인공지능의 기술은 21세기의 삶과 예술을 변화시키고, 예술적 의미를 지닌 인공지능 회화는 플랫폼을 통해 예술로 창작되고 예술로 체험된다. 본 연구는 인공지능 회화에 대한 다양한 관점의 논의가 필요하다는 생각에서 시작되었다. 인공지능 회화는 심미적 경험을 제공하며 모두의 예술로 경험될 수 있기에 21세기 기술을 기반으로 하는 유희적 인공지능 회화에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 인공지능 회화에 대한 연구를 통해 인공지능 회화의 유희적 가치를 도출하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 인공지능의 기술이 유희적 예술로 경험되는 인공지능 회화에 대해 탐구하기 위해 칸트, 쉴러 등의 유희 이론을 토대로 아트 스타일 트랜스퍼(Art style transfer)와 아트 스케치 애플리케이션(Art sketch application), 그리고 아트 포토 앱(Art photo apps) 등에 대한 다학제 간 연구를 시도하였다. 연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예술과 기술이 융합된 인공지능은 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 이미지 제작 알고리즘을 제공하고. 둘째, 회화적 인공지능 알고리즘은 사용자의 선택에 따라 무궁무진한 이미지를 산출할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째 인공지능 기술로 인해 예술은 더 이상 ‘감성적 이념의 능력’과 ‘예술에 규칙을 부여하는 재능’을 지닌 천재만의 것이 아니라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 새로운 매체예술인 유희적 인공지능 회화는 우리가 미처 인지하지 못한 미적 취향을 이끌어내어 누구나 화가가 될 수 있도록 예술창의를 도와주며 심미적 세계를 확장시키고 있었다. 유희적 인공지능 회화에 대한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시공간을 자유롭게 넘나드는 인공지능회화에 대한 또 다른 가능성이 도출되는 계기가 되기를 기대한다. Artificial intelligence technology changes life and art in the 21st century, and artificial intelligence painting with artistic meaning is created and experienced as art through the platform. This study began with the idea that various perspectives on artificial intelligence painting are needed. Artificial intelligence painting provides aesthetic experiences and can be experienced as everyone"s art, so research on Playful artificial intelligence painting based on 21st century technology is needed. The purpose of this study is to derive the play value of artificial intelligence conversation through the study of artificial intelligence painting. Thus, this paper attempts a multidisciplinary study of Artstyle transfer, Art sketch applications, and Art Photo apps, based on the theory of artificial intelligence painting in which artificial intelligence technology is experienced as a Playful art. The results and contents of the study are as follows: First, artificial intelligence, which combines art and technology, provides an image production algorithm through an online platform. Second, we confirm that artificial intelligence algorithms can yield endless images depending on the user"s choice. Third, artificial intelligence technology has shown that art is no longer just a genius with the ability to "emotional ideology" and the talent to give rules to art." The new media art, Playful artificial intelligence painting, was expanding the aesthetic world by helping anyone to create art by drawing aesthetic tastes that we had not yet recognized. Based on the results of research on Playful artificial intelligence painting, we hope that it will serve as an opportunity for another possibility for artificial intelligence painting that freely crosses time and space.

2020년 7월 21일 통계청에서 발표한 ‘2019년 국민대차대조표 결과(잠정)’에 따르면 비금융자산 중 주거용 부동산이 차지하는 자산은 토지와 건물자산을 포함하여 5,000조원이 넘는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 부동산의 거래 중심에는 공인중개사가 있다. 그러나 한국의 공인중개사는 신뢰도가 대체로 낮고 문제가 발생할 경우 대부분은 개인의 윤리부족과 부도덕성 및 직무유기 등으로 치부되어 왔다. 그런데 선행연구 결과, 신뢰도에 영향을 주는 주요 요인 중 하나는 직무만족으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 한국의 공인중개사 신뢰도를 높이는 방안을 직무환경 만족도와 연관하여 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 캐나다의 부동산중개 제도를 기본 모형으로 하여 공인중개사의 직무에 유기적으로 영향을 주는 실무환경, 관리환경 및 교육환경의 주요 요소들에 대한 선행연구를 고찰하고, 한국 공인중개사의 직무 만족도 등을 측정하였다. 캐나다 모형에 따른 한국의 공인중개사 만족도 실증분석결과, 실무환경과 교육환경에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 직무만족이 증가하고, 관리환경은 직무만족에 직접적인 영향을 주지 않지만 실무환경과 교육환경을 통하여 간접적으로 공인중개사의 직무만족에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 단기적으로는 실무환경과 교육환경에 대한 만족도를 높여줄 수 있도록 하고, 장기적으로는 선진국과 같이 별도의 공인중개사 관리감독기구를 통하여 중개사의 관리주체를 법률이 아닌 실질적인 주관기구의 설립이 필요한 것을 시사점으로 도출하였다. National Statistical Office released the “2019 National Balance Sheet Results (Estimation)” on July 21, 2020, which showed that residential real estate assets amounted to 5,000 trillion won and real estate agents are at the center of the transaction. However, most real estate agents have been accused of lack of reliability, personal ethics, immorality, and dereliction of duty if problems arise. Advance research has revealed that reliability is influenced by job satisfaction. To enhance the reliability of real estate agents in Korea, Canada’s real estate system is introduced. In addition, job satisfaction is measured in three ways under the working, management, and educational environment, with four major factors each to determine which environment and what factors affect job satisfaction. The findings of this study reveal that the higher the satisfaction level of the practical and the educational environment, the higher is the agent job satisfaction. In the long term, a practical supervising organization, not a law, must be established by a separate authorized brokerage management and supervision organization, such as in Canada and USA.
