        수중운동이 발달장애아동의 좌-우 골반기울기 변화 및 신체 협응력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 24주간의 수중운동을 통하여 발달장애아동의 골반의 좌·우 기울기 변화 및 협응력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 연구의 대상자는 발달장애 진단을 받은 10~13세 초등학생 남자 30명으로서 수중운동 집단(15명)과 통제집단(15명)으로 나누어 골반기울기 변화 및 협응력에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이 연구에서의 골반기울기 검사 도구에는 3차원 영상 척추 진단기인 Formetric-Ⅲ를 사용하였으며, 협응력 검사 도구는 유아·아동의 신체협응력 테스트 도구인 KTK(K?rperkoordinationstest fur Kinder)를 사용하였다. 측정된 자료는 연구목적에 따라 수중운동 집단과 통제집단의 집단간 차이는 이원 분산분석(2-way 2x2 Mixed ANOVA)을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 통계적 유의수준은=.05로 설정하였다. 분석결과 수중운동 프로그램은 골반기울기 변화에 효과가 있었으며 협응력 역시 긍정적인 효과를 보였다. 즉, 수중운동은 척추의 올바른 체형교정을 위한 골반기울기 변화에 효과를 보였으며, 몸 전체를 신속하고 능률적으로 조정하고 통제할 수있는 협응력 향상에도 긍정적인 효과를 보였다. The purpose of this research are twofold. This research is to examine the effect of a 24-week aquatic exercise on the change of left and right pelvis tilts and the physical coordination of developmental disorder children. The subjects of this research are thirteen 10- to 13-year male elementary school students diagnosed as boundary rate of developmental disorder. These subjects were divided into experimental group (15 persons) and control group (15 persons) and investigates an effect on the change of pelvis tilts and the physical coordination. It adopts `Formetric-Ⅲ`, 3-D analysis system, and `KTK` (K?rperkoordinationstest fur Kinder), physical coordination test system for infants and children, as test tools of pelvis tilt and physical coordination, respectively. In order to analyze data by research purpose, it analyzes the difference between experimental and control groups by using 2-way 2x2 Mixed ANOVA and sets statistical significance to =.05. The above analysis shows that the aquatic exercise has a positive effect not only on the change of pelvis tilt but also on the physical coordination. That is to say, the aquatic exercise is effective for improved pelvis tilt to correct bad spines and for improved physical coordination to quickly and efficiently control the whole body.

        줄넘기운동이 지적장애아동의 골반교정 복부비만에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research were twofold. This research was to examine the effect of a 24-week jump rope exercise on pelvis correction and abdominal obesity of children with intellectual disability. The subjects of this research were 30 male elementary school students aged 10 to 13 diagnosed as boundary rate of mental retardation whose BMI (a measure of someone's weight in relation to height) was over 25. These subjects were divided into experimental group (15 persons) and control group (15 persons) and were investigated an effect on the change of pelvis tilts and abdominal obesity. It adopts 'Formetric-Ⅲ', 3-D analysis system, to test the change of pelvis tilts and 'InBody 720' (Biospace, Korea, 2005) to measure BMI. In order to analyse data by research purpose, it analyzed the difference between experimental and control groups by using 2-way 2x2 Mixed ANOVA and sets statistical significance to α=.05. The above analysis showed that the jump rope exercise has a positive effect not only on pelvis correction but also on abdominal obesity. That is to say, the jump rope exercise is effective for improved pelvis correction to correct bad spines and for improved abdominal obesity to medical problems and low quality of life and body deformation.

        심리운동적 자전거 활동이 지적장애아동의 복부비만과 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research were twofold. This research was to examine the effect of a 24-week psychomotor cycling on blood lipids and abdominal obesity of children with intellectual disability. The subjects of this research were 30 male elementary school students aged 10 to 14 diagnosed as boundary rate of mental retardation whose BMI (a measure of someone's weight in relation to height) was over 25. These subjects were divided into experimental group (15 persons) and control group (15 persons) and were investigated an effect on the change of blood lipids and abdominal obesity. The result was as followed. 1th, There was an interaction between group and term on abdominal obesity. 2th, There was no interaction between group and term on TC. 3th, There was an interaction between group and term on TG. 4th, There was an interaction between group and term on LDL-C. 5th, There was an interaction between group and term on HDL-C. 6th, There was an interaction between group and term on Glucose.

        수중 심리운동이 자폐성 장애아동의 부적응 행동과 뇌파 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research were twofold. This research was to examine the effect of a 20-week psychomotricity in water on maladjustment behaviors and electroencephalogram in children with autism. The subjects of this research were 40 male elementary school students aged 9 to 13. These subjects were divided into experimental group (20 persons) and control group (20 persons) and were investigated an effect on the change of electroencephalogram and maladjustment behaviors. The result was as followed. 1th, There was an distinction between group and term on maladjustment behaviors. 2th, There was no distinction between group and term on M-Alpha. 3th, There was an distinction between group and term on SMR.
