        중풍환자에서 수족냉증과 적혈구변형능의 관련성 연구

        Objectives : Coldness of hands and feet has been regarded to be associated with blood circulation. This study was performed to assess the correlation between erythrocyte deformability and coldness of hands and feet. Methods : 145 patients who had taken an erythrocyte deformability test were selected for this study among hospitalized patients within 4 weeks after their cerebral infarction at the Internal Medical Department at Kyunghee Oriental Medical Center from August 2008 to August 2009. We divided the selected patients into two groups, with and without of coldness of hands and feet groups. The two groups were compared on risk factors for atherosclerosis and examined for variables including erythrocyte deformability. Results : 1. On demographic variables of the patients, only body mass index was significantly lower in the coldness of hands and feet group than the control group. There was no significant difference of the rate of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, ischemic heart disease, smoking, drinking and carotid artery stenosis between the two groups. 2. According to blood test, the coldness of hands and feet group showed significantly lower erythrocyte deformability index than the control group. 3. Body mass index and erythrocyte deformability index showed a close relationship with coldness of hands and feet in multivariate analysis. Conclusions : The correlation between the erythrocyte deformability and coldness of hands and feet in cerebral infarction patients were decreased erythrocyte deformability participated in the mechanism of coldness of hands and feet.

        재발한 급성 혼합형 백혈병에 동반된 골수괴사 1례의 MRI 소견

        골수괴사는 골수를 침범하는 매우 드문 조직 소견으로 저자들은 급성 혼합형 백혈병 환아가 요통, 발열을 주소로 방문하여 세번째 재발하였을 때 골수 천자 도말 검사에서 골수괴사가 동반되고 혈청 LDH와 ferritin이 증가되었으며 자기공명영상에서 골수괴사의 특징적인 소견을 보인 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Bone marrow necrosis is a rare complication of a variety of diseases affecting the marrow. The cause and incidence are unknown, and reports of treatment response are rare. We describe a case of relapsed acute mixed type leukemia with bone marrow necrosis. The patient was a 10 year old female diagnosed with acute mixed type leukemia four years ago. She had been on second remission state for 1 year, presented with severe back pain, tenderness in lower extremities, low-grade fever and general weakness. Her level of serum lactic dehydrogenase on admission was increased. Bone marrow aspiration from both posterior iliac crest showed marrow necrosis. Subsequent examination showed the same feature. Hip MRI showed heterogenous low signal intensity in both iliac bone on T-1 weighted image and heterogenous high signal intensity on T-2 wieghted image. Remission induction therapy was started but she expired on 59th hospital day due to the complication of sepsis.

        박스형 암거와 보강슬래브에 의한 줄눈 콘크리트 포장의 거동

        PURPOSES : Hollows are easily made, and bearing capacity can be lowered near underground structures because sublayers of pavement settle for a long time due to difficult compaction at the position. If loadings are applied in this condition, distresses may occur in pavement and, as the result, its lifespan can decrease due to the stress larger than that expected in design phase. Although reinforced slab is installed on side of box culvert to minimize the distresses, length of the reinforced slab is fixed as 6m in Korea without any theoretical consideration. The purpose of this paper is investigating the behavior of concrete pavement according to the cover depth of the box culvert ad the length of the reinforced slab. METHODS : The distresses of concrete pavement slabs were investigated and cover depth was surveyed at position where the box culverts were located in expressways. The concrete pavements including the box culverts were modeled by finite element method and their behaviors according to the soil cover depth were analyzed. Wheel loading was applied after considering self weight of the pavement and temperature gradient of the concrete pavement slab at Yeojoo, Gyeonggi where a test road was located. After installing pavement joint at various positions, behavior of the pavement was analyzed by changing the soil cover depth and length of the reinforced slab. RESULTS : As the result, the tensile stress developed in the pavement slab according to the joint position, cover depth, and reinforced slab length was figured out. CONCLUSIONS : More reasonable and economic design of the concrete pavement including the box culvert is expected by the research results.

        Cleft Lip and Palate Surgery in Kyrgyzstan - Two Times of Our Experiences in Central Asia

        키르기즈스탄은 옛 실크로드의 한 가운데에 위치한 중앙아시아 국가로서 소련연방이 해체된 뒤 1991년에 독립한 신독립국(Newly Independent States, NIS)의 일원이다. 대한민국과의 공식적인 수교가 1992년에 이루어진 이후 18년이 지났지만 키르기즈스탄 거주 한국인의 숫자는 약 900명에 불과하며 특히 이들 중 대부분은 수도인 비쉬켁(Bishkek)에 살고 있다. 남 키르기즈스탄 제 1의 도시이자 옛 실크로드의 중심지로 유명했던 오쉬(Osh)시에는 2009년 말 기준 약 50여명의 한국인이 살고 있다. 한국얼굴기형환자후원회의 후원으로 구순구개열 자선수술팀은 2002년~2009년까지 11개국, 19회의 자선수술 활동을 다녀왔으나 중앙아시아 국가로의 방문은 키르기즈스탄이 최초였다. 많은 봉사활동국에서 지역적, 문화적 그리고 의료환경적인 어려움이 있었지만 2008년 12월, 2009년 7월 두 번의 키르기즈스탄 오쉬시로의 활동도 예외는 아니었다. 본 논문에서는 최초의 중앙아시아 키르기즈스탄 구순구개열 자선봉사활동에 대한 자세한 보고를, 준비과정에서부터 활동 완료시점까지 서술하고자 한다.

        국내 및 미얀마에서 재배된 삼채뿌리의 항산화, α-Glucosidase 저해 및 Acetylcholinesterase 저해 활성

        본 연구는 선행 연구된 삼채뿌리의 뛰어난 영양성을 토대로 기능성 식품소재로의 이용가능성을 확인하고 활용도를 높이고자 국내산 및 미얀마산 삼채뿌리의 항산화 및 생리활성을 측정하였다. 삼채뿌리의 총 폴리페놀과 총 플라보노이드 함량은 국내산 삼채뿌리가 각각 5.27 mgGAE/g, 0.35 mgQE/g, 미얀마산 삼채뿌리가 각각 4.80 mgGAE/g, 0.24 mgQE/g으로 국내산 삼채뿌리가 더 높은 함량을 나타냈다. 삼채뿌리의 항산화력을 측정한 결과 DPPH 라디칼 소거능은 미얀마산이 더 높은 활성을 보였지만, ABTS 라디칼 소거능과 $Fe^{2+}$ 킬레이팅 활성, 환원력은 국내산이 더 높은 활성을 보였다. ${\alpha}-Glucosidase$ 저해활성은 국내산의 저해활성이 미얀마산 삼채뿌리의 저해활성보다 더 높았으며 대조구인 acarbose에 비해서도 우수한 저해활성을 보였다. Acetylcholinesterase 저해 활성을 측정한 결과, 50 mg/mL 농도에서 국내산 삼채뿌리가 51.44%로 44.33%의 저해활성을 보인 미얀마산 삼채뿌리보다 더 높은 저해활성을 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 삼채뿌리 특히 국내산 삼채뿌리는 높은 항산화 활성, ${\alpha}-glucosidase$ 및 acetylcholinesterase 저해 활성을 보여 혈당조절제, 치매예방 및 개선제로써의 활용가능성이 큰 것으로 확인되었으며, 이로써 기능성 식품소재로의 활용이 증가될 것으로 판단된다. 하지만 향후 국내산 삼채의 우수성을 검증하기 위하여 여러 지역에서 재배된 삼채의 기능성 분석이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. This study was conducted to compare the functionality (antioxidant, anti-diabetic, and anti-dementia activities) of the methanol extract of Allium hookeri root grown in Korea (KR) and Myanmar (MR). The total polyphenol and flavonoid contents of KR and MR were 5.27 and 4.80 mg GAE/g, and 0.35 and 0.24 mg QE/g, respectively. KR contained significantly higher levels of total polyphenols and total flavonoids than those of MR (p<0.05). The IC50 values of KR and MR were 6.53 and 5.31 mg/mL, respectively, for DPPH radical scavenging activity. However, KR had a significantly higher ABTS radical scavenging activity, $Fe^{2+}$ chelating ability, and reducing power compared with those of MR (p<0.05). In the evaluation of anti-diabetic activity, KR showed significantly higher ${\alpha}-glucosidase$ inhibition activity than acarbose and MR at whole concentrations (p<0.05). KR and MR had acetylcholinesterase inhibition activities that of 51.44% and 44.33%, respectively, at a 50 mg/mL concentration. These results suggested that roots of A. hookeri, especially KR, could be useful in improving diabetic and dementia disorders due to their high antioxidant, anti-diabetic, and anti-dementia activities.

        비정상 상태 탐지 문제를 위한 서포트벡터 학습

        본 논문은 비정상 상태 탐지 문제를 위한 점증적 서포트 벡터 학습을 다룬다. 비정상상태 탐지를 위한 서포트 벡터 학습 중 가장 잘 알려진 기법 중 하나는 SVDD(support vector data description)인데, 이 기법은 정상적인 데이터의 집합을 모든 가능한 비정상 개체로부터 구분하기 위하여 커널 특징공간(kernel feature space) 위에서 정의되는 볼(ball)을 이용하는 전략을 추구한다. 본 논문의 주된 관심사는 최적해와 점증적으로 주어지는 학습 데이터의 상관관계를 이용하는 방향으로 SVDD 기법을 수정하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는, 기존의 SVDD 기법을 상세히 복습한 후에, 라그랑제 쌍대 문제(Largrange dual problem)에 관한 관찰을 바탕으로 최적 해를 찾기 위한 점증적 풀이 기법을 제시한다. 그리고, 제시된 점증적 방법론의 적용 가능성이 예제를 통하여 보여진다. This paper considers an incremental support vector learning for the abnormality detection problems. One of the most well-known support vector learning methods for abnormality detection is the so-called SVDD(support vector data description), which seeks the strategy of utilizing balls defined on the kernel feature space in order to distinguish a set of normal data from all other possible abnormal objects. The major concern of this paper is to modify the SVDD into the direction of utilizing the relation between the optimal solution and incrementally given training data. After a thorough review about the original SVDD method, this paper establishes an incremental method for finding the optimal solution based on certain observations on the Lagrange dual problems. The applicability of the presented incremental method is illustrated via a design example.

        공항 콘크리트 포장 설계를 위한 환경하중 산정방법 개발

        콘크리트 포장의 환경하중은 온도하중과 수분하중으로 구분할 수 있으며, 이는 콘크리트 슬래브 내의 온도분포와 건조수축 및 크리프를 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 공항 콘크리트 포장의 역학적 설계에 필요한 환경하중을 산정할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다. 먼저, 대상 지역과 설계 슬래브 두께를 결정한 후, 포장 온도 예측 프로그램을 사용하여 예측된 슬래브 깊이에 따른 콘크리트 온도분포를 등가선형 온도차이로 환산하였다. 기존 건조수축 예측 모형을 개선하여 지역별 상대습도를 고려하여 콘크리트의 건조수축을 예측한 후 부등건조수축 등가선형 온도차이로 환산하였다. 또한, 응력이완을 건조수축에 반영하였다. 결국, 온도에 의한 등가선형 온도차이와 수분에 의한 부등건조수축 등가선형 온도차이를 합하여 최종 환경하중인 총 등가선형 온도차이를 산정하였다. 적용 예를 보이기 위해 지역별 기상조건을 대표할만한 국내 민간공항 8곳 및 군공항 2곳의 환경하중을 본 연구에서 개발된 방법으로 계산하고 비교하였다. The environmental load of concrete pavement can be categorized by temperature and moisture loads, which mean temperature distribution, and drying shrinkage and creep in the concrete slab. In this study, a method calculating the environmental load essential to mechanistic design of airport concrete pavement was developed. First, target area and design slab thickness were determined. And, the concrete temperature distribution with slab depth was predicted by a pavement temperature prediction program to calculate equivalent linear temperature difference. The concrete drying shrinkage was predicted by improving an existing model to calculate differential shrinkage equivalent linear temperature difference considering regional relative humidity. In addition, the stress relaxation was considered in the drying shrinkage. Eventually, the equivalent linear temperature difference due to temperature and the differential shrinkage equivalent linear temperature difference due to moisture were combined into the total equivalent linear temperature difference as terminal environmental load. The environmental load of eight civilian and two military airports which represent domestic regional weather conditions were calculated and compared by the method developed in this study to show its application.

        안양시 야간경관 조명환경 개선방향에 관한 연구

        This study aimed to find problems of nightscape of Anyang-si through examination of behavioral pattern at night and measurement of illumination and luminance in accordance with regional classification following 6 regional classifications on the basis of ur1xm characteristic of Anyang-si. Basic concept of nightscape creation was application of improvement plan with analysis of regional problems and creation of artistic value to enhance image of Anyang-si as a city of art. To obtain balance and unity of night illumination, concept of light zoning was applied to smooth-transform method by regions. Especially, right to view harmonized with surrounding scenery was secured through creating gradual skyline compatible with neighbor buildings using division of each buildings according to their heights. In addition, way to improvement of night lighting environment was proposed as to illumination, height, type of lamp and arrangement of street lights and furniture in accordance with regional characteristics. 본 연구에서는 먼저 도시적 특성의 분석을 토대로 안양시를 6개 지역으로 구분하였으며 지역별 구분에 따른 야간의 조도 휘도의 실측조사 및 야간이용자 패턴 조사를 통하여 야간경관의 문제점을 도출하였다. 야간경관 연출개념으로는 지역별 문제점 분석에 따른 개선방안과 예술적 가치를 창출하는 개념을 적용하여 예술도시로서의 안양의 이미지를 고양시키고자 하였으며 야간조명의 괌형과 통일성 확보를 위해 지역별 점진적 변화를 빛의 조닝의 개념으로 선정하였다. 특히, 건축물의 높이에 따른 건축물 기준선을 통해 주변 건축물과 조화된 단계적인 스카이라인을 연출하여 자연경관 등과 조화로운 조망권을 확보하도록 하였으며 지역 특성에 따라 가로등 및 가로시설물의 조도, 높이, 램프형태, 배열방식 등의 야간 조명환경의 개선방향을 추가로 제시하였다.

        한국리듬운동학회지 저자 네트워크 분석

        This study aims to find out the network structure, influence and progress of the network, by analyzing the network of Korean Society for Rhythmic Exercise(KSRE) using the social network analysis structure. For this study, we collected the text data of the titles and authors(affiliations) of 65 papers in 2010-2015 published on the KSRE online journal web site. The data analysis and visualization were performed by social network analysis tool, Node XL, by Microsoft. Also, the influences of authors and their groups were investigated by applying the weight factors depending on the importance of authors, and the network size was analyzed by Eigenvector Centrality, Betweenness Centrality and Closeness Centrality. The results show that the influence under the application of the weight factors is bigger in the ‘Kim, Eunhye" and "Kangwon National University" than the other authors and their affiliations. In terms of the network size, "Choi, Young-jun" and "Dongnam Health College" was the biggest. "Seo, Han-kyo" and "Shinhan University" was doing the role of the midium connecting authors. In conclusion, since the research performance of KSRE is low compared to other academic societies, the efforts to expand the authors and their affiliations are required in the future.

        노인의 지속적인 신체활동이 고독감 , 우울에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study was to explore the effects of regular exercise on negative emotion such as loneliness and depression present the evidence that regular exercise can prevent and delay aging. The subjects of the study consisted of 21 old adults(male:l1, female:10) over 60 years in Seoul and Kyunggi-do areas. The survey methods of this research are the 5 Likert Scale modified the UCLA Loneliness Scale(10 item) by Won, Hyung-Joong(1984) and the Self-rating Depression Scale(20 item) by Zung and Durham(1965) translated standardized by Yook, Young-Sook(1994). The used statistical methods for the data analysis were mean, SD, relative frequency, two-way ANOVA analysis. The results obtained by the appropriate analytic processes were followed. First, in loneliness as sex and regular exercise, male were higher in post-exercise(M=3.79) than pre-exercise(M=3.47) Meanwhile, females were lower in post-exercise(M=3.53) than in pre-exercise(M=3.60). Second, in loneliness as age and regular exercise, the old adults below 65 years reported a higher score in post-exercise(M=3.84) than in pre-exercise(M=3.79). Likewise, the old adults over 66 years reported a higher score in post-exercise(M=3.49) than in pre-exercise(M=3.31). Third, in the case of depression, males showed a lower score in post-exercise(M=1.34) than in pre-exercise(M=1.71). For females the depression scores in pre-exercise(M=1.94) were higher than those in post-exercise(M=1.55). Fourth, in the case of the old adults below 65 years, depression was higher in pre-exercise(M=1.69) than in post-exercise(M=1.36). Likewise, the old adults over 66 years showed a higher score in pre-exercise(M=1.95) than in post-exercise(M=1.53).
