Since the importance of quality as a improving quality of the hotel information systems have been raised at early 1990's, many studies have shown a causal relationship between information systems and system use intentions. However, there have been only few studies which try to investigate variables mediating the relationships between hotel information systems and system use intentions. This paper proposes user's values and user's satisfactions mediate this relationship. A structural model and several hypotheses were developed regarding the relationships. Based on the collected data from 331 hotel employees, the structural model was analyzed with LISREL 8.30. The results can be summarized as follows. First, the greater the hotel information system's quality, the greater the user's values. Second, the greater the user's values, the greater the user's satisfactions. Third, the greater the user's values, the greater the system use intentions. Finally, the greater the user's satisfactions, the greater the system use intentions. At the end of the paper, managerial implications and future research directions are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to develop the service quality measurement scales on property management systems in hotel(PMSQUAL). Therefore the hotel property management systems service quality measurement attributes and dimensions have higher validity and reliability than before. The procedure of this study is as follows: First, the attributes and dimensions are developed through the rigorous analysis of literature review. Second, the attributes and dimensions have been developed are refined after the pilot survey. Third, the final survey used for criterion-related validity test, reliability test and factor analysis. Eventually, thirty three attributes and eight dimensions are extracted and discussed.

The purpose of this research is to study the effects of bridging exercise combined with a whole body on lower extremity muscle activity and balance ability. Thirty college soccer players were selected as experimental subjects. Fifteen were randomly assigned to the experimental group that performed bridging exercise combined with whole body vibration and the other fifteen were randomly assigned to the control group that performed bridging exercise on an unstable surface. The subjects were also assigned to work out on treadmill for thirty minutes and additionally, each group performed either bridging exercise combined with whole body vibration or bridging exercise on an unstable surface five times a week for four weeks, each session lasting for thirty minutes. An analysis on lower extremity muscle activity and balance ability was measured and recorded prior to the assignment of exercise routine. After four weeks of experiment, the same items were measured in the same manner for a group analysis. In the group analysis, the experimental group showed a showed a statistically significant difference in terms of the lower extremity muscle activity when compared with the control group. In the group analysis, the experimental group showed a showed a statistically significant difference in terms of the balance activity when compared with the control group. These results show that bridging exercise combined with whole body vibration is more effective for lower extremity muscle activity and balance ability. Based on this result, the study recommends an effective program that can also be applied to elite players, amateurs and also leisure athletes. Based on this study, further research must be conducted on various vibration frequencies in order to devise an effective whole body vibration exercise program.

The purpose of this study is to present the method of effective VDT syndrome by studying the effect of VDT work on work-related musculosketal disorders in the deluxe hotel. A total of 113 samples were collected through questionnaires from the variety types of deluxe hotel. To verify hypotheses ANOVA and frequency analysis is used. The results can be summarized as follows: The result indicates that the symptom rates of upper extremity disability in VDT operators were higher than those of controls especially in neck and shoulder area. 44.5% of 113 VDT operators met our case definition of upper extremity disorder by subjective symptom.
