Today, as abnormal climates such as heatwaves intensify, interest in the health of urban residents is increasing. Apartment houses, which have become representative housing types, are subject to renewal due to aging, causing new urban problems such as increased density. This study confirms the changes in temperature and PET before and after the renewal project through CFD simulation. As a result of the simulation by time zone, first, it was analyzed that the temperature increased after the project while the PET decreased. first, it was analyzed that the temperature increased after the renewal, while the PET decreased. Second, the decrease in PET at the pedestrian level was high between the Apt and Apt, and in the pilotis space. In addition, it was confirmed that the wind speed at the ground level increased due to the creation of pilotis. Third, it is understood that changes in the material of the outer space within the target site increased the temperature but affected the reduction of PET. Fourth, PET reduction in the outer space of the renewal complex was confirmed, and the creation of a cover park had no effect of temperature reduction, but had an effect on PET reduction. Fifth, the PET reduction in the surrounding schools of the complex was confirmed, there was a difference depending on the wind direction, and the PET reduction was confirmed when the wind direction was blowing from the complex. This study is meaningful in that it quantitatively simulated the change in terms of microclimate before and after the reconstruction project, and more detailed research is needed in the future.

도시 경관에 시각자원을 찾아내고 평가하여 보전 혹은 개선하는 것과 더불어 새로이 조성되는 경관을 바람직하고 보다 가치 있는 방향으로 유도하기 위한 일환으로 경관계획에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구는 경관계획에서 조망축에 관한 연구로 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 기법을 통한 특정 부분의 가시성 확보를 위해 조망점으로부터 조망대상을 잇는 조망 가능면을 반복적으로 검토하여 최적의 조망축을 확보하는 것이다. 도시 전역을 대상으로 계획의 결과를 예측하고 가능성을 높이기 위한 방안으로 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션이 필요하다는 것을 과정과 절차 그리고 방법을 통해 분석하고, 문헌조사와 설문조사 그리고 현장조사를 비롯한 지방자치단체의 협조를 통해 데이터베이스를 구축하고 AutoCAD 및 3DMax를 활용하여 필요한 경관시뮬레이션을 실시하였다. 추후 조망축에 대한 건물높이의 규제방안에 대한 특징을 파악하고, 경관 저해요소들을 관리하기 위한 관련제도의 검토는 물론, 객관화된 분석기법에 관한 후속 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. Many devoted efforts are being made on urban landscape plan as a part of schemes to guide a newly-created landscape to be desirable and precious, as well as to preserve and improve any visual resources in urban landscapes. This study focuses on pivotal viewing-related matters of landscape plan and aims to guarantee the optimum views by repeatedly analysing a viewing spot connecting a viewing object to the view point in order to secure visibility through computer simulation method. To do so, computer-aided simulations were conducted by utilizing AutoCAD and 3DMax in order to forecast the result of the plan, as well as to analyze the need for computer simulation as a measure to heighten the possibility through the processes, steps and methods. In addition, this study built the database through cooperation with municipalities, literature reviews and on-site examinations. We expect follow-up studies to understand the characteristics to regulate building height for visual corridor and to examine related tools to manage negative factors of urban landscape.
기성 노후상업지 환경개선을 위한 소단위 정비기법 적용 방안

소단위 정비기법의 출발점은 도시환경정비사업 이대로 좋은가라는 의문에서 시작하였다. 급격한 변화의 압력을 받고 있는 도심부 블록은 고유한 장소적 특성을 유지하기가 힘든 현실이다. 그래서 도로나 필지체계를 가능한 유지하면서 재생 정비할 수 있는 새로운 기법 개발이 필요하다. 기성 노후상업지 정비에 있어 “소단위 정비기법”의 개념을 정립하고 이의 효과적 운영을 위해 고려해야 하는 점들을 도출하는데 주요한 연구의 목적으로 한다. 공간적, 물리적, 사회적, 경제적, 제도적, 그리고 커뮤니티 측면에서 다양한 요소들의 검토를 통해 무엇보다 중요한 것은 세 가지로 요약이 된다. ① 공간적으로 소단위 규모설정이 필요, ② 협력정비 사업을 위한 경제적 사업유도방안 필요, ③ 정비의 중심이 되는 토지 등 소유자간의 소단위 협의체의 역할이 중요하다. 대상지를 바탕으로 구체적인 검토를 통해 사업모델과 제도화가 이루어 질 수 있도록 소단위정비기법의 방향성을 제시한다. This paper began to improve the current urban renewal tool, which has been a main method for redeveloping places in Seoul. It also has resulted in a big loss of the original forms, functions, and characteristics of many places and communities. Thus, the major goal of this study is to provide a small-scale renewal tool to reflect the complex and various needs of blighted commercial areas. Where a physically deteriorated place holds its very own characteristics in terms of its unique functions, the regeneration project needs to emphasize on how to preserve and facilitate the characteristics. The schemes that this paper suggests are as follows through analyzing spatial, physical, social, economic, institutional and community aspects: ① the district size for the project should be small, ② the project should be implemented for public-private partnership, and ③ the role of a landowners’ association as a key party should be emphasized. It also proposes a direction of the small-scale renewal tool to legalize a business model through studying an actual site. To make regeneration projects successful, it needs to set up the consistent and sustainable implementation and monitoring systems.
폭염기 공동주택단지의 녹지 및 필로티 배치에 따른 온도변화 CFD 시뮬레이션 분석 연구

In urban residential areas, apartment complexes can be heavily impacted by heat waves and other adverse weather conditions creating a need to analyze and reduce any vulnerabilities caused by extreme temperatures, differences in locations and quantity of design elements related to green and Piloti. This study is a comparative analysis of a CFD simulation involving 28 different scenarios of apartment complexes with varying arrangements of green and piling. When a-type was compared, placing pilings increased the average temperature and wind speed within the complex. When b, c, and d types were compared, the top six types that showed the lowest average temperature at the height of 1.5m showed the order of Bc<Bd<Bb<Cd<Cc<Cb, and the temperatures of B and C were the lowest at all heights. The reduction effect of b, c, and d compared to a-type was in the order of Db>B(c>d>b)>C(d>c>b)>Dc>E(b>c>d)>A(d>c>b)>Dd=Fc>G(b>c>d)>F(b>d). The average temperature of the 28 types depended upon the arrangement of green and piling, which resulted in the order of B<C<A<D<E<F. Lastly, the temperature relaxation effect within the complex showed quite a difference depending upon the number and location of pilings and the types of green. In light of these results, some possible design considerations would be to avoid the direction of the main wind, determine when Piloti needs to be placed in appropriate areas due to its impact on the outside air temperature and decide when to add green along with Piloti for its effective temperature reducing effects.
