      • 고품질 숏크리트 개발을 위한 새로운 급결제 적용

        1980년 초 서울지하철 건설공사를 계기로 국내의 터널공사에 NATM(New Austrian Tunnelling Method)공법이 적용되고 있다. 하지만, 주지보재의 하나인 숏크리트 기술은 NATM공법이 국내에 들어온 초기의 기술력을 아직 답습하고 있는 상태로 다량의 리바운드가 발생하고, 노즐맨의 경험이나 기량등에 의존하는 경우가 많아 비용절감 및 시공능률 향상을 위한 개선이 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 숏크리트 품질확보에 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있는 급결제(Accelerator)를 주변수로 강섬유보강 숏크리트(SFRS)에 대한 모형시험을 실시하여 고품질 숏크리트에의 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 모형시험(압축강도, 휨강도, 휨인성)결과, Alkali-free 액상급결제를 사용한 숏크리트를 통해 고강도 발현을 위한 고가의 혼화재를 사용하지 않고서도 고품질의 고강도 숏크리트 개발 가능성을 확인할 수 있었으며, Single-Shell Lining 터널 등 Permanent Shotcrete Lining이라는 새로운 개념의 터널 지보시스템 구축을 위한 요소기술로 그 적용이 확대될 것으로 판단된다. From the early 1980's, the New Austrian Tunnelling Method (NATM) has been developed as one of the standard tunnelling methods in Korea. Approximately 10 years ago, wet-mix shotcrete with sodium silicate (waterglass) accelerator was introduced and widely used to tunnel lining and underground support. However, this accelerator had some disadvantages due to the decrease of long-term strength compared to plain concrete (without accelerator) and low quality of the hardened shotcrete. In order to compensate for these disadvantages, recently developed alkali-free accelerator has been successfully demonstrated in numerous projects and applications as a new material to make tunnels more durable and safer. An experimental investigation was carried out in order to verify the strength behavior of wet-mix Steel Fiber Reinforced Shotcrete (SFRS) with alkali-free accelerator. Compressive strength, flexural strength, and flexural toughness were measured by testing specimens extracted from the shotcrete panels. From the results, wet-mix SFRS with alkali-free accelerator exhibited excellent strength improvement compared to the conventional shotcrete accelerator.

        한국인 자연치의 색에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this investigation was to analyze the color of natural teeth by means of the OFC-1001 DP colorimeter which could measure in Adams Coordinate System (L,a,b system). The subjects were the 164 persons (82 men and 82 women) ranged from the teen to the sixtieth who had come to infirmary of dental college, Chosun University. The colors of incisal third, middle third and cervical third of maxillary right incisor, maxillary right canine and maxillary right second premolar were examined after the teeth were cleaned, polished and dried. The data were analyzed statistically by means of SPSS (Statistical Package For the Social Science). The results were as follows. 1. The means of L(lightness), a (red chromaticity), b (yellow chromaticity) of all teeth were measured (Table 2,3,4). 2. The color of teeth was yellowish-gray or bluish-gray. 3. The L value and b value of the cervical third was greater than those of the incisal and middle third. 4. The L value of maxillary 2nd premolar was greater than those of maxillary incisor md maxillay canine. 5. The a & b values of maxillary canine were greater than those of maxillary incisor and maxillary 2nd premolar. 6. The average values of L,a,b of teeth between male and female were not significant. 7. The L values of teeth were decreasing and the b values of teeth were increasing as the age was increased, but there was no corelation between the a values and aging.

        지대치 coping형태에 따른 overdenture하에서 하악 응력에 관한 유한요소법적 분석

        This study was to analyze the displacement and the magnitude and mode of distribution of the stresses in the lower overdenture, the mucous membrane, the abutment teeth and the mandibular supporting bone when various abutment designs were subjected to different loading schemes. For this study, the two-dimensional finite element method was used. The models of overdenture and mandibe with the canine and the second premolar remaining, were fabricated. In the first design, a 1 mm space was prepared between the denture and the dome abutment with the height of 2 mm(OS). In the second design, a contact between the denture and the occlusal third of the dome abutment with the hight of 2 mm was prepared(OC). In the third design, a 0.5 mm space was prepared between the denture and 8 degree tapered cylindrical abutments with the height of 7 mm(TS). In the fourth design, a contact between the denture and the occlusal two thirds of the conical abutments with the height of 7 mm was prepared(TC). In order to represent the same physiological condition as the fixed areas of the mandible under loading schemes, the eight nodes which lie at the mandibular angle, the coronoid process and the mandibular condyle were assumed to be fixed. Each model was loaded with a magnitude of 10 Kgs on the first molar region (P1) and 7 Kgs on the central incisor region (P2) in a vertical direction. The force of 10 Kgs was then applied distributively from the first premolar to the second molar of each motel in a vertical direction (P3). The results were as follows: 1. The vertical load on the central incisor region(P2) produced the higher displacement and stress concentration than that on the posterior region(P1, P3). 2. The case of space between abutment and denture base produced higher displacement than that of contact, and the case of long abutment produced higher displacement than that of short abutment because of low rigidity of denture base. 3. The magnitude of the torque and vertical force to the abutment teeth and the stress distribution to the denture base was higher in the telescope coping than in the overdenture coping. 4. The vertical load on the central incisor region(P2) produced higher equivalent stress in the mandible than that on the posterior region(P1, P3). 5. The case of space between abutment and denture base produced better stress distribution to the farther abutment from the loading point than that of contact. 6. In case of sound abutment teeth, the type of telescope coping can be used, hilt in case of weak abutment, the type of overdenture coping is considered to be favorable generally.

        Evaluation of fire-proofing performance of reinforced concrete tunnel lining coated by newly developed material

        Efficient traffic network is required in urban area for good living condition. However, dense traffic network creates traffic jam and gives bad influences to the ground environment. Therefore, advanced use of underground and tunnel is required. But, in the last 20 years many tunnel fire accidents have occurred all over the world. Increase of tunnels and increase of traffics result in increase of tunnel fire. Tunnel fire creates damage to people and to the tunnel structure. Also, tunnel fire creates a big economical loss. In a mountain tunnel, the stability of the tunnel will not be disturbed by fire although the tunnel lining will get a severe damage. However, in a shield tunnel or immersed tube tunnel, cut and cover tunnel, there is a high possibility that tunnel itself will collapse by fire because their tunnel concrete lining is designed as a structural member. The aim of this experimental research is to verify the fire protection performance of newly developed cementitious material compared with the broadly used existing products in Europe and Japan. For the experiments, the general NATM tunnel concrete linings with the newly developed material were tested using fire loading curve of RABT (Maximum peak temperature is $1,200^{\circ}C$) and RWS (Maximum peak temperature is $1,350^{\circ}C$). From the test results, the newly developed fire protection material applied with 30 mm thickness showed good fire-proofing performance under RABT fire loading. 도심지 생활 편의를 위한 효율적인 교통 네트워크가 요구되고 있다. 그러나 과밀한 교통 네트워크는 교통체증은 물론 지반환경에 좋지 않은 영향을 주고 있어 터널 및 지하공간에 대한 효율적인 사용과 개발이 요구된다. 지난 20년간 전세계에서 많은 터널 화재사고가 발생하였으며, 그 결과 인명 및 구조물 피해는 물론 경제적으로 큰 손실을 초래하였다. 산악터널의 경우에는 화재 발생에 따른 터널 라이닝의 손상이 터널 안전성에 큰 영향을 주지는 않을 것이다. 그러나, 쉴드터널, 침매터널, 개착터널의 콘크리트 라이닝은 구조부재로 사용되는 관계로 화재 발생이 터널 붕괴로 이어지는 위험성을 안고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 새롭게 개발된 시멘트계 내화재료로 피복된 터널 철근 콘크리트 라이닝의 내화성능을 평가하기 위함이다. 콘크리트 라이닝 시편을 대상으로 독일의 RABT 내화곡선(최고온도 $1,200^{\circ}C$), 네델란드의 RWS 내화곡선(최고온도 $1,350^{\circ}C$)을 이용하여 실험을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 RABT 내화곡선 하에서는 30mm의 내화피복만으로도 우수한 내화성능을 확인할 수 있었다.

        전신마취 시 사용한 열선내장형 가온 가습 호흡회로의 비교평가

        Background: Dry and cold anesthetic gas deteriorates patient`s respiratory function and body heat balance. We examined whether a humidifier with heated wire circuit might maintain core temperature and humidity of inspired gas in patient undergoing general anesthesia. Methods: We enrolled forty ASA physical status I, II patients under general anesthesia for this study. We allocated the patients randomly into two groups with (experimental group) or without (control group) Humitube(R) anesthesia circuit, which delivered heated and humidified inspired anesthetic gases. We recorded the temperatures and humidity of the inspired gases throughout the surgery. Results: The temperatures and relative humidity of the inspired gases in experimental group were significantly greater compared to control group (36.2±0.9℃, 89.5±4.8% vs. 30.4±1.8℃, 37.9±5.9%, P<0.05) during anesthesia. The core temperatures in experimental group were significantly greater compared to control group (36.1±0.3℃ vs. 35.7±0.1℃, P<0.05) during anesthesia. Conclusions: A humidifier with heated wire system for anesthesia breathing circuit is helpful to maintain core temperature and adequate humidity. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2009; 57: 32~7)
