This paper describes a method for simulating the height reduction of a outer packaging box for compressive loads. A previously studied packaging box analysis methodology has been applied. In addition, four-point bending, box compression, and box creep tests were performed to obtain physical property parameters for simulation, and parameter optimization was performed using optimization tool. As a result of comparing the compressive load test and simulation of the packaging box, it was confirmed that the test can be sufficiently explained by the simulation.

한국들잔디는 운동경기장이나 골프 코스 등에 폭넓게 쓰이는 난지형 잔디이다. 많은 품종은 영양체로 번식한다. 이 연구는 배아세포 유도와 식물체 재생을 위한 적정 배양액 개발과 배양조건을 연구하여, 한국잔디의 육종과 번식을 위한 세포배양 체계 확보를 목적으로 하였다. 그 결과 $Cu^{++}\;2.5mgL^{-1}$를 유도 배양액에 첨가하는 것이 캘러스 유도를 위한 최적 농도 조건 이였음을 보여주었다. Sub-culture의 횟수의 증가는 캘러스의 질을 향상시켰다. 세포 부유배양을 위한 최적 용량은 2.5에서 10mL 사이였으며 본 연구에서 58%의 식물체 재생산비율을 보였다. Zoysiagrass (Zoysia japonica Steud) is a warm season turfgrass species widely used for sports field and golf courses. Many cultivars are propagated through vegetative methods. This study was conducted to develop an optimum culture medium and culture conditions for embryogenic callus induction and plant regeneration, and to establish a cell suspension culture system for use in zoysiagrass breeding and propagation. The results indicated that adding $Cu^{++}$ at 2.5 mg $L^{-1}$ to the induction medium was optimum for callus induction. Increasing the numbers of sub-culture cycles improved the quality of calli. The optimum dosage for cell suspension culture ranged from 2.5 to 10 mL. The embryogenic callus suspension used in this study had a plant regeneration rate of 58%.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to investigate the distribution of asbestos contained materials (ACMs) in the naval vessels of the Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN). Methods: Considering of the type of naval vessel and the year of ship-building, We investigated 15 naval vessels. All accessible compartments and pipelines in each naval vessel were examined. The data about the type of ACMs, number of sites, the condition of suspect material, potential of future disturbance (frequency of potential contact, influence of vibration, potential for air erosion) were collected. We also collected bulk and air samples of ACMs and analyzed their composition and concentration of asbestos fibers. Results : The type of ACMs was mainly textile, and partly powder and gasket. In all naval vessels(FF, PCC, PKM, etc) except Helicopter Destroyers(DDH) and submarines, ACMs were detected. The larger and the older naval vessels were, the more ACMs were found. In almost all compartments and pipelines, ACMs were detected. The condition of suspect material was good in general. But potential of future disturbance was relatively high. According to the results of the bulk sample analysis, the subtype of asbestos was chrysotile and the composition of asbestos was variable(from 1-2% to 90% over). The concentration of asbestos fiber in the air was very low (PCM : max 0.0016 f/cc, TEM : max 0.0049 s/cc). Conclusions : There were so many ACMs in the naval vessels of the ROKN. Therefore, the management plan of ACMs in naval vessels of the ROKN is needed immediately.
정부 출연 연구기관의 창의적 체험활동 활성화를 위한 교육기부 활동 참여에 대한 교사들의 인식과 요구 분석

이 연구의 목적은 창의적 체험활동 운영을 통해 공교육에 기여하기 위한 정부 출연 연구기관의 참여에 대한 초 · 중등 교사들의 인식을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구 내용은 정부 출연 연구기관의 공교육 기여에 대한 교사의 인식, 창의적 체험활동을 위한 참여 방법, 창의적 체험활동 활성화를 위해 교육기부에 참여하기 위한 선과제의 세 영역으로 구성되었다. 이 내용을 조사하기 위해 객관식 7문항, 주관식 1문항으로 구성된 설문지를 개발하였으며, 초등교사 315명, 중등 과학교사 127명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 교사들은 현재까지 정부 출연 연구기관의 공교육 참여 수준에 불만족스러운 인식을 가지고 있으나, 향후 창의적 체험활동 활성화를 위해 정부 출연 연구기관의 참여가 필요하다는 인식을 가지고 있었다. 그리고 관련 교과교육 전문가나 전문성을 갖춘 현장 교사가 자료 개발 과정에 참여하여 교육적 효과를 담보하는 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 또한 정부 출연 연구기관이 정당하게 교육기부에 나서기 위해서는 상위 기관으로부터 교육기부 등의 공교육 활동을 위한 당위적 임무부여가 선행되어야 한다고 인식하고 있었다. 이에 따른 정부 기관의 역할과 사회적 인식 확대를 위한 후속 연구들이 제안되었다. The purpose of this study was to find inservice elementary and secondary teachers perceptions and needs about the national research institutes participation into donation for education for activating creative activity in public education area. For the purpose of this study, the research questions were comprised of 3 sub area; the inservice teachers view about national research institutes contribution in public education area, the method of institutes participation, and prior problem for national research institutes to participate into the donation for education movement for activating creative activity in public education area. For the survey from inservice teacher, questionnaire which consists of seven multiple type questions and single open ended question was developed. The data was collected from 315 elementary and 127 secondary science teachers. The finding from the survey was summarized in three following; first, the teachers had not been satisfied to the level and quality of national research institutes contribution in to the public education area, but they had a perception there was a necessity for national research institutes to participate in public education area; second, it is necessary to participate expert about subject education or inservice teacher who had expertise in developing procedure to get educational effect, and the last, for the national research institutes participation with their due, it is need superior organization to have the national research institutes included educational mission in their own mission to the donation for the education. From these finding and implication, following researches were suggested about the government s role and part about leading the national research institutes and increasing view of general public.
K/MoS2 촉매상에서 일산화탄소와 수소로부터의 혼합알코올제조에 관한 반응속도식의 모델링

K/MoS₂촉매상에서, 일산화탄소와 수소로부터의 혼합알코올제조에 관한 반응속도론적 모델을 유도하였다. CO 삽입기구로 설명될 수 있는 선형혼합알코올의 합성, 생성물의 전화율 및 선택도를 잘 표현할 수 있는 반응속도식을 유도하여 보다 확고한 반응경로를 확립하였다. 반응중간체에 정상상태가정을 사용하여, 40개의 비선형연립 미분방정식의 형태로 반응속도식을 유도하였다. 유도된 반응속도식은 반응실험조건내의 실험값을 잘 예측하였으며, 이로부터 촉매의 활성에 대한 반응조건의 영향을 아울러 고찰하였다. 알코올류의 생성을 위한 최적온도는 320℃ 부근이었으며, 압력은 높을수록 알코올류의 생성에 유리하였다. A kinetic model on the synthesis of mixed alcohol from CO and H₂ over K/MoS₂ catalyst has been developed. The formation of linear mixed alcohol can be elucidated by CO insertion mechanism so that a rigorous kinetic network has been developed to derive the kinetic model that well describes the conversion and selectivity of products. Kinetic model derived in this study consists of 40 coupled nonlinear differential equations with the steady state approximation for reaction intermediates. The model well predicted the experimental observations within the experimental condition. The effect of reaction conditions on the catalytic activity was also examined. Optimal temperature of CO conversion for alcohols was ca. 320℃ and the higher the reactor pressure the more alcohols are produced.
