호흡곤란증후군과 기관지폐이형성증 예측 인자로서의 미숙아 제대혈 IL-10, IL-12

목 적 : 최근 RDS나 BPD이 폐의 미성숙함 뿐만 아니라 손상과 재생, 염증 반응 기전이 관여할 것이라는 주장과 연구들이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미숙아의 제대혈에서 IL-10, IL-12를 측정하여 RDS, BPD 발생의 관련성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 방 법 : 2003년 1월부터 2005년 6월까지 임신 중기부터 이대 목동 병원에서 산전 관리를 받고 보호자 동의하에 제대혈 검사가 가능하였던 재태 기간 34주 미만의 미숙아 40명을 대상으로 하였다. 출생 당시 제대혈을 채취하여 혈청 분리 후 영하 $70^{\circ}C$에 보관하였다가 ELISA법을 이용하여 IL-10, IL-12를 측정하였고, 각 주수 기간에 따라 RDS가 있는 군(RDS군)과 RDS가 없는 군(non-RDS군)으로, 그리고 RDS군내에서 BPD가 있는 군(BPD군)과 BPD가 없는 군(non-BPD군)으로 나누어 IL-10, IL-12 및 임상자료들을 비교하고 분석하였다. 이들의 임상적인 자료는 의무기록을 통하여 후향적인 방법으로 얻었다. 결 과 : IL-10은 재태 연령(r=-0.391, P=0.005)이나 출생체중(r=-0.442, P=0.001)과 역의 상관관계가 있었고, IL-12는 재태 연령이나 출생체중과는 상관관계가 없었다. 30-34주 사이의 미숙아를 대상으로 보았을 때 RDS군에서 non-RDS군에 비해 의미 있게 높은 IL-10수치를 나타냈다(1.0 vs 0.1 pg/mL; P=0.001). 하지만 IL-12는 두 군 간의 유의한 차이가 없었다. BPD군과 non-BPD군을 비교하면 IL-10, IL-12 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결 론 : 제대혈 IL-10 농도는 태아의 성숙도를 예측하는 지표로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각되고, 높은 IL-10의 수치로 RDS로의 이환을 예측하는 지표로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 그러나 제대혈 IL-10이 BPD로의 이환을 예측하기는 어려울 것으로 보이며, 이에 대한 연구가 더 필요할 것으로 보인다. Purpose : Inflammation plays a major role in the pathogenesis of RDS and BPD in the immature lung. We investigated the possible role of IL-10 and IL-12 in the cord blood of preterm newborns with RDS or BPD. Methods : Forty preterm newborns whose mothers received antenatal care at Ewha Womans University Mokdong Hospital between January 2003 to June 2005, and agreed to testing their cord blood samples were enrolled. The gestational ages were below 34 weeks. Cord blood level of IL-10 and IL-12 were determined by ELISA. We separated the patients into 2 groups (RDS group and non-RDS group, BPD group and non-BPD group) and compared the cytokine levels and clinical records of the groups. Results : Cord blood IL-10 level showed a significant inverse correlation with gestational age and birth weight (P=0.001, P=0.005). Preterm infants with RDS showed higher IL-10 level (1.0 vs 0.1 pg/mL; P=0.001) in the cord blood than those without RDS. The differences remained statistically significant after correction for the effect of gestational age between both preterm groups. Despite similar cord blood IL-10 levels, preterm infants with BPD showed no significant difference with those without BPD. Conclusion : Cord blood IL-10 levels are increased in preterm infants which may be due to the immuno-suppression occurring during pregnancy and to fetal immaturity because these levels are inversely correlated with the gestational age. So, Cord blood IL-10 level can be used as the predictor of RDS.

청간소요산가미방(淸肝逍遙散加味方)으로 호전(好轉)시킨 울증(鬱症) 환자 치험 3례

Objective : This study was designed to report the clinical effects of Cheonggan-soyosan-gamibang on patients who have suffered from UL-symptom(鬱症). Method : Patients complained of a headache, dizziness, chest discomfort, burning feeling, indigestion. Anorexia, insomnia, and fatigue, etc. We concluded that these symptoms are UL-symptoms(鬱症). Therefore, we treated patients with oriental medicine, especially Cheonggan-soyosan-gamibang, and found that those symptoms and signs were improved by VAS, which is visual analogue scale. Result : After patients were treated with Cheonggan-soyosan-gamibang, symptoms and signs were improved by VAS. Conclusion : Through this study, Cheonggan-soyosan-gamibang on patients who have suffered from UL-symptoms(鬱症), proved to be effective.

바이러스성출혈성패혈증바이러스에 대한 식물 추출물의 항바이러스 효능 탐색

Since viral haemorrhagic septicaemia virus (VHSV) was first reported in European rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) in the 1930s, it has caused high prices in freshwater and saltwater fish around the world, causing enormous economic damage to the aquaculture industry. We have been seeking required countermeasures against viruses because of economic damage to the aquaculture industry. However, commercial vaccines have the limitations of being costly to use in farms and being effective to only one pathogen. The aquaculture industry these days is taking on new alternatives to vaccines, antibiotics and chemicals. In this study, the suitability of antiviral effects against VHSV was evaluated in vitro for various plant extracts to judge their effectiveness. Atriplex gmelinii, Ixeris repens, Arctium lappa, and Sargassum coreanum were tested to know the correlation between the amount of virus and the concentration of extract investigates if these extracts have antiviral effects. Virus and extracts at various concentrations were inoculated simultaneously as 1:1 ratio into EPC cell lines. There are no antiviral effects with Atriplex gmelinii, Ixeris repens and Arctium lappa. Extract of Sargassum coreanum only has the antiviral activity in a dose-dependent manner. These results show that extract of Sargassum coreanum can be used in aquaculture industry as an antiviral materials.

paralytic ileus and urinary tract infection(UTI) are common complications in stroke patient. A 78-year-old women was admitted because of right hemiparesis, motor aphasia due to 2nd cerebrovascular accident this patient had problem of paralytic ileus and UTI. without Western medical treatment, patient's symptom, sign and laborotory findings were improved through Korean medical treatment. so, we report it for the better treatment.

남세균 혼입 생체 건축 자재 생산을 위한 무시멘트 젤라틴 블록 실험적 연구

본 연구는 남세균 혼입 무시멘트 생체 건축 자재 생산을 위한 기초적인 실험으로, ISO Sand와 바인더로써 젤라틴 용액이 사용되었으며, 5 t 및 7.5 t의 하중으로 압착하여 50mm X 50mm X 15mm 무시멘트 모래 블록을 제작하였다. 실험 결과, 7.5 t 하중으로 제작한 모래 블록의 강도가 5 t 블록보다 20% 더 높은 강도를 보였다. This research is an experimental research on development of living building material without cement. The sand blocks were produced by applying 5 and 7.5 ton each. As a result, the sand block made by 7.5 ton was 20% stronger than that of 5 ton.

의도된 언어 전략적 장치로서의 중의성 - 광고 카피를 중심으로 -

그동안 광고 언어를 언어 순화의 대상으로 삼아야 한다는 논의가 많았다. 그러나 광고 언어는 의도된 장치로서 언어적 전략을 사용하는 경우가 많다. 그중에서도 대표적인 언어 전략으로 ‘중의성’이 있는데 본 연구는 ‘광고 카피에서 본 의도된 장치로서의 언어 전략인 중의성’에 대해 살펴본다. 그리고 이러한 중의성의 유형을 어휘적 중의성, 은유적 중의성, 상징적 중의성으로 나누고, 어휘적 중의성은 다시 적용의 전이에 의한 의미 양상과 인접성의 전이에 의한 의미 양상으로 나누었다. 이러한 조작적 중의성 유형에 따라 광고 카피가 어떠한 양상으로 실현되는지를 광고 카피를 대상으로 분류하고, 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 광고 카피는 수용자에게 제품의 명확한 인식과 인지도 향상을 위하여 제품명을 광고 카피에 의도적으로 사용하는 경우가 많았고, 제품에 대한 기존의 관념을 전환시키기 위해 제품명을 광고 카피에 의도적으로 사용하는 경우도 있었다. 이 외에도 문법, 의미적으로 공기할 수 없는 논항 구조임에도 불구하고 의도적으로 형성시켜서 새로운 의미를 만들어내기도 하였다. 그리고 어휘 관계와 문법, 의미적으로 공기할 수 있는 논항 관계임에도 불구하고 의도적 중의성을 활용하여 의미를 표현하는 경우도 있었다. 짧은 시간 내에 소기의 광고 목적을 달성해야 하는 광고의 특징을 고려해 볼 때, 광고 언어는 단순히 언어 순화의 대상으로만 볼 문제의 것이 아니라는 것을 알 수 있다. 오히려 중의성을 활용한 광고 언어가 의도된 언어적 장치로서 활용된다는 점에 착안하여, 의도된 중의성을 어떻게 활용할 수 있는가에 더욱 집중해야 할 것이다. 의도된 중의성은 소기의 목적을 효율적이고 집약적으로 전달할 수 있다는 점에서 매력적인 언어 장치라고 할 수 있기 때문이다. The purpose of this paper is to find out ambiguity as a strategic language device of ad copy. And these types of lexical ambiguity, metaphorical ambiguity, symbolic ambiguity was divided, re-apply the last name of the lexical meaning of the transition by means of transfer of patterns and adjacent were divided into patterns. Depending on the type of ambiguity, these operational aspects of any advertising copy were examined. As a result, ad copy and a clear recognition of the product to consumers in order to improve product awareness and advertising copy, if you had intentionally used, the conversion of conventional wisdom about the product to satisfy the additional product in the ad copy if you intentionally use were also. In addition, grammar, and semantic argument structure can not be co-occurred despite the formation of a new meaning, words can not give religious meaning to the relationship despite the formation of the lexical relationship. Relationships and vocabulary and grammar, semantically related co-occuring despite the argument making use of the intentional meaning of the cases had to express. Within a short time to achieve the desired target advertising when you consider that the ad features, ad language is seen as simply a language problem of domestication, not the destination that can be seen. Rather than using the ambiguity of the ad is intended to be used as a linguistic device.

A Study on IISS Software Architecture of Combat Management System for improving modifiability

정보저장 소프트웨어는 DSS(Data Sharing Service), UDP와 같은 통신 방식을 사용하여 전투관리체계에서 송/수신되는 모든 메시지를 분석컴퓨터로 전송하는 기능을 수행한다. 정보저장 소프트웨어는 전투관리체계에서 사용되는 모든 메시지를 처리하기 때문에 소스코드의 규모가 크며 메시지 변화에 의존성이 강한 특성을 가진다. 소프트웨어의 수정은 연쇄적으로 소프트웨어 신뢰성 시험과 같은 많은 노동력을 요구하는 작업이 발생하기 때문에, 소프트웨어 수정 최소화를 비롯한 소프트웨어 개발 비용 절감을 위한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전투관리체계 정보저장 소프트웨어의 메시지 변화에 대한 의존성을 최소화하고 수정 용이성의 향상을 위한 메시지 수신 방식 및 아키텍처 구조개선 방안을 연구하였다. DSS와 UDP 프로토콜을 통하여 메시지를 송/수신하던 기존의 방식을 Packet Sniffing으로 변경함으로써 메시지에 대한 의존성을 줄였으며 팩토리 메소드 패턴(Factory Method Pattern)을 적용하여 소프트웨어 설계를 개선하였다. 기존 소프트웨어와 개발 요소를 비교하는 시험을 통해 소프트웨어의 수정 용이성과 재사용성이 향상 된 것을 확인하였다. The IISS(Integrated Interface Storage System) software uses communication methods such as DSS(Data Sharing Service), UDP to perform the function of sending all messages from the Combat Management System to the analytical computer. Because IISS software handles all message used in the Combat Management System, the source code is large and has a highly dependent feature on message changes. Modification of software is a task that requires a lot of labor, such as series of software reliability test. so research has been conducted to reduce software development costs, including minimizing software modifications. In this paper, We study the method of messages receiving and architectural structure improvement to minimize reliance on message changes in the Combat Management System and improve the modifiability. Reduced message dependency by changing the way DSS and UDP protocols are communicated to Packet Sniffing. In addition, Factory Method Pattern were applied to improve the software design. Test comparing existing software and development elements have confirmed that the software has improved its modifiability and reuse.

아이치트리엔날레와 ‘표현의 부자유’전

2019년 국제예술제인 아이치트리엔날레에서 기획전으로 ‘표현의 부자유전, 그 후’가 마련되었다. 이 전시회는 특히 2014년 이후 검열의 대상이 되었던 작품을 전시하였는데 여기에는 한국의 작가들도 다수 참가하였고 소녀상도 있었다. 그러나 전시는 항의를 받아 3일 만에 중지되었고, 논란 끝에 극적으로 재개되었으나 일주일간 사전 예약을 받은 사람들에게 제한적으로 관람이 허용됐다. 이 연구는 전통적인 정의의 여신상이 아닌 새로운 형태의 정의의 여인상이 등장하고 있는 현상에 주목한다. 그리고 소녀상이 예술작품일 뿐만 아니라 정의의 알레고리를 동원하는 정의의 여인상이라는 점을 드러내고자 하였다. 예술작품으로서 조각상에서 나타나는 정의의 알레고리는 정의에 참여하는 감정을 일으킨다. 이와 같은 정의감의 순화는 예술작품을 통한 감정의 호혜적인 교류가 사랑으로 이어지는 가능성에 달려 있다. “After Freedom of Expression” was prepared as a special exhibition at the Aichi Triennale, the international art festival in 2019. This exhibition presented works that are relating to censorship, especially since 2014. Many Korean artists participated in this exhibition, and there was the girl bronze statue. However, the exhibition was protested, stopped for the first time in three days, and resumed dramatically after the discussion. The restarted exhibition was limited to those who had made a reservation one week ago. In this study, this article takes the current situation into consideration in which the girl bronze statue with a new definition appearing instead of a traditional goddess statue of justice. And the girl bronze statue was not only a work of art, but also tried to express the point of being a goddess statue of justice which mobilizes allegory of justice. As an art work, the allegory of justice displayed in this statue raises the feeling of participating in justice. This purification of justice depends on the possibility that reciprocal exchange of emotions through art works can lead to love.

7차 교육과정 중,고등학교 영어 교과서의 의사소통 기능의 연계성 연구

This paper addresses the questions of to what extent the presentation of communicative functions in the middle and high school English textbooks of the7th national curriculum is appropriate for the level of language mastery (in L1 and L2) of students and how effectively these communicative functions have been distributed and revisited. An examination of seven English textbooks from seventh to tenth grade reveals the following results. First, the distribution of communicative functions in the textbooks is not well-balanced. Thecommunicative functions for socialization, exchange of information and intelligent attitudes are sufficiently dealt with, but those for imagination and moral attitudes are not. Second, a few of the textbooks fail to provide subcategories of some major types of communicative functions of high frequency. Third, only a few communicative functions are presented in a cyclic fashion. These findings suggest that more careful attention be paid to the presentation and distribution of communicative functions in the design of English textbooks.
