IP DESIGN CONVERGENCE PROCESS 적용 컨설팅 유형 연구

본 연구는 최근 대두되고 있는 디자인 및 지식재산권 융합 프로세스에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 이를 중소기업에 효과적으로 적용하기 위한 프로세스의 실증사례 연구에 관한 것이다. 최근 지식재산권에 대한 중요도 인식이 확산되고 있으나 중소기업들은 인력, 비용 등의 여건으로 인해 지식재산권에 대한 분쟁에 노출되어 제품개발이 이뤄지는 현실이다. 이런 환경적 요인으로 디자인과 기술을 융합하는 선행연구가 지속적으로 진행되고 있으나, 학제적 관점의 연구로 인한 실증적 컨설팅 적용에 한계점을 보유하고 있다. 이러한 한계점 극복을 위해, 본 연구는 선행연구인 ‘디자인권 중심 지식재산권 융합 디자인 프로세스 연구’를 바탕으로 중소기업들에게 적용 가능한 "IP융합디자인 프로세스"를 제시하고, 이를 적용한 중소기업컨설팅 사례분석을 통해 디자인 IP 컨설팅의 유형 및 단계별 프로세스 유형을 분류, 제시하였다. 본 연구는 디자인특허융합 관련 사업 등에 IP 디자인 융합 프로세스를 적용하였으며, 44개의 중소기업을 대상으로 한 컨설팅 결과에 따라 선행 연구형, 성장형, 혁신형으로 유형을 분류하였다. 컨설팅 유형에 따른 적용 가능한 프로세스 유형을 디자인 특허동향 프로세스, 시나리오 도출 프로세스, 제품 문제해결 프로세스, 디자인 IP전략 도출 프로세스로 구분하였다. 적용 가능한 프로세스 유형에는 유형에 따라 적용되는 디자인융합 방법론을 통해 구성되었으며, 트리즈 융합방법론, 시나리오기반 특허도출방법론, 디자인 O/S 매트릭스 방법론 이 적용되었다. 연구 결과 사례를 통해 분석된 IP융합 컨설팅 유형을 3가지로 분류할 수 있으며, 유형별로 적용되는 프로세스 유형을 4가지로 구분할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 44개의 사례를 대상으로 한 분석 내용으로 향후 지속적인 사례 연구를 통해 IP융합 디자인 프로세스를 기반으로 한 다양한 컨설팅 유형과 그에 따른 IP융합 프로세스, 융합 방법론 유형의 창출을 기대할 수 있다. In this research, a positive research example of design process convergent with intellectual property (IP) for effective applying for small and medium-sized business with cognizing importance of this rising process. As the lawsuit between Apple Incorporated and Samsung Electronics Company Limited, recently, IP is rising critical factor for planning and developing new product, however small and medium-sized business fail frequently because they are not capable of sufficient advance verification of IP because they should make faster than major company can enough research and development(R&D) and managing IP. Although a bunch of research related with this situation is on progress, there is not suitable design consulting convergent with IP for small and mediumsized business and most of research is too academic and complicated to applying practical consulting. Therefore, in this paper, based on advance research of process convergent with IP, type of ‘design process convergent with IP’ applicable for small and medium sized business is suggested and classified through case analysis of consulting. In conclusion, type of design process convergent with IP is classified advanced research, growth and innovation as business condition of company. Applicable type of process is confirmed as design IP trend process, scenario development process, product problem solving process and design process convergent with IP.
