초소형 전원발생장치를 위한 축전 회로

본 논문에서는 초소형 전원발생장치의 구현 방법에 따라 최대 출력을 얻을 수 있는 충전회로를 제안하였으며, 초소형 전원발생장치의 등 가회로를 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 시뮬레이션을 하여 실제 실험과 비슷한 출력을 얻어 내었고, 초소형 전원 발생장치를 압전소자를 이용하여 구현하는 경우에는 누성전류가 작은 다이오드를 사용해야 하며, 유도기전력을 이용하여 구현하는 경우에는 전압강하가 작은 다이오드를 사용해야 한다는 것을 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

통합 대한체육회의 비전과 정책목표: 비평과 과제

The establishment of the vision and policy objectives of the Korean Olympic Committee is as important as a plan in an architectural process. Thus, this study has the objective of recording and criticizing the recently issued institutional data and seeking future tasks, in order to propose improved vision and policy objectives. With respect to the vision of the Korean Olympic Committee, ‘happiness’ is yearned by all individuals and societies, however, since Korea`s happiness index is comparatively low to other countries, we believe that the setting of ‘happy Korea by sports’ as a vision is very reasonable. However, the policy objectives of the Korean Olympic Committee is categorized into sports enjoyed for a lifetime, sports that increases national status, sports of a virtuous cycle, and sports loved by the nation. The most important direction is the virtuous cycle system. But, the virtuous structure between sport for all (school sport) and elite sport is not clearly explained. Accordingly, the future tasks of the Korean Olympic Committee include the construction of a virtuous cycle structure between sports facilities, programs, and instructors; a virtuous cycle structure between the Korean Olympic Committee, the Central Event Groups and provincial branches (including those of small districts); and lastly, a virtuous cycle structure between the government (central and local), the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, the Korean Olympic Committee, and affiliate groups.

당뇨병 환자를 위한 혈당조절 장치

당뇨병 환자들은 병을 더 악화시키는 것을 막기 위해 혈당조절이 필요하다. 환자들이 조절을 할 수 있도록, 무게측정 센서를 이용하여 먹은 음식의 무게를 측정해서 음식 무게에 따른 혈당을 계산하고, 자이로 센서를 이용하여 걸음 횟수를 측정하는 장치를 구현하였다. 정해진 시간에 인슐린 주사를 맞을 수 있도록 RTC 모듈을 사용하여 지정한 시간에 알람을 울릴 수 있도록 설계하였다. 또한, 와이파이 모듈을 이용하여 하루에 걸은 횟수와 먹은 혈당량을 데이터베이스화시켜 본인이 얼마나 혈당을 잘 조절하였는지 확인할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 이로 인해 당뇨병 환자들에게 이전보다 더 잘 혈당을 조절할 수 있는 환경을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. Diabetics need blood sugar control to prevent further exacerbation of the disease. In order for patients to control it, blood sugar according to the weight of the food will be calculated by measuring the weight of the food they ate using a weight-measuring sensor, and a device for measuring the number of steps was implemented using a Gyro sensor. We designed the device to sound an alarm at a specified time using an RTC module for regular insulin injections. In addition, the Wi-Fi module is used to database the number of walks a day and the amount of blood sugar eaten so that patients can see how well they controlled blood sugar. It is expected to provide diabetics with a better environment to control blood sugar than before.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the Christian view onpeace ideology of the modern Olympic movement. The findings of the study can be summarized as the followings : 1. The sovereignty of peace is different. The Olympics means humanity, but the Christian view means Jesus Christ. 2. The Olympics emphasizes one world, but the Christian emphasizes the peace of spirit and Kingdom of God. 3. The christianty rejects the peace of Olympics therefore they are not in the same category.

Regarding the end of cold war system and the sport exchange, 1) North Korea felt a tension because of end of a cold war due to collapse of communist contries. As a result, North Korea cannot help groping for a transition of diplomatic policy to a direction of accepting a economic cooperation and cross approval with eastern countries including America and Japan for a safty and development. That is, North Korea experiened a sense of crisis, and was prepared for reactive method to east-west relation and style of communist block which changed fast since 1989. 2) North Korea made an effort to improve the relation with America and Japan to break the economic difficulties, to avoid the diplomatic isolation, and to secure legitimacy of Kim Jungil`s regime, to maintain stability and to minimize the threat of security. North Korea tried to improve the relation with America by using nuclear cards for a normal relation. However, America and Japanese government suggested the improvement of relation between South and North Korea. North Korea knew that to continue a meeting for normalization of diplomatic relations did not have justification without stopping a state of tension with South Korea. Specifically, America emphisized that a basic condition for improvement of relation with North Korea is a practical security for stability, peace, and prosperity in the Korean peninsula through the improvement of relation between two Koreas. This means that defence commitment on South Korea cannot a object of negotiation between North Korea and America, and America will not take a neutral position in the relation between two Koreas, and will drive the speed of improving the relation between America and North Korea in relation to the progress of relation between South and North Korea. 3) North Korea`s sense of crisis make her improve the relation with America and Japan, and the relation of South Korea with America and Japan make North Korea have freindly relation with South Korea. From this point of view the sport exchange between South and North korea is performed. This can be considered to be a way of North Korea`s effort for improving the relation with America and Japan as a counter-measure for the end of a cold war. 4) The possibility of change in North Korea in developmental model of sport exchange can be explained by economic factors. Moreover, the political purpose can demand an economic sacrifice in North Korea which the principle of priority of politics is kept. However, North Korea will not continue the policy of shutdown like the present. When considered the continuing economic stagnation, North Korea is considered to assert the need of reform and open, not the dualism and conservatism because this is directly related to the maintenance of political system. The reformed leaders will appear in North Korea if Kim Jungil`s regime fail to solve the present questions. The sport exchange in the present conservative system will function politically for maximizing the political peace offensive. But the reform and open system will maximize the promotion of mutual exchange and the exchange effect. South Korea`s collaborative plan for Korean people`s unfication is composed of three steps, that is, 1) reconcliation and cooperation, 2) coalition of South and North Korea, 3) one nation for one people. Based upon these steps the sport exchange can be performed classified into 1) exchange consideration stage, 2) exchange, cooperation stage, and 3) equality improvement stage. The basis for a union of sport culture of South and North Korea is formed, for example, the invitation, participation, and exchane between specific areas, a basic union for sport culture of South Korea and North Korea should be formed (ex. agreement conclusion of sport exchange and regular exchange between single events). After that, a unition for sport culture of South and North Korea will be supplemented and developed (ex. mutual exchange of players for trainning, joining together

체육철학 : 바롬 고황경의 교육사상과 체육교육

Dr. Whang-Kyung Koh a.k.a. Bahrom was brought up in a Christian family. She has wielded considerable influence on the education and feminine sectors in Korea asan educator, a university chancellor, the head of a civic organization, and a female Christian leader.Although Bahrom majored in sociology and laws rather than physical education, she managed a university and prepared a physical education program. This program was regarded as unique and ahead of its time. The author believes that the program is considerably related to her educational thought and aims to determine the relationship between her educational thought and physical education program.The educational thought of Bahrom can be largely grouped into moral education, practical education, quality education, and lifelong education. Her physical education program was developed based on such educational thought and broken down into regular subjects, special subjects, and club activities. The regular and special subjects included cycling, skating, swimming, and judo. Students could not graduate unless they completed these subjects. Other physical education subjects such as golf, Western archery, volleyball, and softball were especially added and emphasized as regular optional subjects or club activity subject. Cycling, skating, swimming, and judo were all in the school subjects not only because they were intended to improve the health of students but also because they met Bahrom’s practical education thought of everyday practicality.Cycling was a means of transportation. On the other hand, ice sports and swimming were designed to enable students to adapt to nature and learn to practice safety. Likewise, judo was considered a means of self-defense. During Bahrom’s time, even athletes regarded golf as an extravagant and a luxury sport. Nonetheless, she selected the sport as a school subject because she wanted to differentiate her school from others and train her students to become promising female leaders. Bahrom’s moral education and quality education were reflected in a high-class sprot such as golf, which respects social fellowship and etiquette. Volleyball and softball were intended to help students adapt to society, i.e., socialization. Realizing oneself in a community was one of the goals of Bahrom’s moral education. Western archery was useful in mind control training: it could also be enjoyed by both normal and differently abled people.Bahrom’s educational thought and physical education program were very meaningful not only during her time but also today especially since it is not easy to create sense of balance and sympathy zone. For example, physical education programs(i.e., cycling) contribute to the preservation of the natural environment and the maintenance and development of health of modern people who are living in urban areas that have inappropriate surroundings and suffering from lack of physical exercises. Furthermore, saving the energy of society is essential. The author believes that considering how physical education programs should be operated and executed in the present and future societies requires investigating further and highlighting Bahrom’s educational thought and developing her physical education program.

유연체 모션시스템의 진동억제를 위한 명령성형필터의 시간지연 값 학습

The performance of the direct adaptive time-delay filter depends on the select time-delay. In this paper, the authors introduce a new scheme to adapt the time-delay which is to be used in conjunction with the direct adaptive command shaping for the improved vibration suppression in flexible motion system. In order to formulate the time-delay adaptation scheme, the authors have analyzed the effect of the time-delay value on the performance of the direct adaptive command shaping filter. By modifying the direct adaptation formula based on the analysis result the authors have established a set of equations to adapt the time-delay toward the optimal value. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed time-delay adaptation approach for the improved vibration suppression.

간벌 강도가 V영급 잣나무림의 증산과 생산성에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 간벌 강도가 V영급 잣나무림의 임분 증산량과 생산성에 미치는 영향을 2년 동안 연구하였다. 간벌은 임분에서 일정 부분만을 제거하는 것을 뜻하며, 잔존목 사이의 경쟁을 줄여생산성을 향상시키고, 화재 위험성을 줄이며 건강한 숲을 유지하기 위해 널리 시행되는 산림 시업이다. 이러한 간벌로 인해 임내 광환경, 포차, 가용 토양수분량 등의 임내 미세환경이 변화하게 되고, 이로 인해 수목의 수분이용량과 생산성 역시 변화하게 된다. 이러한 간벌의 효과를 정량화하기 위해 2012년 3월에 2가지 강도로 간벌을 시행하였다. 증산은 Granier 타입의 열손실탐침법을 이용하여 측정하였으며, 생산량을 추정하기 위한 직경생장량의 변화는 직경생장밴드를 이용하여 측정하였다. 순생산량은 직경변화량과 상대생장식을 이용하여 추정하였다. 2012년도와 2013년도의 기상조건은 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 2012년도의 임분 증산량은 약도 간벌지에서 약 20%, 강도 간벌 간벌지에서 약 42% 감소하였다. 개체 당 증산량은 간벌지가 무간벌지 보다 높았지만, 간벌로 인한 수목 감소량을 보상하지 못하였다. 증산량과 마찬가지로 개체 당 생산성은 약도 간벌지에서 약 8%, 강도간벌지에서 약 21% 증가하였지만, 임분 순생산량은 오히려 약도간벌지에서 20%, 강도 간벌지에서 31% 감소하였다. 그 결과로 수분이용효율은 강도 간벌지에서만 증가하였다. 2013년도의 경우, 임분 증산량은 약도 간벌지에서 19%, 강도 간벌지에서 37% 감소하였다. 강도 간벌지의 경우, 2012년도에 비해 강도 간벌지의 임분 증산량의 감소가 줄어들었으며, 이는 개체당 증산량의 증가에 기인하였다. 개체 당 생산성은 간벌지에서 증가하였으나, 약도 간벌지의 경우 약4%에 불과하였으며 강도 간벌지에서만 27% 증가하였다. 임분 순생산량은 약도 간벌지에서 23%, 강도 간벌지에서 28% 감소하였다. 그 결과로 강도 간벌지에서만 수분이용효율이 증가하였다. 이 결과는 간벌 강도에 따라 잔존목의 생산성 및 증산량에 차이가 있음을 보여준다.
