중국 대학 엘리트 운동선수들의 지각된 스트레스와 정서지능 및 경쟁상태 불안의 관계

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between Perceived stress, Emotional Intelligence and Competitive Anxiety of Collegiate elite athletes in China. Participants of this study were 243 (male=187, female=56, Mean age=19.43) collegiate elite athletes. Data were collected by using Perceived Stress Scale, Emotional Intelligence Scale, and Competitive Anxiety Scale, and analyzed by using descriptive statistics, correlation, and structural equation modeling(SEM). The results of this study revealed as follows. First, Perceived Stress has a statistically significant and static impact on Competitive Anxiety. Second, Perceived Stress has a statistically significant and static impact on Emotional Intelligence. Third, Emotional Intelligence has a statistically significant and static impact on Competitive Anxiety. And lastly, within the relationship between the Perceived Stress and Competitive Anxiety, Emotional Intelligence functioned as a partial mediated effect. To sum up, the higher the level of Emotional Intelligence, the lower the Collegiate elite athlete’s level of Perceived Stress and Competitive Anxiety. Therefore, there is a need to provide intervention to improve emotional intelligence for the collegiate elite athletes in emotional intelligence.

Purpose: To conduct meta-analysis on the effects of Physical activity on Sleep Quality. Method: 8148 subjects from 18 Korean, Chinese and English literatures in this study were included, the CMA 3.0 program was used to do subgroup analysis, which set two adjustment variables: cultural background and age. The random effects model was used to test the overall effect, and heterogeneity. Results: 1) The overall average effect size of the for was .251, indicating a small average effect size. 2) As a result of conducting the analysis of the control effect, a statistically significant difference was found for the age variable among the two variables introduced as control variables. Conclusion: Physical activity is effective in improving Sleep Quality, and it can be interpreted as having the positive effect if Physical activity for People under 30 years of age.
