객터미널 편의시설 즉 식당, 면세점, 화장실 등 에서 일어나는 서비스 실패에 관련해서는 유의한 반응을 보여줬으므로, 인천국제공항은 다른 요소에 비해 편의 시설 서비스를 제공하는데 있어 고객의 기대를 파악하고 실패를 최소화하며, 실패 시 세심한 노력을 기울여야 하겠다. 이후의 연구에서는 다양한 표본을 통해 좀 더 일반적인 연구와 서비스를 주체별로 나누어 서비스 실패 정도와 회복에 의한 만족을 규명하는 것이 필요하다고 사료된다. This study proposes to examine the mediated effects of service recovery fairness on passengers` satisfaction after service fail focusing on the Incheon International Airport. It verifies the mediated effect of service recovery fairness comparing with the effect that each factor among fail factors influence to passengers` satisfaction when the service fail happens and the effect that the service providers` recovery is provided after service fail. In conclusion, the passengers` perception of the service recovery fairness has the positive effect to their satisfaction when it comes to Incheon International Airport and in this case the service recovery fairness is a positive mediated parameter to satisfy the passengers.

Brown tumor is the benign bone lesion consists of woven bone and fibrous tissue without matrix, which develop due to chronic excessive osteoclastic activity such as hyperparathyroidism. Usually they appear with normal uptake or occasionally focally increased uptake on bone scan. We present a case with brown tumor shown more increased uptake and more number of lesions on bone scan after parathyroidectomy, and lesser increased uptake on serial bone scans without any other treatment through several months. This finding is thought to be similar to `flare phenomenon` which is occasionally seen after treatment of metastatic bone lesions of malignant cancer, and may represent curative process of brown tumor with rapid normal bone formation.
