        뉴타운에서의 공동주택디자인 규제에 관한 연구

        These days, a building design tends to be determined by effect of regulation besides owner, as various restriction and inducement about the building design is institutionalized. This first effect is the district unit plan area. Basically, the district unit plan is based on the National Territory Utilization and Management Act, buildings exceeding certain scale should be regulated in locations, shapes and colours by the law. Secondarily, certain building designed under the regulations would be taken into deliberation by city council( or committee) to settle the case. Under these hypothesis, the purpose of this study is to examine how building design can be affected by the factors mentioned above and the pertinence of the effects with the case of Apartment houses in Su-wan, Gwang-ju.

      • 군 병원의 옥내 급수관 수질검사를 통한 먹는 물 안정성 제고

        Objectives: For the purpose of evaluating the aging degree of the water supply line and supplementing the safety of the water to be consumed, the water inspection of the indoor water supply line was carried out in all the buildings in the 14 military hospitals using the subordinate waterworks by Armed Forces Medical Command Methods; Immediately after tapping the faucet that had been locked for at least six hours in one of the faucets in each hospital and affiliated facility, 1L of water was taken from the aseptic water container. The test items were 7 items including pH, turbidity, chromaticity, iron, copper, zinc and lead. The primary water inspection was commissioned by the Food Inspection Unit in the Army. The second inspection of the unsuitable water source was commissioned to Gyeonggi-do Institute of Health and Environment. Results: As a result of analysis of 116 test samples in 14 military hospitals, the incompatibility rates were 28.6%, 25.0%, 20.0% and 11.1% respectively in 4 military hospitals. The frequency of nonconformities was turbidity, chromaticity, iron, cooper and zinc. No lead items that could have adverse health effects were detected. Inadequate buildings were apartments, religious facilities, visitors' homes, and welfare centers. There were no abnormality in the result of examination of main buildings of 14 military hospitals. Conclusions: With the revision of the water supply law in July 2016, the medical institution was selected as a subject to be examined by the water quality inspection of indoor water pipe. In line with this, Armed Forces Medical Command is also going to conduct an indoor water inspection in every two years from 2017. Indoor water supply pipe water inspection is considered to be necessary to extend to the Ministry of National Defense in order to secure the water safety for soldiers.
