        HK-1000 약침이 흰쥐의 고지혈증 및 동맥경화증에 미치는 영향

        Objective&Methods: The purpose of this study is to observe the effects of HK-1000 Herbal-acupuncture solution at GB34(Yangleungchean) on hyperlipidemia and arteriosclerosis in rats. The author performed several experimental items to analyze the levels of various components and enzymes in serum, urine and liver, as well as the histological change of liver and aorta. Results: 1. HK-1000 herbal-acupuncture infusion increased the cell viability rate, DPPH radical scavenging activity and HMG-CoA reductase inhibition rate in rat liver cells. 2. The levels of total cholesterol, free cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, phospholipid in serum and AI(atherogenic index) were decreased, and the ratio of HDL to TCL(HDL/TCL) and the level of TG in serum were increased as compared with those of the control group. 3. In the HK-1000 group, serum AST and ALT were significantly lower than those of the HG group and saline group. 4. Hepatic GSH and catalase activities were significantly increased as compared with those of the saline group. Conclusions: From the above results, it is suggested that HK-1000 herbal-acupuncture at GB34 has a therapeutic effect on hyperlipidemia and arteriosclerosis.

        길경약침(桔梗藥鍼)의 천식억제(喘息抑制) 및 면역조절효과(免疫調節效果)에 대(對)한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Asthma-depression and Immunoregulation with PR-HAS(Herbal-acupuncture with Platycodi Radix infusion solution) infection at Joksamni(St36) on ovalbumin-induced asthma in mice. Methods : C57BL/6 mice were sensitized and challenged with OVA(ovalbumin) for 12 weeks(once a week). The experimental group(OVA-PR-HA) was treated with concentrations(1%) of PR-HAS at Joksamni(St36) for the later 8 weeks(3times/week). The second experimental group(OVA-Needle prick) was treated with Needle-Prick at Joksamni(St36) for the later 8 weeks(3times/week). Results : 1. The weight and total cells in the mice lung treated with PR-HA decreased significantly compared with that of control group. 2. Total leukocytes and eosinophils in BALF of the mice group treated with PR-HA decreased remarkably compared with those of control group. 3. The sticking of collagen on histological analysis of lung sections, the mice group treated with PR-HA decreased significantly compared with those of control group. 4. The concentrations of IL-4, IL-5, IgE in BALF, and IL-4, IL-5, IL-13 in serum of the mice group treated with PR-HA decreased significantly compared with those of control group. 5. The number of Gr-1+/CD11b+ and CD11b+ cells in the lungs of the mice group treated with PR-HA decreased significantly compared with that of control group. 6. The numbers of CCR3+ cells, CD4+ cells and CD8+ cells in the lungs, and CD3e+/CD69+ in the lungs of the mice group treated with PA-HA decreased significantly compared with those of control group. 7. The mRNA expression of ${\beta}$-actin, TNF-${\alpha}$, IL-4, IL-5, IL-13 in the mice group treated with PR-HA with RT-PCR decreased significantly compared with those of control group. Conclusions : These result suggests that Platycodi Radix Herbal-acupuncture at Joksamni(St36) in C57BL/6mice may be an effictive part to OVA-induced asthma in C57BL/6 mice.

        위나선균양성 특발성혈소판감소성자반증에서 위나선균박멸요법의 효과: 증례 연구

        Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is a potentially life-threatening condition characterised by thrombocytopenia and mediated by an autoimmune mechanism. Several recent studies have suggested that an association exists between H. pylori eradication and improvement in platelet count in a significant proportion of patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. This study confirmed the efficacy of H. pylori eradication in increasing the platelet count in steroid refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients. Eradication therapy is simple and inexpensive, with limited toxicity and the advantage of avoiding long-term immunosuppressive treatment.

        전남 무안의 농어촌지역에서 서식지 유형별 조류군집의 특성 비교

        본 연구는 전라남도 무안군 농어촌지역 일대(약 30㎢)에서 서식지 유형에 따른 조류의 군집특성을 비교 분석하기 위하여, 2007년 6월부터 2008년 2월까지 9회에 걸쳐 조류 센서스를 실시하였다. 10개 유형의 서식지에서 논병아리류 3종, 백로류 7종, 오리류 17종, 섭금류 14종, 갈매기류 4종, 맹금류 8종, 참새목조류 39종, 기타 13종으로 총 105종 9,063개체의 조류가 관찰되었으며, 17종 4,680개체가 관찰된 오리류가 우점 분류군으로 나타났다. 저수지에서는 논병아리류, 백로류, 오리류의 이용비율이 높았으며, 갯벌에서는 섭금류와 갈매기류, 초지에서는 맹금류와 참새목조류의 이용비율이 높게 나타났다. 서식지 유형별 종수, 개체수, 종다양도, 종풍부도는 각 유형간에 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 저수지, 논, 초지, 침활혼효림이 다른 유형보다 높았다. 유사도지수(RO)를 이용한 UPGMA 군집분석 결과, 갯벌과 저수지, 논과 갈대밭, 하천과 그 외 유형들이 유사한 것으로 나타났다. To perform comparative analysis of the characteristics of bird community according to habitat types, we conducted a survey on avifauna nine times in rural area of Muan-gun, Jeonam Province divided into 10 types of habitats, between June 2007 and February 2008. Total 105 species and 9,063 individuals, including 3 species of grebes, 7 species of herons, 17 species of ducks, 14 species of waders, 4 species of gulls, 8 species of raptors, 39 species of passerine, and 13 other species, were observed. Of them, ducks were the most dominant group with 17 species and 4,680 individuals. In use rates for habitat types, grebes, herons, and ducks were high at reservoir, and waders and gulls were high at the tidal flat, and raptors and passerine were high at the grassland. The mean number of species, individuals, species diversity (H’), and species richness (R’) were significant differences between each habitat type. All of these index were higher in reservoir, paddy field, grassland and mixed forest than in the others. Cluster analysis by Unweighted Pair-group Method using Arithmetic Average (UPGMA) applying similarity index (Ro) revealed that tidal flat and reservoir, paddy field and reed field, river and the other types were similar to one another.

        시화호 남측 초지지역의 조류 군집 특성

        This study was characteristics of bird community conducted to from 2009 to 2010 in Sihwa South Grassland, Gyeonggi-do, Korea. Total 49 species were recorded and the sum of maximum counts was 2,258 individuals. Species diversity was 2.21 and the species richness was 6.22. In South Reclaimed , we recorded maximum score of 38 species. and maximum score of 1,083 individuals in Dinosaur Egg Fossil. Comparison between areas were use average species diversity and species richness. Mostly Dinosaur Egg Fossil and South Reclaimed were higher than Sihwa Lake upstream. As a results of the ANOVA test, all areas were different. also, Sihwa Lake upstream only difference was that the bird community. In the season there was a significant difference between the Number of species and species richness. Number of species and species richness were significant differences depending on the season. but individuals and species diversity were no significant differences. In the year there was a no significant difference between the Number of species and individuals. but species diversity and species richness were significant differences. As a result , Between areas was different patterns of bird communities. but including water space Dinosaur Egg Fossil and South Reclaimed were showed a similar bird communities and bird diversity was higher. In the season, the resident was using of consistent patterns. but, There were differences depending on the migratory patterns of populations. In the year, every year was communities of a similar patterns. Sihwa South Grassland is of the high conservation value ecosystem as the only domestic. Propose an opinion for maintaining biodiversity when planning future habitat composition and environmental decrease.

        표면균열 무해화 기술을 이용한 STS316L 강의 피로특성에 대한 신뢰성 향상

        균열은 강 구조물의 성능 및 신뢰성을 저하시키므로, 많은 연구자는 구조물의 안전 및 유지 관리를 위하여 균열 문제를 해결하려고 노력하고 있다. 최근, 피닝에 의한 압축 잔류 응력의 영향으로 피로 한도를 낮추는 표면균열을 무해화하는 기술이 개발되고 있다. 이 기술을 표면균열 무해화 기술이라 한다. 본 연구에서는 표면균열 무해화 기술로 Ni 12% STS316 강의 신뢰성 향상에 기여하기 위해 연구를 수행하였다. 초음파 피닝(UP: ultrasonic peening)에 의한 무해화 가능 균열 깊이(ahlm)는 압축 잔류응력의 영향이 크다. ahlm은 하한계응력확대계수(ΔKth(l) )와 균열 형상비(As)가 커짐에 따라서 크다. 큰 잔류응력에서 균열은 진전하지 않고 무해화되었다. 또한 가정한 안전율(N)에서의 최대균열 깊이(acrN), ahlm 및 비파괴검사로 검출 가능한 균열 깊이(aNDI)의 관계를 비교하였다. Cracks degrade the performance and reliability of steel structures; hence, researchers are extensively investigating solutions to the crack problem to ensure safety and easy maintenance of structures. A new technique has been developed in this work to render surface cracks harmless, which also reduces the fatigue limit by the influences of compressive residual stress caused by peening; this technique is referred to as surface crack non-damaging technology. This study aims to contribute toward reliability improvement of the of Ni 12% STS316 steel via the surface crack nondamaging technology. The crack depth (ahlm) that could be rendered harmless by ultrasonic peening (UP) was largely dependent on the compressive residual stress. Further, ahlm increased as the crack aspect ratio (As) and threshold stress intensity factor (ΔKth(l)) increase. At large residual stress, the crack did not propagate and were rendered harmless. The relationship between ahlm, aNDI (the crack depth that can detected by nondestructive inspection), and acrN (the maximum crack depth in the assumed safety factor) were compared.
