        Purpose of this study was to comprehend the influence that worker's lob stress caused by the distinct characteristics of construction work affect on construction management. Proven through previous studies of job stress measurement method, physical environment, job demands, job autonomy, interpersonal conflict are derived as typical factors. We analyzed causal relationships between the factors using structural equation modeling under the hypothesis that job stress have effect on the construction management. As a result, successful job stress management for construction management plan is proposed.

        IPA기법을 통한 건설업 상생협력 프로그램의 중요도-만족도 평가 연구 -전남지역 공사금액 800억 이상 건설현장을 중심으로-

        Korea has emphasized the autonomous safety under the cause of the activation of industrial management activity against corporate regulation policy through several economic crises since IMF in 1997 and consequently the forms and sizes of disasters have been bigger due to the weakening of national safety consciousness and the lack of the national disaster and safety system. Especially, the safety techniques of construction industry which has played the central roles in the economic growth of Korea have been relatively lagged behind compared to its construction techniques. In case of construction industry, small and medium sized construction companies are much more than large construction companies and account for a considerable portion of construction accidents in Korea. To settle this problem, Korean government built the win-win cooperation program for construction industry in 2008 and made efforts to reduce the occurrence of accidents in construction sites through the parent companies`` support of safety management to their small and medium subcontractors. But, as the occurrence of construction accidents showed no change for recent years and accidents occurred in the construction field which participated in the program, the government set the participation limit to the construction companies with average or more occurrences of construction accidents. Therefore, as the evaluation of win-win cooperation program for the construction companies which has been managed for five years from 2008 to 2014, the present study evaluated the importance-satisfaction of win-win cooperation program for construction companies using IPA. Evaluation questionnaire was arranged with program managed at each site based on government standards and the period of questionnaire was from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2013. Five major construction companies which manage the program were selected and total 650 subjects from 100 workers and 30 supervisors every quarter were evaluated and analyzed. As a result, various suggestions were obtained by each program. Large construction companies managing win-win cooperation programs must plan and execute the program based on the results of this study. In addition, importance-satisfaction of the program from the members should be evaluated and managed regularly. So the effects of the win-win cooperation program for construction companies should be proved through injury record so that all members of the companies are aware of its importance to reduce hazard factors of construction sites and reliability of the program conducted by the government should be improved.

        은유의 건축술

        본 논문은 컴퓨터 과학자 앨런 케이가 1960년대 중반부터 1970년대 중반까지 그래픽 유저인터페이스(GUI)를 발명해 가는 과정을 살펴본다. 케이가 고백하듯이, 그가 그래픽 유저인터페이스 개발에 사용한 거의 모든 기술적 요소들은 실제로 1960년대의 연구 성과, 특히 메사추세츠 공과대학의 링컨 랩과 랜드(RAND) 코퍼레이션의 연구 프로젝트들에서 빌려온 것이었지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 케이는 인간-컴퓨터 인터랙션에 있어 기존 관점과는 ‘전혀 다른 급진적인 관점’을 제안했다. 그렇다면 과연 그 ‘관점’이란 무엇이었을까? 본 에세이는 그 관점이 지난 세기 초 발터 벤야민이 지적한 ‘시각적 지각과 촉감적 행위의 직관적 결합’을 위한 은유에 대한 것이라고 전제할 것이다. 케이는 앞 세대의 연구 상황을 일컬어, 다양한 인터랙션의 은유들이 ‘개인용 컴퓨터라는 은유에 의해 형성된 자기장’에 제대로 진입하지 못한 채 본래의 잠재력을 발휘하지 못했다고 지적한다. 그가 보기에 핵심적인 문제는 개인용 컴퓨터를 출발점으로 삼아, 인간과 컴퓨터 사이에서 복잡하게 뒤엉킨 은유들의 실타래를 풀어 나가는 것이었다. 본 논문은 앨런 케이가 크게 세 가지 맥락, 즉 컴퓨터의 정의, 시용자의 개념적 모델링, 인터랙션 유형의 정식화에서 특정한 은유들을 선택하고 독특한 계열로 배치하는 과정을 고찰한다.

        N/A An efficient application of equipment capacity is an important factor for a company of today to survive under a extremely competitive market environment. However, many companies have made an great effort to increase an external capacity by putting much input such as time and money without scrutinizing an equipment efficiency. As a result of such increased equipment capacity, they have been faced with the problem of how to effectively deal with its excess capacity which is somewhat indispensible capacity for a company`s business and thus can not be completely eliminated in a real world Therefore, this paper is concerned with defining capacity factors in detail to get practicable application devices and deriving their cost to provide a useful financial information for a company`s management to make a sound investment decision. We present the real case study to show the applicability of the methodology we developed in this paper.

        1983년 KBS 집중기획 〈세계는 디자인혁명 시대〉의 내용과 맥락의 재구성

        Background : The KBS special feature “The World Is in an Era of Design Revolution”, which aired in 1983, had a great impact on not only the design field but also society by covering the topic of industrial design, which was unfamiliar to the public at the time. This program is often mentioned when discussing South Korean modern design history, but it has not been the subject of full-scale research. Against this background, this study aims to examine the program. First, the details of the program are reconstructed, and the historical significance of the program is clarified by examining the changes in the industrial design field before and after the program aired. Methods : This study chose video analysis and literature research as research methods. We analyzed the contents of the six parts of the program, approximately 330 minutes of video material, and we examined the changes in the concept of industrial design, corporate design, and design education at the time through literature research. Results : The program explored the latest trends in corporate design, design firms, industrial design education, the sports industry, and shopping spaces in major industrialized countries from Parts 1 to 5. Part 6 examined the current state of domestic industrial design. After the program was aired, a series of changes occurred in the domestic industrial design field, including the establishment of design research institutes and competitions by large companies, the introduction of a good design selection system by the Korea Design Packaging Center, and the establishment of an industrial design department at an engineering university. Of course, identifying a clear causal relationship between the airing of the program and subsequent events is not easy. It is important to note that the concept of industrial design, the role of industrial designers, and the need for new design education emphasized by the program, were not completely new, but rather overlapped with the views and positions expressed by young public opinion leaders in the industrial design field in the early 1980s. The broadcasting of the program can certainly provide an important opportunity to change the public opinion of society by amplifying and spreading specific views and positions that had been confined to the design field. Conclusions : The changes in the early to mid-1980s following the broadcast of the program are pivotal in helping South Korean industrial design respond to the changing domestic and international conditions that followed the economic boom of the late 1980s. The high growth during this period provides an opportunity for the industrial design field, which had previously been focused only on export promotion, to shift its attention to the domestic market. In this condition, the design process is rationalized, and design education is systematized. Industrial designers also have begun to change their role from “practitioners of export industry” to “creators of lifestyle culture” and “spokesmen for consumer groups.”
